Dean has nightmares about losing Sam. He loses him over and over. He has probably experienced every kind of loss one can dream of. He’s terrified it will happen in real life.

He’s terrified to lose the love of his life.

So he kisses Sam in his sleep. Holds him close and whispers his most private, most unwholesome thoughts to him, knowing Sam will keep his secrets safe.

He doesn’t know Sam’s actually listening.

He doesn’t know Sam feels the same.

Sam plans on telling him soon, but he’s loving the gentle fingers in his hair, and the hot breath on his neck. He doesn’t want Dean to stop brushing his soft lips on his ear, or the dirty words Dean says that make him shiver.

He’ll tell him soon enough.

No so I agree with this so hard but I like actually have a headcannon that Sam loves to scrapbook and journal and like. I wholeheartedly believe that he's got a good few entries about how FUCKING GAY dean is. Like I know Sam knew they were gay before THEY knew they were gay. Maybe even some snapshots of their gayest moments 👀👀 Sam was the og Destiel shipper

Funniest thing spn could have done is have Dean and Sam keep their own hunters journals like John did but Sam's is a glimpse into his horrible little mind where he calculated exactly how much demon blood he'd need to drink to do various things to demons and Dean's is the equivalent of writing "Mr Castiel Winchester" in pink glitter gel pen over and over again

Sam Reid: I ate so many of those photos. They were made of rice paper, so they stuck to the roof of my mouth. There were a few where I just shoved the whole photo into my mouth, but that didn’t work, so I had to eat it. It was like eating a sweet cake. They were stuck to the roof of my mouth and I couldn’t keep talking.

They’re saying mean things about Louis’ photos, so he’s going, “Fuck you! You took a beautiful photograph. Don’t listen to that guy. I’ll eat it.”
