RWBY fanfiction recommendation

On the anniversary of her mother's death, 12-year-old Ruby Rose is distraught that she can't visit her grave due to the recent mass of grimm population in the area. However, she decides she's good enough of a fighter to make the trip.

As it turns out, she's not.

Yang can't accept the truth, that her sister is now gone. No one could make her believe Ruby is no longer out there, not even Qrow, who only found her battered cloac, blood in disturbing amounts, and a broken Cresset Rose.

Meanwhile, in Vale, a certain criminal by the name of Roman Torchwick was convinced by his partner in crime to take in an ingured child. The child not remembering who she is was just another twist for their week. Though the biggest twist for him is how much he may end up caring for a random stray.

The story is in really early stages as of now. When writing this, we're on chapter 6, and we just had a few chapters for setting up for the future.

The archive warnings only include graphic depictions of violence and major character deaths, but in the tags you can also find suicide attempts, so I guess the story is about to take a darker turn in the future.

But it also changes Weiss' and Blake's backstories as well. So far, Blake's is more prominent, but I adore Weiss' so much that I actually want to use the base idea in a fanfiction I may potentially write.

Uhm, once again, I LOVE the trope of Ruby joining Torchwick, so any recommendations are welcome.

After about 2 hours of Roman finding rose petals in the strangest places the girls returned home with a few bags of clothes.

“Also Red you don’t have to call me Mr.Torchwick, Roman is fine”

“Okay, Roman…Gah! That feels weird” She stuck her tongue out as she finished her sentence which caused Neo to smile a bit.

I was inspired to draw something based on a scene in Chapter 22 of @electronicyarn's fic, A Different Shade of RWBY.

I'm slow at drawing. I've been working on this on and off since the chapter posted on Christmas Eve.

Yang's reaction to Blake leaving under a read more cut, because it's a cursed image. Sorry. I really hope the read more cut works, because seeing it should be a choice you get to make.

Fanfic: Help a Sister Out!, RWBY | FanFiction

Lancaster fic that I like, Lancaster fic that I recommend.

This time a one shot from the hand of Mallobaude, I really love the caretization that she gives Ruby in her fics, being one of my favorite authors when it comes to Lancaster fics.

Since it's a one shot, I don't want to spoil too much, so I'll just say go read this, it's a pretty funny fic.

RWBY fanfic recomendation!

Basically, this plays after Volume 9. Or should I say before?

From the Ever After, the tree sends the team back to the past 10 years before the fall of Beacon, and they get a chance to, if not defeat Salem, at least stop her active plans and make sure she can't unite the relics. In the meantime, stop the White Fang from radicating and stop the corruption of the Shnee Dust Company. And of course, save Summer Rose from her misterious death.

Taking on new identities and hiding behind mostly grim masks, Ruby, Weis, Yang, Blake, and Jaune form team ROWSE. They become a third party in Ozpin and Salem's game, knowing damn well that Ozpin's current way of doing things is doomed to fail.

They also make a habit of adopting abused kids, which, as you may imagine, does not go well.

There was a fic in which a hypothetical time-travelling Future Weiss and Future Jaune had a similar dynamic to that. Future Weiss was more “goofy” and also very flirty towards Future Jaune, whereas Future Jaune was much more serious and duty-focused (though still just as kind and selfless as he originally was). ....Yeah, I think I found the fic, it’s called One More Chance by ddrhckrzz

I love the tone shift between Jaune and Weiss

Jaune is all business. He has matured emotionally in his past few years alone. He's serious and protective

Weiss has become a goof. She's clumsy and comical and seems to always fall into trouble. But there's a bit of regret in there after Atlas

Their Volume 1 selves seem to have switched

The fact that Weiss is kind of into it is really cute

Personal favorite ward fic? Or one you would recommend to someone who never read ward (seems wrong to read wormfics before worm and not do the same with ward)
