I'm leveling Brynja more along the lines of Sentinel this playthrough and DAMN is it fun!! In the past I've written and played her as more of a Vanguard, and it does suit her, but man I'm really vibing with this more tech-y approach

Tech armor saves my ass once again!!

(I never used to use it, but since having to relearn the game and start over from scratch without the benefit of having at least 4 different completed new game pluses under my belt, it's become a lifesaver. Miss my biotic jumps tho ;-;)

I know you've talked about it previously for the Mafia AU, how there's a chance the process that shrinks giants could spontaneously reverse later down the line. How would the family feel/react if Dabria was reverted back into a giant... but not the twins? Not to mention, how would the twins feel about all of this?

I keep waiting to have chill time to answer this. But I'll do the best i can now

First this is 100% a what if i want to write at some point cause it's a fun change to a dynamic that people are already adjusting to. Now for the answer

Vitus, alessia, felix, and rhys would be ecstatic at first. Especially vitus since he can hold her again. It wouldn't take long for worry to creep in about sola and luna though. Especially since Luna has shown fear around giants and, while she seems fine, Sola is mostly confident because Dabria says it's safe.

Gonna pause on the young kids to go over Ryder though. He'd be a bit terrified. He's improving but years of thinking you were kept because you were useful doesn't go away. Especially depending on where Dabria is with her memories. He'd probably worry she'd demand he leave with Sola and Luna, one of his biggest fears. Even kept for use he doesn't want to lose the family he found.

Now Sola and Luna would be ok at first. Because mom is happy and won't be scared anymore. Then they'd notice the differences. Mom can't cuddle up with them like she used to. Can't hug them, pet their heads, whisper where only they could hear. The one constant, the one promise of safety, is gone.

Luna would be the first to visibly show problems. Withdrawing from the others, only really talking to Sola and Ryder. Even then it wouldn't be much. He just doesn't know what this means. He'd also share Ryder's fear of being sent away. As I've tried to point out in other stories, Luna unintentionally eavesdrops a lot. He'd hear the worry straight from Ryder, he'd know his mom kept him with his family. Now that she was big why keep the human kids around?

Sola would be really excited for a while. She can trust her mom so she doesn't have to worry. But Dabria is prone to panic with her kids around giants, even if that giant is herself. Sola would realize she couldn't play games or really connect with her mother easily anymore. She'd struggle and go from a bright, happy, and vibrant child to one much quieter and conservative in behavior.

The giant kids would just be happy to connect with their mother again. Alessia would be the one most reluctant to get too close. Afraid it would go away and she'd be the only one there when her mother reverts to a human size. She'd make sure to be home almost all the time though.

Felix would show all the work he does and just prove she should be proud of him and his siblings. That she raised them right. He'd also be the one trying to stay close to Sola and Luna. He wouldn't want them to feel like they're forgotten about or don't belong in the family anymore.

Rhys would be kind of reluctant to be around his family. He doesn't believe this will last and knows it'll hurt to lose her after reconnecting. He'd hug her once. Then be kind of a ghost. He'd keep checking on Ryder though, dragging him out. Making sure there's no way his younger brother could get too in his head again (it doesn't work well).

Back to Vitus. His worry about the kids would come minutes later. They don't know enough. Sola and luna might grow. They might grow at different times. He'd spend a day/night just close to Dabria then focus on how to make sure the twins can't accidentally hurt each other if they suddenly become giants.

He'd also be checking on them a lot, but since he doesn't talk much it would be head pats and soft looks. Not enough to be reassuring. He'd talk to Ryder more, hold him in his pocket. Just kind of close because none of the human family is getting sent away, they're where they belong.

Dabria herself now. She'd be confused and scared. The world would be right and wrong all at once. Vitus would calm her. She'd be so happy to really reconnect with her giant kids. At the same time she'd be afraid of hurting Sola, Luna, and Ryder. She'd barely touch them, never hold them. Barely talk even in case she was too loud.

All in all it would be a mess and lots of emotions at play. Honestly i do wanna do this what if and i might do where each character gets a focus of how they feel and what's happening. Lots to consider

so I read that and said "HOLD MY BEER"

so when she was like 9, she got a scar on her cheek due to training with Connor and Greg

amaya went home and her aunt starting freaking out

idk if I want the aunt to say it directly to her or like to a friend on the phone that amaya hears, but her aunt says something along the lines of "scar" and "uncivilized" and "ugly" (I imagine what amaya heard was a distortion of what her aunt actually says but I degress)

since then, amaya makes sure to be as safe as she can and not get scars.

she eventually gets one on her leg, but she can cover it with pants

so she changes the "Don't get hurt" philosophy to "only get hurt where you can hide that scar"

so she is the most careful of the three

but she has multiple scars around her body

for a while she thought "if I get a scar on my arm, I won't on my face" philosophy because ngl she's my version of anxious™️

but eventually she realizes that's dumb.

claire swanson lore dump. i tried to be concise, so i linked to posts i've made before for context (and archival purposes). still very long. i'm open for asks! here’s her immediate family tree. here’s her masterlist, with a chronological overview. everything is under the cut.

background/lore

Claribel Marie Swanson (she/her) was born in Santa Barbara, California, on February 14th, 1990. She’s the single daughter of Christina Murray, a failed-actress-turned-nurse-turned-housewife, and Werner Swanson Jr., a psychiatrist and (at the time of her birth) university professor. Her paternal grandfather made a fortune selling engagement rings in the late 40s and since then the Swansons have lived very comfortably.

She was named after the character from The Tempest, as both her parents are fond of Shakespeare. Marie because her family is Catholic, but Mary didn’t fit her French-sounding first name.

Her parents met while working in a hospital, then got married in 1988. Claire was a planned pregnancy, by which I mean she is an IVF baby. No fertility issues involved. She arrived 9:47 AM, caesarean. From the moment she was born, her parents knew exactly what they wanted her to be, although their expectations weren’t in agreement; Christina saw in Claire a second chance of her dreams coming true, while Werner envisioned a more traditional career path to his daughter, akin to his own. If only they had talked at some point. But alas.

From age three, Claire had acting, dancing and singing lessons. Her mother made it her mission that Claire had the best training, attended every single audition for every role available and had as little free time as possible. By age seven, Claire had perfected her smile. By age nine, she called herself a ballerina. By age eleven, she wanted to be a full-time actress; she starred in an indie film called ‘Marigold’ around this time, in a very small part.

Her father wasn’t very pleased with his wife’s efforts at grooming Claire into an acting career, since it obviously hindered his plans of grooming Claire into an academic career. So, when Claribel turned 12, he told his wife that Claire was already old enough to make her own decisions and that, actually, she preferred biology anyway, so maybe Christine should back off. Animosity brews. This man isn’t even at home half of the time. What does he know about Claire?

Not sure. What Claire knew, however, was that her father was finally here and he was paying attention to her. So, yeah, she loved biology! And she did: from an early age, Claire was interested in genetics and she’s had a fondness for insects for as long as she can remember. Getting a break from constant auditions and being able to choose when she pursued her acting ambitions was a welcome change as well. Claire focused on academics for a while, but still acted: she joined Santa Barbara's Lit Moon Theatre Company at 14. She got diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at 15. She was in drama club, cheer team, and was valedictorian of her graduating class. Claire is proficient in Spanish and took French in high school.

Claire met her best friend Donna Ryder in elementary school. They’ve been inseparable since. In high school, Claire constantly begged Donna for more pages in the yearbook. They loved driving around Santa Barbara in Claire's car after curfew hours. Then, she met Sebastian Ballion, her other half (platonically) in middle school. He was her first everything. By which I mean OBVIOUSLY that he was her first director. They had big dreams together; she starred in lots of his short films throughout high school, and he was the one to come up with Platinum Blonde Claire when she was 17. A visionary.

On October 13th, 2005, Claire and Sebastian headed to the Swansons’ beach residence in Malibu for the weekend. There, she found her father in a compromising situation with his secretary. He bribed her into silence and she got a nice trip to Jersey with Donna and some new clothes. This, though, only delayed the inevitable: her parents separated by late 2007 and finalised their messy divorce in November, 2008. Claire doesn’t know how her mom found out, and as guilty as she was for hiding it from her, she’s glad she wasn’t the one to tell.

This all happens around the time Claire is preparing to go to university (2008). With her father drifting away (literally, as he moved out), plus financial “incentive” (he'd pay for her tuition as long as she pursued something other than performing arts), Claire decided to major in biology. She got into SJSU and moved to the Bay Area. Being out in the world without the tutelage of either her parents was very liberating; you can bet Claribel wreaked havoc during that time. She’s always been very Claire, but it’s around this time she grew into Claire. She got more confident, more tactless, more charming and more reckless. She got a job as a drive-in waitress while living there. She had an abortion at some point. She loved going out dancing. And she loved being surrounded by queer people, as it was around this time she felt comfortable calling herself bisexual. I think Claire was happy here.

After graduating from SJSU, Claire had plans of going to med school at UCSF, but in May, 2012 she received an acceptance letter to Hollywood University, which she did not remember applying to. She packed her bags, moved to L.A. and decided to major in performing arts, finally. Soon after, her father found out about it and cut her out/disinherited her. Bummer. Anyway, she had a Mysterious Benefactor now.

As for Hollywood U: most posts I make take place in an around her third year at HWU, in 2014/2015. You may notice my relationship with HWU is very "playing with dolls". I move a lot of plot elements around: for example, Bianca's ploy to get Claire expelled happens in her third year, around Oct/2014. Clash at Sunset comes out in Jan/2015. And I ignore what I consider stupid (which means you will NOT see the studio plotline on my profile). Claire is very close to Addison and Ethan, and sees Lisa as a younger sister. She starts dating her stupid professor by Dec/2014-Early 2015. This is good and appropriate and Claire is not an archetypal femme fatale (this man will lose his job).

Claire has a complicated relationship with her parents. Her mother never felt like a mother to her, filling more of a role of an older sister. She was her mother’s perfect little doll, a medium to live vicariously through. Meanwhile, her father was emotionally and (due to work) physically distant. She was her father’s strange creation, a successor desperate to be recognised as more than that. She grew up in a weird environment. Very privileged (which she is glad for), but very cold. She had her entire life planned out for her by her parents. Different paths. She escaped one and followed the other, tried escaping it too… only to fall back into the first. Her entire life has been directed, in a way, by other people. She is not aware of this (yet). Is Claire a role she plays?

These dynamics made her develop a profound need of approval from others; if she’s good- if she’s really, really good, then maybe they will love her. She needs to impress people. Attention = love. She needs the spotlight. When her mother clapped at her opening nights, she knew she loved her. When her father nodded after seeing her report cards, she knew he loved her. Most of her relationships (platonically or otherwise) are defined by this.

So, Claire has no body image issues, but she does have self-esteem issues; being overly confident often correlates with compensation. She feels innately unlovable. She doesn’t know what’s wrong with her (because there must be something wrong with her). She works really hard to make people like her, love her maybe. She masks, then masks again. Romantically, she craves attention from her partners, but she has to work for that attention; if it’s too easy, she’s not interested. If it’s too easy, something is wrong (it’s never been easy?!). She uses her sexuality in her favour, but that's not a healthy behaviour.

Nowadays (as in, 2014), Claire is in good terms with her mother, but she doesn’t feel close to her. Christine invites her for brunch and margaritas and gives her TMI about her love life. As for her father, they don’t talk.

Claire has had many romantic relationships throughout her life, and this is important to her character. In no chronological order, and non-exhaustively, I'll list some of the men she has dated: Sebastian (inconclusive)(17), her first agent (33), guy running for U.S. Senate (45), her therapist (37), her parents' divorce lawyer (52), Chris Winters (31), her married tennis instructor (47), Italian F1 driver (32). Claire likes putting men in situations, but she is not an archetypal femme fatale. She dated her SJSU roommate Sabrina for a while. She had a situationship with Madeline, lead singer of a goth band and fellow HWU student. All of these were whirlwind relationships and very short lived.

She feels very lonely! She's always surrounded by people, but she desperately craves connection. She feels misunderstood. This is due to a combination of what I've written here + people's (especially men's) perception of her + her ASD diagnosis. I'll link these two other posts about her personality + relationships. Sorry! At the end of the day Claire is, like, just a normal person with lots of flaws and failings, and lots of good things as well. But she'll never get what she wants as long as she keeps pursuing people who put her in a pedestal. They go to bed with Gilda, but wake up with me. She's setting herself for failure. She's not being sincere with them, and, mostly, with her.

BENNY THE RÉVOLUTIONNAIRE (The UnTitledverse, The UnTitled Ventures & The Ender sagas)

Here's some Eldritch lore! For Benny, this result is more literal than it is metaphorical. Pretty much, the Omniscience (the subconscious of creation itself/the multiverse) created Benny (the seventh-borne Eldritch) to either replace Zachariah (the second-borne Eldritch) as the "Hand at Fate's Table" or to help guide him onto a better path (like many things with the Omniscience, its' intentions are somewhat ambiguous). He is essentially designed with altruism (if a little mischievous in his methods), and unlike Zachariah's callousness, need for control and disdain towards humanity, Benny has a pre-set need to care for humans, give them some level of independence, and see the good of humanity like the rest of his siblings (except for Zachariah). However, Benny's disappearance/banishment (Zachariah's doing) into the Void, led Benny to develop a rebellious attitude, to free humanity from Zachariah's ruthlessness and tyranny. This attitude eventually leads Benny to build up a revolt that will activate when the time was right, and with Joaquin Lockwood's help, they manage to build up a great chance to depose Zachariah. However due to Benny's naivety in his responsibility, overconfidence and gross underestimation of Zachariah's awareness and ability to counter his plans, Benny loses his trump card (Joaquin Lockwood) and his plans for rebellion is set decades back instead of simply a few years. Benny's idealism is shaken, but broken, and in fact, he takes to heart this lesson, reflecting on himself and improving to the point he gets the confidence to try again... this time with a lot more organization and help.

EVERMOND SCOWLZKA (The UnTitledverse and Life, Despair & Monsters)

Doctor Evermond Scowlzka has used the power of silence numerous times, and taken advantage of the opportunities it gave him to continue his twisted scientific pursuits. Scowlzka has a cheerful and friendly demeanor mixed with a calm and collected tone, though this hides his frustration and obsession with what controls humans; the mind or the body? His passion and determination to seek out an answer that fits the answer he wants pushes him to commit many human atrocities; irreversible dismemberment and mutilation of the human body, lead the hunt for Mario Emmet which caused the deaths of the Holmes' family who housed the shapeshifting alien, surgically transferring a young and dying Kiyotaka Ayanokoji's brain into a different body, not to save his life on behalf of Atsuomi, but to create a living experiment that could help him win the "mind vs body" debate, was willing to dissect a teenage Icarus Galatos to goad Hatter out (so he could also dissect the interdimensional plant/fungus creature) and had on numerous occasions attempted or succeeded in child murder (he really hates teenagers in particular). While I don't agree with 'The Tide' as his result in general, I can see where it fits him.

RYDER (A Radioactive Calamity Of Love, Bombs & Gore, Fallout New Vegas)

Ryder is an interesting individual. She's cheated death many times, and traveled the Mojave and Wasteland long enough to feel numb towards the experiences she's faced. She hides her emotions behind various carefully crafted masks that help her get what she wants, and believes that playing all sides of New Vegas will eventually gift her a position of power that will resolve her crippling emptiness. She doesn't want to stay as a nobody courier who moves from one post to another with little to no impact, no lasting legacy. Always tired. Always full of regret. Always wanting more. And her near-death encounter with Benny was almost a wake-up call, and also the slight amnesia was enough to "renew" her into a blank slate, leading her to shape the future of the Mojave. And perhaps with a little help from a half-human, half-interdimensional creature figure wielding magic and a flame sword as well as his arrogant and almost psychotic half-sister who despises authority and harasses the elderly.

Which OC are you most fond of, and why?

David. I draw Davina more than David, by a lot, but David is my special little boy. He's the very first fursona I ever had, and he's still very near and dear to my heart.

Is there any form of media (other movies, books, theater, news, etc.) that inspired your wip/s? How so?

Visual Novels (which I'm working on one myself now!) and RPGs like Fable 2 and 3. Games where choices matter. I wanted to make a story that takes causality into account directly. Instead of writing back-to-front, where I have a pre-set conclusion, I write linearly. I've...essentially BECOME Malor, the God of Fate and Chance, from Relan.

I set very specific events that NEED to happen (David's incident with Trace, Ryder's employment with Kaleb, that sort of thing) and then allow the story to create itself in the in-betweens. What happens happens, and the choices matter: I let the characters breathe, live, do their own thing. I step into the shoes of an observer.

If I hadn't been so heavily inspired by games where the events are determined by free will and choice, I wouldn't write the way I do, and the story would be drastically different.

Which part of your wip are you most struggling and how do you plan to overcome it?

THE DOWNHILL CALM AFTER THE CLIMAX OF THE STORY. I've been struggling to write it for ages now. I finally hit the climax of the story and have been trying to write the final 2 chapters, and it's hard.

Supernatural said it best.

"Endings are hard. Any chapped-ass monkey with a keyboard can poop out a beginning, but endings are impossible. You try to tie up every loose end, but you never can. The fans are always gonna bitch. Any advice/ words of encouragement or just really a greeting to any writeblr who would have read this far?

When you see those posts telling you how to be a good writer, giving all sorts of advice on the concepts of "show, don't tell", "don't over-worldbuild, don't under-worldbuild", "write this way, write that way"...

Fuck'em. If you're new enough to need advice, I promise, any advice like that is harmful. Start off just developing your style, your way. Learn how YOU write, what feels good to YOU. When you know your style, and you know what feels good to you, THEN learn the "rules".

Read like hell, both before, during, and after developing your style. When you have your style, learn the rules from an academic standpoint, learn the "correct" way to write.

And then adapt it. Bend the rules that suit you, break the rules that hurt your efforts, follow the rules that improve your work. Create your own set of rules and follow those instead of any standardized "This Is The Right Way" rules set by others.

That's my advice. Nobody can tell your story the way you can, so why should you follow anybody else's rules for writing?

mmm. short story: for years and even irl LO lied about having a friend that had a daughter, of which she claimed to be the godfather or even father depending on the day you asked her about it. this god daughter had a fictional avatar named Jaina. LO later claimed this god daughter died along with the mother, but she kept writing Jaina on her Family Guy fanfiction, where she went to have a incestuous romance with the baby that was actually her uncle and romantic tension with her father... that was the admitted self insert of LO, Lord Ryder. anyway, based on the universe of Lord Ryder LO made a RPG where in the DLC you'd have the option to have this Jaina character (that was written to be 16 at most) completely naked.

i’ve just had it revealed to me that Frozen 3 is in production at the ol’ D-biz and it’s reminded me that I have a lot of Thoughts about this franchise, specifically all the issues I had with the second film so I will now write about all my frustrations and maybe some Disney Exec will see it and incorporate my thoughts because my thoughts are brilliant. anyway.

My main issue with the second Frozen movie was the focus on Anna and Elsa. While I get that added lore is exciting and everyone likes the magic and EVERYONE loves Elsa (I do too, so no shame there), from a story point of view, it was completely unnecessary. Did we need more backstory with Anna and Elsa? Not really. We saw their childhood, we saw their family, the tragedy of their parents’ death. Heck, the fan theories about The parents being on the way to Rapunzel and Eugene’s wedding made more sense. Anna and Elsa didn’t need more background to make them Special and Different. I will allow that Elsa being born with magic leads to very intriguing questions, but i’ll get back to that later.

You wanna know who needed more background? Whose origins and life we know very little about? Kristoff. All we know is that he helped the ice harvesters and then went home and one day got adopted by trolls. Were the ice harvesters his family? Who was his mom? What was life like with the trolls? There’s SO MUCH potential.

Which leads me to point 2. The Northuldra should not be related to Anna and Elsa. Their mother should not have been made Northuldra. Let’s look at some pictures, shall we?

Here is a comparison that I did not make of child Iduna and adult Iduna. Maybe it’s just me, but they look nothing alike. Hair texture, hair color, complexion, face shape, and even eye color seem slightly off to me. Iduna has always looked very much classically european and that child very obviously does not in the sense that the Northuldra are supposed to look different. my apologies if that’s offensive or poorly worded.

But hey, do you know what might make more sense? If a certain ice harvester who wears furs and leathers and has a “thing with the reindeer” and even sings a whole song with reindeer backing him vocally has biological ties to the Northuldra. Maybe not completely, but maybe one parent was caught on the outside of the enchanted forest and made a kid with some blonde and out comes Kristoff who somehow ends up abandoned, gets taken in first by the ice harvesters and then the trolls. Heck, i don’t know. It just seems to fit better. This would’ve not only filled in gaps from the first movie, but it wouldn’t try to fit an already established character into an indigenous mold to make the main characters extra special.

Beyond that, Kristoff makes friends with Ryder pretty early on and, if given more time, could’ve had so much potential for Kristoff to have friends/family that a.)are human and b.)aren’t his fiancée or his fiancée’s sister.

This has gotten longer than I intended so I’ll wrap it up here and make a pt. 2 or something. Please be civil if you disagree. I just thought i’d get these thoughts out.

I love u all very much and every engagement, be it even just a like, means a lot to me.

I've intended to sorta make a cool post of some older vp of him as of today, September 17th, exactly 2 years ago I have created Ryder,— back then as a supposed supportive character for Vijay, very unsure if I would like him as Ry didn't visually turn out as I wanted him to be in the first place and he never went that way either afterwards — yet I find myself writing those lines instead.

I've accepted his look and his imperfection started to grow on me with each picture I took of him. Unlike my other ocs he went his own way leading me along to discover his personality. That's what makes him so different compared to my other blorbos and has me so attached to him.

I did not plan to make him a raver (he was supposed to become an 80s goth punk, a total different style than he's got now) neither that he would end up with a rogue AI controlling him. Only his name, basic info and the toxic family story was planned right from the beginning but that's pretty much it – Ryder showed me the rest of it.

Within the year 2023 I noticed more and more that Ryder has slowly but surly turned out to be my main character.

He turned out to be the most expressive and photogenic one of them all. I don't see him as the prettiest looking either yet he's my most precious and I love every pixel about him.

He's the one thing in my life I am actually truly 100% proud of.

Almost all my ocs exist because of him. They are his support characters. Without him half of them would not even exist. There would be no Thyjs. Even Garnet exists so Ry can live out his passion (that was not really put into the game but exists as lore: Technoise).

I am beyond happy to have created him.

He helps me in a lot of rather personal ways too I do not need to address here.

I got so much to tell about him (also about my other ocs) yet idk if I should continue or not as I find myself stuck with overthinking about it bc of lack of public response literally everywhere (this excludes private chat talks with close friends). Maybe Ryder's too intimidating (not the first time I would read that), his lore gets overlooked easily, or it's to much (confusing) text.

I cannot make anyone force-like him. Tastes are different. Minority is into others oc lore. Less time to read it all. The list is long. I'm aware of it all.

But I cannot underline it enough: do never hesitate to ask me questions about him. He's on my mind 24/7 and my biggest wish is to get this story out and done some day (whenever it will be) and receive some actual feedback on it what was liked.

Just a tiny detail is enough. <3

Another wish I have ever since I joined the CP77 fandom: that people would go back to comment each other more. We all do have little time for it, we all think "oh no so much text to read", we all are in our own bubbles rarley coming out to explore another bubble within this universe. It takes a lot of effort to do. people do seem scared on top to write anything at all for numerous reasons. I have all those problems as well. But I try to sit down and read the one or other lore chunk others wrote down and give a tiny comment as best as I can to make the creator have a smile on their lips. I truly wish we all would do this at least once a week to one person. once a month would be also fine. But if we don't this fandom will be dead soon enough and all thats left is just liking vp with characters on it we know almost nothing about. And maybe even those characters won't have lore anymore bc people stop creating it.

thats also somewhat the dyanmique i have for horshy and ruyan but i think its more like. complicated. because ruyan meets horshy when hes single but theyre just Bros at that point like mr chefant doesnt drop head over heels immediately NOT in that hes not interested in ruyan but ruyan is just ruyan. and ARR ruyan is also a bit unaproachable but very loveable. but later on the brofriendship starts concoting something more in chefants little head but then suddenly ruyan is in a relationship and chefant backs off and tunnels the attraction into just being even better friend for ruyan. and even after it all goes to shit and ruyan is very onbviously Not In That Relationship anymore and the [DATA EXPUNGED I NEVER TALKED ABOUT THIS PART OF RUYANS LORE] happens i think he still keeps a distance because its weird to make a move on someone in the woes and sorrows. i think ryder knows deep down that chefant wouldve always been better for ruyanb and that ruyan is probably interest in chefant but because ruyan has had nothing but bad experiences with other people and has rarely created a healthy relationship of any lind with anybody including familial and even friendly besides like ryder and 2 people and also shes 28 and hasnt had a decent sex life so she doesnt even know whats fully good for sher she moreso jumps to people who obviously advance at her and not people who are warm and kind to her because she hasnt learned to decpher her emotions into the right boxes. anyway ruyan is addicted to shitty relationships on the account of not developing a good social life and so it takes until like midway through heaves en ward to realize that chefant likes him and thats scary. even though [EXPUNGED] happened but also it is partially because the guy doesnt force it at all and since theyre Bros hes not like flirting anymore just being nice and like, they talk together easy and fall into the handsy friends thing but since ruyan bathes with ryder and stuff he also doesnt consider that like weird. and chefant isnt doing it in like a flirtatous way. anyway when ruyan realizes he's interested he has no idea how to go about it because this is the first time hes has to instigate anything and keeps trying but he doesnt know if its working and since chefant backed off now he doesnt know if ruyan is just getting back to his normal attitude and being brofriends or what and i think this all ends with nevermind watch this
