I’m going to call this the “Lando Calrissian Factor.”

Remember when Lando flirted with Leia and made Han Solo jealous?

You all know that Han and Leia ended up as a couple, right?

In the Expanded Universe novels, Lando and Mara Jade fake-dated which made Luke Skywalker jealous.

You all know that in the EU, Luke and Mara ended up as a happily married couple, right?

Anyway, do you remember when Lando flirted with Hera Syndulla and this made Kanan Jarrus really jealous?

Kanan and Hera ended up together though.

Okay, you’re still with me so far.

Remember when Lando complimented Sabine Wren on her artwork and Ezra Bridger got really jealous?

Tick-Tock. It’s only a matter of time, folks.

I find it really funny that in Star Wars, Han is canonically about the same age as Kanan & Hera (only a few years younger even in old canon), but because of how they grew up they veiw people 10y younger than them completely opposite ways.

Like Kanan & Hera grew up in active war zones with Generals as parents. They were forced to grow up FAST. They had to be functionally adults before they got a chance to be teenagers. And resultingly they look at anyone young enough to not remember the Clone Wars as babies. They see an angry Mandalorian teenager as the toddler she was in the Clone Wars, drawing on walls to express emotions she can't otherwise express. They see a force sensitive street rat as the tiny crecheling who wasn't even born till the final days, and wouldn’t have even entered the temple until a few years after the war, but who would have ended up his Padawan eventually anyway. And they adopt both in a heartbeat. They're in their 20s and see these teenagers, and are just like "Ah yes, our kids," and they are VERY much parental figures with an obvious generational gap.

But while Han does remember the Clone Wars vividly, he wasn't on or anywhere near the front lines. And he didn't have anyone actively raising him. He didn't have a chance to grow up and got stuck in a mental standstill during adolescence. So he looks at Luke & Leia, and he sees peers. It doesn't matter that he lived through an entire war before they were born, cause he sees very little difference between that one and the one they're currently in. He sees them as his own age group just a little younger and treats them accordingly. He treats them as friends and equals. Leia isn't a kid in his eyes, she's a spitfire woman who has seen more war than he has. And there's a little bit of big-brother-ing to Luke - but more based on Luke's naïvety than age. Theres nothing to suggest he views any real age gap between them, let alone a generational one.

But they're still the same age, and from what we see of their interactions are very much peers and friendly rivals themselves. Which makes me laugh at the confusion Han would react with to realizing that Hera's children are older (even if only by 2 days) than the twins and childhood friends with Leia...

He wanted to appear he didn't liked the gift and ordered his troopers to get rid of it. They were actualy ordered to deliver the gift to his personal quarteens but you'll never know that.

You were confused when you found a small gift on your bed the next day.

Director Krennic :

He's a Director, he doesn't need gifts. He always gets what he wants.

But when it comes to your gifts... oh boy.

He loves every single one of them

You buys him one gift? He buy you 10x more.

He loves spoiling you cuz he can afford it and cuz he like to brag about it to everyone.

He takes vacation for the entyre weekend and spend it with you, but obviously in publics.

Grand Admiral Thrawn :

He doesn't know much about the human holidays, but when you brought him a gift , he wanted to know more.

He absolutely love your gift and he cherrish it deeply.

On the very same day, he took his time and left the Chimaera to the closes planet. After hours of searching, he found a gift that described you and gave it to you.

Luckily he wasn't fighting with the rebels on the same day, so he spend the day with you.

Governor Arihnda Pryce :

She wasn't expecting a gift from you and she was rather worried.

All her friends betrayed her by using her, and she was scared for you to do the same.

So she spend the entire day with you and see what demands you'll want from her.

she was surprised when none came.

At the end of the day, she was more on ease and apologized she didn't bought anything for you.

You only shook your head and reassured you it is alright.

She's glad she finally met someone who she can trust after all those years.

Grand Inquisitor :

He stared suspiciously at the gift. He never got a gift neither he expected to get one.

But one day, when he opened the room from his querteens, and saw you standing there with gift in the hand, was the first time you saw him jump.

You were apologizing to him for the rest of the day, but in the end of the day, he forgive you.

Tho you two didn't spended the day together, you appreciated when he visited you and you two spend a nice night together.

Eli Vanto :

You woke up and saw a gift next to your head.

Iou immedietly knew it was from your Eli.

Once you foudn him, you gave him a gift and kiss on his forehead.

He absolutely loves your gift and you love his.

Thrawn was kind enough to give Eli one free day, and he rushed to spend the day with you.

Alexsandr Kallus :

It was exhausting day at work.

The rebebls managed to get away, and he was the one who got in trouble again.

He angrily, tossed his helmet at the closes wall once he entered his office and sat on his chair by the table, as he gripped his hair in his hands.

After a while, he noticed a gift on his table. He was confused and was warry to open it. Could it be another of the rebels Trap?

He was warry to open it, till he saw your name on it. It was a gift from you.

Without another second, he grabbed the gifst and unwrapped it.

He was shocked to see it was something he once saw in the markets and took liking to it.

He send you the text the very next second, saying he liked the gift and want to repay it to you.

Luke Skywalker :

Tatooine is a poor planet, and there isn't much that would anyone consider a gift. And yet, here you are, somehow managing to obtain something for him.

He absolutely loves your gift and scolds you for wasting your credits on him but you just shook your head and kissed his forehead.

The young boy was flattered by your words and your kiss and was determinated to make enough money and move else where where you two could have a better life.

Han Solo :

Gift? For him? Aren't you gift for him?

He's devoted to be a female man but when it comes to this holiday, he spend the day with you and you alone.

He takes you for a nice fly on his Falcon.

And while you two are enjoying your flight, poor Chewbacca is running around the ship, repairing it.

Lando calrissian :

When you brought him a gift, he absolutely loves it.

He's a bussines man, but he's not greedy.

He make sure to buy you the fines clothes

He invites you to a nice restaurant where you two spend a nice evening.

Leia Organa :

When you brought her a gift, she absolutely loves it.

She might be bossy around the others, but when you two are alone, she's a complete sweet heart.

At the night, you two take a nice walk around the garden.

When she gave you a gift, you realised it's rather expensive jewelry.

You scolded her, but she just laughed and kissed you.

The rest of the nigh your face is red as tomato.

Kanan Jarus

When you brough him a gift he was flattered.

He also had a gift for you he hoped you'll like, and you did.

He's never the one with affections, but he can(t help himself but to be giddy when he's around you.

Tho the Holiday didn't went as you expected it, but you two had lots of fun riding on speeder bike while being chased by scout-troopers.

Hera Syndulla :

When you brough her a gift, she lifted her eyebrow, not understanding why are you giving it to her, as this holiday is unknow to her.

Once you explained it to her, she gave you a warm smile and hugged you.

Once she opened the gift, she was absolutely flattered.

She scolded you for wasting money for her, but you just brushed it off, saying that she deserve it.

You also had a gift for Chopper. You're second person he tolerates.

Sabine Wren :

Your christmas Eve is different then you had expected.

While others people are celebrating at home, you two went in to Imperial territory and painted the entyre place.

You know she loves panting and enjoying this moment with her was greater then anything else.

At the end of the day, you gave her her gift.

She loves it and rewarded you with a head pet.

Garazeb Orrelios :

When you brough him a gift, he was confused.

He took the gift and shook it next to his ear.

You laughed at him and explained the holiday to him.

He was emberassed and shoo Chopper off when he laughed at him.

When he opened the gift, he didn't expected to see this.

He absolutely love his gift and he hugs you.

"You should have bought him a repellent.." "SHUT UP EZRA!"

Ezra Bridger :

There was no point in wrapping his gift.

When he held the Death Trooper helmet in his hands he was beyound shocked.

He stared at you with his eyes wide open and torated the helmet towards you.

"How did you managed to obtain Death Trooper helmet??!!" You told him not to worry about it.

He felt bad cuz he didn¨t had anything for you, but a nice evenin on Lothal was enough to make it up for you.

You liek spending time with your goofy Jedi.
