Supernatural trends following the passing of the CW sniper. Whilst no official confirmation was published regarding their death, Misha Collins made a statement regarding destiel and since he's still alive, we can conclude that the CW sniper is no more.

The Cross Roads 8 Supernatural convention is currently taking place [x]. As usual, things have been said. There was one statement however which caused the tag to trend and it was (unsurprisingly) by Misha Collins, in response to a question asked by our bravest soldier @sunglassesmish [x].

the thing about the break up question is that it was most likely preselected. they usually pick questions in advance for this kind of thing and specifically choose the ones that allow them to talk about things they already want to talk about. like they obviously picked the japhan question to tease a part of the show where they reference phan conspiracy theories and they picked the merch question to show off some of it. so my point is they picked the break up question specifically and they specifically decided to react to it the way they did. because this is not the first time someone has asked them for break up advice but they’ve never reacted like this and the fact that they both essentially said the same thing at the same time tells me they preemptively decided to do it. which idk maybe it’s because the date night video feels like a turning point to me (“we don’t have pet names for each other”, “keep this card if you stalked your partner online before you met them”, etc.) but the door opening more and more with each video feels very intentional to me, they are choosing to open it. which yeah obviously. but it is interesting because it never seemed to me like they wanted to open up about their relationship before. until now. now it actually does feel like they very pointedly want it to be known. they maybe don’t want to have to say it in so many words, but they don’t want it to be a vague and nebulous notion either. they want at the very least their core audience to know for sure that they’re together. they are making actual conscious effort to put it out there and to make it impossible for anyone who watches them to doubt it. and I don’t know if I’m imagining it but next to the somewhat nervous energy they are emanating lately, I can detect some giddiness in there too. :)
