I want you to think of yourself as a GODDESS. As a powerful being, capable of moving the tides of your own life by your own will.
Consider yourself a sacred creation brought into this world to live a life of abundance and fulfillment.

Sometimes, your mother will shame you or condemn you for choosing a life of ease and respect to your feminine energy and breaking the generational trauma of suffering and sacrifice that a lot of women have ingrained In themselves.

So I had been a part of the corporate for some time and I so wish I had known these things and some I knew but failed to incorporate them or got swayed with the waves.
Here is the list for anyone who would find this useful:
1) A colleague can never be a friend. That's it. Do not even go ahead with," Uhh...but they are different." No. Colleague means a colleague. You can be friends after you leave that job. Until then maintain the boundary.
2) Do not show your complete potential in the start. Especially my academic validation "GIRLS" I am talking to you. The need to prove yourself. Yes I understand your motive but do it strategically. Don't be in the rush to be the Macho Girl until and unless you want the workload of the entire team being dumped on you.
3) Be kind, soft spoken and sincere with your peers and seniors UNTIL they cross a boundary. If they tried to take advantage of you in any way turn into a Medusa and be cold as hell.
4) Always have a nice and respectable reputation with the higher ups and HR so if anyone tries to snitch on you with fake scenarios and office politics, the first reaction from them should be," Is it really about her? It needs to be cross verified.
5)Do not tolerate any sexual comments or jokes. Report it if it's going out of hand. Do not be afraid to degrade men if they try to sexualize you. They will try to bring you down but keep your head high.
A bonus tip that I personally follow and has helped me a lot :
Never ever engage in any type of flirting with colleagues and tear down any potential approach instantly. Be a Stoic Anti Dating No Rizz Female in the office. Saves a hell lot of trouble and no one can put dirt on your image.

Law of mirror :
~ Everything that bothers you, irritates you, or you want to change in others, then it is inside you as well, which you need to heal
~ Everything that the other criticizes in you, or judge in you, and if it bothers you, or hurts you, then it is repressed within you as well, and it is necessary to work on it
~ Everything that you like and love about others, then it is inside you also
~ Everything that the other criticizes or judges in you, without affecting you, then it belongs to the other person

I was going through TSA two days ago and the woman working there looked at my jacket on the conveyer belt and said “wow is it really that cold outside to be wearing such a thick jacket ?” And I just said “yeah I think so” and I kid you not she word for word said “well maybe you should eat more and put on some weight so you won’t freeze so much” and cackled like a ugly hyena and I was honestly so shocked to reply and the man beside her (a young guy looking no older than 18) was just as shocked as me.
she then tried to say good morning and start a conversation as I didn’t answer any of her questions cause I was so CONFUSED by this weird woman cause did she really think I would take a comment calling me skinny as an insult? I was literally only thrown off cause I knew her intention was to be nasty and Idfwt but don’t expect me to cry over an “insult” calling me too skinny.
BUT THEN as I was getting my stuff from the belt and this woman was still standing beside me staring at me and desperately trying to get a reaction from me I realized that my mere existence triggered her so much that she even felt the need to be so nasty and keep desperately trying to get a reaction out of me and that just made me laugh.
this fr how I felt once I realized what was really going on :

EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT
If a degree is a "piece of paper" and rich people don't need that, why do they send their kids to the most expensive schools and universities?
They could network at the country club, why at university?
Because education IS important. That's what they don't want you to know.
Education is freedom.

The Art of Sacred Self-Care: Nurturing Your Inner Empress
Welcome back to Empress Essence, where we continue our journey of self-discovery and empowerment. In our last blog post, we explored the essence of feminine energy and the importance of embracing our inner Empress. Today, let us delve deeper into the practice of sacred self-care—a cornerstone of our journey towards embodying our fullest potential.
Honoring Your Temple: Your body is a sacred vessel—a temple that houses your divine essence. Treat it with the reverence it deserves by nourishing it with wholesome foods, movement, and rest. Practice self-care rituals that honor your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether it's a gentle yoga session, a nourishing meal, or a soothing bath, prioritize activities that replenish and rejuvenate your body.
Cultivating Mindfulness: In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to become disconnected from the present moment. Cultivate mindfulness as a means of anchoring yourself in the here and now. Take time each day to pause, breathe, and tune into your senses. Whether it's through meditation, mindful movement, or simply savoring a cup of tea, allow yourself to fully immerse in the richness of each moment.
Embracing Ritual and Ceremony: Rituals and ceremonies hold profound significance in honoring the sacred within and around us. Create rituals that speak to your soul—a morning gratitude practice, a full moon ceremony, or a sacred space for reflection and intention-setting. Infuse these rituals with meaning and intention, allowing them to serve as potent reminders of your connection to the divine.
Setting Boundaries: Boundaries are essential for preserving your energy and maintaining your inner harmony. Learn to discern what nurtures your soul and what depletes it. Set clear boundaries around your time, energy, and relationships, honoring your needs and priorities. Remember, saying no to what no longer serves you is an act of self-love and empowerment.
Cultivating Creativity: Creativity is a powerful expression of feminine energy—a force that flows through you, inspiring innovation, beauty, and growth. Engage in activities that ignite your creative spark—whether it's painting, writing, dancing, or gardening. Allow yourself the freedom to play, explore, and express your unique essence without inhibition.
As we conclude our exploration of sacred self-care, I invite you to incorporate these practices into your daily life with intention and reverence. Remember, nurturing your inner Empress is not selfish; it is an act of profound love and devotion to yourself and those around you. Embrace the art of sacred self-care and watch as it illuminates your path towards wholeness and fulfillment.
We invite you to share your own self-care rituals below, and stay tuned for upcoming  community events focused on sacred self-care practices.

For The Ladies
I DONT KNOW WHO THIS WORD IS FOR… BUT I GOT YOU SIS. STAY FOCUSED. STAY UP. STAY WOKE (never fake woke)
Women need to wake up and stop listening to LIES. A lot of women wasting their singleness doing nothing, when they can be serving YAH all the while. Because some absolute FOOL taught them that their purpose is attached to a man instead of being attached to YAH, and they actually believed it. Dont get me wrong, you do have a purpose thats attached to being a wife and a mother (at some point in your life) but that IS NOT your ONLY purpose.
If you waiting around for a man to give you your purpose, then that means you're sitting around like a lifeless ball of flesh until a man come around? what part of that sounds like anything YAH wants you to do? what part of that is serving YAH? what part of that is YAH to be pleased with?
You can be using that time to develop your faith, perfect yourself, and study of course, but where are the WORKS in all that, that you MUST be doing as well??? You are born to be of help to your husband, yes. But you are also born to do the works of YAH and Yahusha (Jesus) and that means to be helping EVERYONE, in a multitude of ways, not saving all your works for your marriage ALONE. Your works for the Lord YAH are meant to be constant… how are you constantly serving YAH if you seriously think your purpose doesnt come along until a man does???
You're not sweetie…you’re NOT serving YAH with your WHOLE LIFE if you think this…
LADIES, YAH can use you right now where you are today. And your purpose is not attached to anyone or anything except YAH Himself. He sets the course you must take, and you can serve Him and His purposes in many ways, and in some unorthodox or uncommon ways, because you’re special like that… and He trusts you with unordinary tasks or outstanding tasks, no matter who and who doesnt get it, because its only meant for Him to get it and to be pleased with it all.
