1. Who most initiates PDA?
2. Any sleep habits either had to get used to?
3. Hot and Steamy or Soft and Tender?
5. What is their love language?
this for either Fallen Petals or Snowfall, your pick~
Let's do both:
Fallen Petals:
1. Ruby tends to, but usually waits for Cinder to acknowledge that she wants any. It takes a bit for Cinder to get used to being touched without being hurt.
2. For Cinder, it's getting up early in the morning. Ruby’s an early riser. Ruby though, struggles with Cinder’s night owl routine.
3. Soft and tender. Ruby and Cinder tend to be delicate with each other.
5. This one has been answered already and will link that later.
Snowfall:
1. Bold to assume either of them actually understand PDA. But, it's actually Cinder who initiates it after watching Weiss interact with her team and then surprises Winter with a hug. Suffice to say, it's like watching a feral cat interact with a lonely house cat
2. Winter immediately put herself into a different bedroom than Cinder so she didn't have to deal Cinder staying up late. Doesnt stop Cinder from nearly waking her up when climbing into bed anyway.
3. Hot and steamy. You could almost call it hate sex, but the two get passionate when they're in the mood and usually end up witch scratches and bite marks.
5. For Cinder and Winter it's quality time, though that quality time seems to differ. Cinder prefers it when they're doing hobbies while Winter prefers working out and doing missions with Cinder.

Cinder watched the scenery pass by them in a blur, chin resting on the palm of her cybernetic hand. It was hidden by a long black glove, disappearing into the sleeves of her coat. Her other hand, still flesh and blood, idly picked at the fabric of her jeans. The ever present hum of the engine and the motors as they rumbled across the empty road created the perfect monotonous drone for her to zone out to, getting lost inside of her own mind. Not even the dulcet tones of her girlfriend’s music playing through the car’s radio could pull her out. Logically she knew she had nothing to worry about, she had Winter’s constant assurances on that front, and the Specialist had yet to steer her wrong. At least not in recent years. She let out a small huff of laughter, remembering the first ever assurance that slipped past those pale lips.
“I assure you, I will make you pay for your sins.”
Cinder closed her eyes as she remembered their first few encounters with each other, ever on opposite sides of a pointless war between immortal beings. A war both of them had sacrificed so much for, and hurt each other time and time again. She could feel the phantom pains start to creep in along her shoulder. While it had been the insufferable silver eyes brat that had cost Cinder her arm, it was Winter that had torn the grimm that had replaced it from her body. Oddly, that had been the catalyst for the change in their relationship, and Cinder's own outlook on the world. Another failure on her part, one that Salem had not forgiven and cast her out. Even now, years later, the rejection of all she had known, all she had sacrificed for, stung. Her fingernails started to dig into her leg as the agitation coiled through her, until a cold, coarse hand rested upon it. Opening her eyes, she looked down to see Winter's hand taking hold of hers, pulling it away from her leg before she could hurt herself. A smile graced her lips as she squeezed her partner's hand in response. "I'm okay..."
Winter was focusing on the road, but the raised brow in response spoke volumes to how little she believed Cinder in this moment. "Talk to me, Princess. What is on your mind?" Her voice held a rare warmth, oozing with concern.
Cinder let out another sigh, shifting in the car seat as she leaned back, extracting her hand from Winter's, placing both of hers in her lap. She fiddled with the fingers of the long black glove hiding her prosthetic with a frown on her lips. "Everything, my love. But specifically, I was thinking about our past. About everything that happened, about how she- she just threw me aside." Her fists clenched as she let out a slow breath, trying to reign in the flash of anger. "That hurt never really went away. I gave Salem so much. My childhood, my innocence. I was her greatest soldier, and it wasn't enough."
"That's because Salem's a bitch." Cinder snorted in response, causing Winter's rare smile to return as she lowered the music on the radio. "No, seriously. Don't get me wrong, living as long as she did alone with primarily grimm for company would turn anyone into a bitch, but a bitch she still is. Trust me, I know bitches. I grew up with one as a father." Her smile faltered into a grimace as she thought of Jacques, though it quickly went away. "But why are you thinking about that now?"
"Because we're on our way to meet your parents! Or, at the very least, your mother." Cinder threw her hands up, her frown returning in force. "It's already been difficult enough with your friends and sister to reconcile everything that happened. How is she going to react to the fact you're dating a criminal." She started to list off some of her past sins, counting them on her fingers. "I destroyed Beacon, killed Ozpin and Pyrrha, stabbed your sister, and organised several other assassinations and property damage. And that's just the crimes she probably knows about." Cinder could feel the anxiety start to crawl up her spine like the spindly fingers of a Gheist. "Even your sister has difficulty being civil around me."
"Well, you did impale her with a spear made of fire, threw her down a mystical pit to another world, and tried to steal my maiden powers on numerous occasions." Winter lifted one of her hands off the wheel to count, though there was a teasing lilt to her voice. "That, and Weiss is known to hold a grudge, even if she has mellowed out in the last few years." She reached across the car to put her hand on Cinder's thigh, giving her a reassuring squeeze. Cinder simply shook her head at the tone of Winter's voice, a low chuckle leaving her.
"How can you be so blase about this?"
"Because I've forgiven you for it all. You've worked with us against Salem, you're on better terms with Ruby and I know how difficult that is." Cinder tensed up at the red brat's name, fists clenching briefly. Though they were on the same side now, and civil, neither could completely forgive the other yet. Cinder for the fact that she lost an eye and arm in their little scuffle, and Ruby because Cinder killed Pyrrha Nikos. "If she can forgive and end up dating Sustrai, she'll forgive you eventually. But more importantly than all of that, I think you're underestimating my mother." A sly grin spread across her face, an amused look shining in her blue eyes that caused Cinder to roll her own, letting out another scoff.
"And now you're going to be mysterious, aren't you? Brothers, I should have taken your maiden powers when I had the chance." She shook her head, holding her forehead. Her fake frown lasted as long as it took for Winter to laugh and lightly slap her thigh. "Now, are we almost there? My ass is hurting thanks to this rust bucket."
Winter let out a scoff of her own, putting a hand to her chest in mock offence. "Oh, I am sorry Princess. Is my oldest companion not meeting your high standards?"
"Win, I love you. But this piece of garbage is possibly older than Ozma himself." She gave Winter an unimpressed look, crossing her arms as she did so.
"Shh, don't listen to her, Saber. She's just jealous cause she's not allowed to drive." Winter gave the dashboard a gentle pat, seeming to ignore how close it was to breaking. "I've had her since I joined the military, she was the first thing I bought with my paycheck and she's served me well."
"I can drive!" Cinder pouted, brows furrowed as she let out a huff.
"Not legally." Winter's voice had regained the teasing edge, before she straightened up in her seat, eyes squinting as she looked in the distance. "Ah, and to answer your earlier question, yes. We're nearly there."
"Not my fault I don't have both eyes." She grumbled to herself, prosthetic moving to ghost along her eyepatch, even as she sat up straighter to look out on the road ahead of them.
"Actually I was talking about all the crime." Cinder let out another grumble, playfully slapping Winter's arm, before both broke into soft laughter.
They were fast approaching the new home of the Schnee Matriarch. In the years following Atlas's fall and Mantle's destruction, some of the refugee's had returned to Solitas to try to rebuild their homes. The process was slow, and could only really start after Salem had left the frozen landscape alone. Cinder was trying her hardest not to think about the last time she had been here, choosing to focus on the road itself. It was barely a road, all gravel and bumps built on the bones of what was once Mantle. The water had been drained, the boundaries re-established, but the damage was significant. Cinder idly wondered how much dust had been used to fill in the holes caused by Atlas falling to the earth, but was soon distracted as the Schnee's new manor came into view, though one would be hard pressed to call it that. Her lips pursed as she took in the view. Gone were the cold stone walls of their previous home's architecture, this building had a much more Mistralian theme. It would have stuck out like a sore thumb, if not for some of the other completed buildings they had passed taking inspiration from Vacuo and Vale as well. "I'm surprised your father went for something so... un-Atlas."
Winter let out a small noise of discontent as they pulled up to the manor, shifting her car to park. "Father doesn't have much say of anything any more."
"Ah, yes. They got divorced, right?"
"No, actually." Winter took a deep breath, letting it go slowly as her fist clenched. "James killed him." Cinder looked at her girlfriend in shock, eye wide and brows raised. Ironwood had been a sore spot for Winter for longer than Salem had been for her. "During one of our first expeditions back here, we recovered the footage. No trial, no... anything. He just shot Father while he was in his cell, leaving nothing but ashes for us to recover. And by the time we learned what happened, even those were gone." She let out another sigh, running a hand over her hair, making sure nothing was out of place as she got out of the vehicle. "I don't know how I felt about Father towards the end, and James robbed my family the chance to end things on our terms. I'm not sad he's dead, and we're all doing better without him, but..." She didn't get to finish her sentence as she felt Cinder's arms wrap around her waist, pulling her close. She hadn't even heard the other woman leave the car. Closing her eyes, she returned the embrace and let out a shaky breath. "So much of my life was spent in the shadow of men lost to power."
"And so much of mine was lost to a woman mired in sorrow and fury. But we're not in their shadows anymore." Cinder tightened her embrace, before releasing Winter and looking at the house again. There was no sign that they had been seen yet, and it caused her to bite her lip as she considered. "Do we really have to meet your Mom though? We can always drive away before they've seen us..."
Winter planted a gentle kiss on Cinder's forehead, right at the edge of her eye patch. "They already know we're here. We tripped the sensors as we pulled up." Cinder whirled around, eye looking for the sensors, and found them positioned along the driveway. She had been distracted in the car and hadn't noticed. "Come on, I think you'll be surprised." Winter took Cinder's right hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze, before leading her up to the house.
Cinder watched as Winter pressed the doorbell, hearing its melodic chime echo throughout the manor. She could feel her nerves start to skyrocket once more, and she briefly considered the feasibility of simply flying away. It wouldn't be that difficult to slip out of Winter's grasp and activate her maiden powers. But then Winter would just give chase and drag her back here anyway, she mused to herself, once again quietly considering that she should have stolen the Winter Maiden's powers when she had the chance. Before she could think of any other potential escape attempts, the front door opened revealing a woman dressed in icy blues and warm reds, with hair as white as Winter's and blue eyes no longer burdened by a loveless marriage. The woman offered a warm smile as she stepped out and pulled Winter into a warm hug. Cinder could only watch as Winter blinked in surprise, before returning the gesture. Even after all this time, the soldier had difficulty with how much her mother had changed. "Winter, darling. It's so good to see you again. And to finally meet your paramour in person." Willow turned to look at Cinder, her smile never faltering.
"O-oh! Yes, Hello Ma'am." Cinder offered her right hand to Willow, hoping the smile on her face was hiding how nervous she was. Willow took the offered hand, before stepping in and giving Cinder a hug, eliciting a small gasp of surprise from her.
"No need to be so formal, my dear. Winter talks about you a lot. You can call me Willow." She stepped away, putting her hands on Cinder's shoulders and giving her a reassuring squeeze. "Now, why don't you both come in and meet my new partner." She clapped her hands together, smile widening at the thought, before turning on her heel and entering her home once more. Winter gave Cinder an encouraging smile, looping her arm through hers and leading her into the manor after her mother. The interior of the home was so different to what Winter had grown up with. The cold grey walls were replaced with much warmer wooden ones, and where portraits would once hang now were pictures of their family and friends. She couldn't help but pause at once such picture, smiling at the happy faces of her sister, team RWBY, and their partners. Emerald was arm in arm with Ruby, much like she currently was with Cinder. Weiss had adopted a pout as her girlfriend, Ilia, took advantage of her height to lay atop her. Cinder had stepped to look at the picture, smiling somberly at it as her hand reached out to ghost over Emerald.
"I should give her a call..."
"You should. I often hear how much she misses you." She gave Cinder another reassuring pat on the arm, before they quickly moved to catch up with Willow, who had already disappeared into a living room.
"Come greet our guests, My Love! Winter is here with her girlfriend!" Willow cupped her hands around her mouth as she called out. The elder Schnee seemed to revel in the opportunity to be loud after so many years of silence and tip toeing on eggshells. She waited for a moment, listening out for some form of confirmation, before grinning wider at the sound of some crashing from the upper floor. She turned back to Winter and Cinder, waving away the looks of concern on their faces at the sounds coming from above them. "Oh, don't worry. Rae probably just woke up from her nap. Please, take a seat. Can I get you something to drink, to eat?"
"Perhaps some tea, Mother? It was a long drive and Saber's heating doesn't work as well as it used to."
"Or at all..." Cinder mumbled under her breath, earning an elbow to her side from her girlfriend. She stuck her tongue out at Winter, before taking a seat on the couch.
"Tea sounds like a splendid idea. I'll put the kettle on, just make yourselves comfortable." Willow clapped to herself, before leaving towards the kitchen. Winter watched her go, a look of surprise on her face, before she let out a little laugh and took her seat next to Cinder, taking her hand into hers.
"Never thought I'd see the day where Mother made tea instead of getting a butler to do so."
"And you call me princess."
"You are a princess, Princess. My princess." Winter gave her signature smirk, lifting Cinder's hand up to place a loving kiss on the back, causing the other woman to blush furiously. She opened her mouth to respond, but the sound of footsteps entering the room distracted her.
"Alright, I'm here 'llow. Where's our gue-" Silence settled across the room as Raven and Cinder locked eyes with each other. Both of their mouths fell open as they took each other in, before Cinder stood suddenly and started pointing at Raven, who was doing the same, both crying out in unison. "YOU!"
"Oh, good. You both know each other." Winter said calmly, crossing her legs and resting her hands on her lap, leaning back and watching both of them with an amused expression. It caused both of them to stop looking at each other to instead look at Winter.
"You're dating Salem's lap dog!?"
"Your step mother is the Branwen Bitch!?" The two immediately went back to glaring at each other, Cinder letting out an offended scoff as her eye started to glow. "I am not associated with that Monster any more!"
"Who are you calling a bitch?" Raven's eyes narrowed, starting to glow in turn. Winter let out a sigh as she was forced to stand up, walking between the two of them, arms outstretched to stop them launching at each other, her own eyes glowing as well.
"May I remind you both that neither of you are the only maiden here, and that Mother will be quite cross with all of us if we destroy her home so soon after it was finished." She glared at both of them in turn, using her signature Schnee Specialist stare that had cowered even her superiors on many occasions. Cinder was the first to break, letting her anger ebb away as she sank back into the couch, pouting and looking away from Raven and Winter. Once Cinder was sat, Winter turned the glare to Raven, who resisted for longer, but in time also stood down. "Also, Raven. You are well documented as being a bit of a bitch."
A deep sigh rumbled through Raven as she ran a hand through her messy hair, crimson eyes shutting. "Yeah, yeah I know I'm a bitch. And, I'm sorry for being rude. I just wasn't expecting to see you after I threw you out of the vault and into the depths." Winter raised a brow at that, quietly wondering what it was with her loved ones throwing her other loved ones into pits, but chose to remain silent as she took her seat next to Cinder once more, taking ahold of her hand and giving it a squeeze, one which Cinder returned.
Cinder turned her attention back to Raven, letting out her own sigh as she gave a nod to the older woman. "Apology...accepted. I am sorry as well, this is your home and I shouldn't have called you a bitch." Her lip quirked upwards as she resisted smiling, but couldn't resist the snark that slipped out. "Even if you totally are one." Rather than receiving anger or more insults, Cinder was surprised to hear Raven laugh in response. It started as a chuckle before building into something more. She remembered hearing a similar laugh coming out of Yang back when she was infiltrating beacon, but she shouldn't be surprised considering their relation.
"Oh, the sprout has a bit more bark this time. Winter, why don't you go help your mom. I love that woman, but she's still not great in the kitchen." Winter nodded, standing, before hesitating at leaving her girlfriend alone with someone she had been willing to try to kill just a few seconds ago. Raven could see the worry on her face, and waved it away. "Go, I'm not going to ruin Willow's living room. Not unless I want to be sleeping out in the cold again." Raven waited until Winter had left the room to take a seat herself, a single recliner covered with Mistrali blankets and throws. She let out a content sigh as she sank into the comfort of her favourite seat, crimson eyes closing briefly, before reopening to appraise Cinder properly. "So, no longer with Salem?"
Cinder took a deep breath, before shaking her head. "No. She abandoned me, after everything I did for her." She frowned, looking down at her left arm and clenching her fist. "Winter was there to pick up the pieces after I shattered. Helped them start to turn the tide, and then we started dating." She let out a small scoff of laughter. "Still can't believe it sometimes."
"I know how you feel." Raven leaned forward in her seat, elbows resting on her knees as she interlaced her fingers, resting her chin on them. "After everything went down in Haven, I went back to Taiyang, my ex-husband. To apologise, to try to make amends. Took losing my foster daughter, and then getting yelled at by my bio-daughter to realise I needed to stop being such a coward." She pursed her lips as she thought back to that time, letting out a small chuckle herself. "He was not happy to see me, but we made amends after several, several heartfelt and difficult conversations. Once that was done... and after Atlas fell we decided to go to Vacuo to help the refugees, and find our daughter." At this she narrowed her eyes and looked at Cinder properly, an undercurrent of anger there. "Imagine our surprise and sorrow when we heard that they fell into a bottomless pit." Cinder flinched, looking away as she clenched her fists. She opened her mouth to speak, but Raven carried on. "But then she came back, alongside the rest of her team...alongside Ruby." There was an undercurrent of fondness in her voice, and Raven leaned back in her seat. "Tai and Yang gave me another chance to be a part of their family, and I found Willow. I broke what Tai and I had beyond repair, but Willow still gave me a chance. I guess what I'm trying to say is... if you've really changed, far be it from me to hold you accountable for your past sins." Cinder looked up in surprise, eye wide as she took in Raven. "Goodness knows I've got plenty of my own. But still, these Schnee's seem to love us."
"They do, don't they." Cinder's voice was soft as she took in everything, a small smile returning to her face. "If you had told me when we first met that we'd end up dating a Schnee, and that we'd be trying to repent for our sins, I'd have laughed. And then probably tried to set you on fire."
"You wish you could have set me on fire. You tried and ended up in a pit." Raven stuck her tongue out, before both of them broke down laughing at the absurdity of their lives. They then heard the clinking of ceramic, and looked towards the door frame as Willow and Winter reentered the room, carrying a tray of tea and snacks between them, placing them on the coffee table in the middle of the room.
"It's good to see you two getting along. I have to admit, I was worried." Willow said, moving over to plant a loving kiss on Raven's lips, causing the former bandit queen to blush like a schoolgirl, and Cinder to chuckle quietly.
"What, us? Fight? Naaah, we both know how'd that end." Raven teased out, shooting Cinder a wink as Willow took the recliner next to her. Winter had poured each of them a mug of tea and had passed it out, before returning to her seat next to Cinder. "So, why don't you tell your mothers how you two met, Winter?"
Winter let out a low groan, a small flush rising up her neck. "I'm still not sure about calling you Mother, Raven. But very well." She cleared her throat, taking a small sip of her tea, and a smile growing on her face. "We first met when she tried to kill me and Penny so she could steal the Winter Maiden's powers." Cinder let out a groan as the story started, but couldn't help but smile as she leaned into Winter, closing her eyes. She hated to hear how awful she once was, but amongst the present company, she knew she wouldn't be judged too harshly. She could feel the love filling the room, and couldn't help but be thankful.

Ladybug, Snowfall or Fallen Petals for the bunny suit drabble (I don't know what a reverse one is)
(A reverse bunny suit basically covers everything a bunnysuit doesnt while leaving everything a bunny suit covers exposed. That said, have some snowfall)
“You want me to wear… what?” Cinder had asked in almost a half gag at what Winter had asked her to do. “I know you were put in charge of my… rehabilitation as Ruby put it, but… you cant be serious.”
Winter rolled her eyes as she held a red bunny suit in front of her. “Its just for one night and you wont be alone. I promised Weiss that I would be there to help-”
“And so now I’m supposed to wear that because of a promise you made?”
“Its for the spring festival that Vale is putting on.”
Cinder sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. “I dont see why I have to wear that for a festival. Its so revealing and… crude. There has to be something better to wear.”
Winter sat the bunny suit down next to Cinder. “Part of your rehabilitation is to help where its needed. And right now, Weiss needs help making sure we have enough people for the… bunny cafe… that she’s putting on. The suit is required, but she is allowing stockings for your legs to be covered as well as sleeves for your arms.”
“I dont see how this is supposed to help with any of that.” Cinder laid back and looked over at her prosthetic arm, still self conscious about the scarring that came flush with the metal along her shoulder and chest. “There has to be another way for me to be better, right? Maybe I can rescue a few cats out of trees or help someone cross the street.”
“Then dont do it for Weiss, do it for me.”
Cinder sat up. “For you?”
Winter looked away to try to hide her own blush as she cleared her throat. “Like I said, you wouldnt be the only one wearing something like this. Robyn, May, Fiona, and Coco have also volunteered along with Ren and Jaune. Besides, its supposed to be fun and you’ll only be required to be there for a couple hours.”
“That still feels like two hours too many.”
“Just… think about it for now.”
“Fine…” Cinder watched Winter leave the bedroom and shut the door before she got up and picked up the bunny suit that laid next to her. As she held it up against her, it seemed a lot more revealing than what Winter made it seem to be. Though, she had to admit, she did see the appeal of wearing one, even if it wasnt exactly her style.
She grumbled a bit as she found herself stripping down and putting the bunny suit on, her skin shivering as the cold latex pressed against her. The outfit fit a lot more snug than she expected it to, not that she didnt really expect it to be snug against her. A sigh left Cinder’s lips once she finished dressing, the scars along her legs, arms, and chest all still visible and stood out against the outfit. A cruel reminder of the life that she had lived up to this point.
Leggings and sleeves would certainly hide most of her scars, but the ones along her chest where the grimm arm had attached to her… Cinder started to strip the outfit off herself, nearly disgusted with how she looked. Every scar a reminder of what she’d been put through, the pain that she felt when Ruby purified her of that grimm that was killing her from the inside out, every scar practically engrained with the identity of the person who put it there.
“Everyone has scars, you know,” Winter said as she walked up behind her.
Cinder flinched at Winter’s voice and started to get dressed again. “But not everyone has to wear them as blatantly as I do.”
“No, but this fight has left us with our own share of issues. I have to keep wearing my brace, Ruby’s missing an eye, Weiss has scars all along her arm now, Emerald has scars along her face from when you nearly killed her… but we all choose to wear them proudly.”
“Its still different.”
Winter sighed. “Alright, then how about this: wear the bunny suit for as long as we need it and I’ll make sure your scars are hidden.”
Cinder paused as she pulled her shirt over her and looked at Winter. “And how do you plan to do that?”
“Makeup will still do wonders to hide most of your scars we cant cover.”
“Fine,” Cinder said as she finished getting dressed. “Help me cover the scars first and then I’ll decide if I agree.”
Winter pulled Cinder into a hug. “I promise, I’ll do everything I can to keep you comfortable.”
