Do you suffer from same-face syndrome? I can tell the characters apart, but they seem to all be similar.
Rambled below the line <3
If this was asked a while back I wouldn't have known honestly.
I wasn't sure why my designs felt so weird and my 4DALT one felt better-ish.
But as of the last 2 years, I've been learning from other artists on youtube.
One of them brought up a similar issue and I learned that I can still make very different characterizations with the same head shape, but similar head shapes can cause same-face syndrome.
So I've been trying to see how far I can push the rounded face shape and stretch it between each character.
If I drew humans more often there would be a varied face shape to each one. However I prefer cartoons since I can bend and stretch them a little easier and I feel less limited. It's mainly a me problem that I am trying to push through so I can tackle artfight and human characters better.
However, I also have had a bad run with same-body syndrome too. I'm trying to learn from these mistakes though.
Thank you for the fun question. Sorry, it took me so long to get to it. I've been dealing with major burnout, and my project is currently the causing of it.

Crack idea: Jason Todd gets all dressed up one day for smth and styles his hair and everything. Immediately gets mistaken for Bruce.
He cries in the bathroom for an hour

K2 for echorexfives? 👀
Rex would like a refund on his ARCs. Or a nap. Either is fine.
Just imagine for the second one that Rex is on an official holo call or something XD
Help me get back into sketching through some of these polyam/platonic pose prompts :3 (I'm still slowly doing these, they help powering through this little artistic crisis I'm suffering rn)

YAYY IT'S OFFICIALLY 2024!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I hope everyone's year will be filled with joy and good things!
I'm bringing back my tradition of drawing a New Year's drawing with the Dreemurr kids (almost) every year. I'm not super proud of the drawings from previous years, but I wanted to add them in under the Read More anyway.
(Bottom two are from 2022 and 2023.)
