the executive dysfunction is not going to win today. i am winning. pay no heed to the fact that i am on tumblr writing this post instead of doing a task. i am winning. i am winning. i am winning.

#the good thing about having a large volume of individual tasks is that there are going to be several that are not as hard as the hard ones #so i can procrastinate the hard ones by doing the easy ones and still feel like i'm being productive #i've actually been very productive this week it's just that most of that time was spent on something VERY low priority #like no one asked me to do it and it wasn't urgent. and it took several days. but it was easy #one of the things i have to do today is schedule sales demos with 14 different vendors 😩😩😩💀🔪explosion explosion explosion #the only thing worse than attending sales demos is giving sales demos. at least i don't have to give them. could be worse #ugh but you know the thing where after a sales demo the person you talked to sends you emails every week asking if you will #pwetty please buy their product. i'm going to have that for 14 vendors. and only one of them will win #battle royale in my inbox #executive dysfunction #my posts #f

I held it together even tho everyone almost got me but Qrow knocked me over the edge. No show has ever made me cry with such genuine emotion or feel hope or happiness the way RWBY has. The way it Does. There is no other show like it in the world and I say that not as a cocky fan but as a person who struggles so much to feel things. RWBY lets me feel things without fear or shame or even an attempt to hide. It’s so special. It’s the most special thing I’ve ever had the honor of witnessing. Which means I have faith it will be given a proper concluding arc. It doesn’t matter to me how long it takes. The people of Vacuo waited for their return. It was hard but they found the good in that passing time. Not knowing the future. We can wait too. And we’ll hold each other up until we see them again.

We all thought the character designs in the W.i.t.c.h. reboot were mandated by Disney but

an interview with the new artist reveals that she purposefully refused to look and reference the original designs and decided to make them look as normal as possible when transformed...?

Again, nothing against the artist, I love some of her designs, but I guess we can lift out the mouse did nothing this time?

Also volume 2 is confirmed to be in the works

Today's Video Haul!

1) I already own the boxset version of PMMM vol. 3, so finding these used was a God send.

2) I have been looking for a used copy of Portrait of a Lady at this store for SEVEN YEARS. Another God send!

3) Lucky Star was new, and I'm not sorry.

4) When I was really young, my best friend had a VHS copy of this specific Peter Pan musical, and we would watch it all the time, and we would try to pull off the dance that Tiger Lily and her friends do - they lean SO FAR without falling! - so finding a DVD copy still there and able to get it for free because buy 2 used get 1 free? Another God send!

ALL IN ALL, A VERY GOOD HAUL.
