Tempo run got me all crane posing because, after I conquered it and snagged my 15K bib from the #uncanceledproject, I felt like a warrior, baby. 💪 - Had a 2 mile warm up, some strides, 2 miles at 9:40, 1 mile at 8:25, and 2 more miles at 9:40. Normally I would have backed down those 9:40s to 10:30s on the treadmill, but this training plan has taught me that I can do things I think are hard (but are really easy). It has also taught me that I can hurt in places I didn’t know I had. 🤪 - Had intermittent supervision during this run, but both large dog 🐕 and workout supervisor 🐶 managed to make it down for part of the workout. Here’s what they had to say: - Large dog: “I find you guilty of running without me and having supremely ugly runner feet. 2.68/10.” - Workout supervisor: “Crane pose?
