You know, I didn't really get Ian (@/thefantastician) when he was like "My Sonic oc from forces is Ian jr. This is my son" but I have played Sonic Forces and learned the error of my ways

ok so i tried writing a fanfic to improve my writing skills, sooooo uh here it is so far!!!

Rookie ran through the corridors of the Eggman base. The adrenaline was pumping Rookie forward, and even though Rookie felt like they were going to vomit from all the running, they kept going. Rookie wouldn't back down on this misson, and they knew this was do or die. But at the same time, Rookie couldn't help but feel as if this was a suicide mission. Running through an Eggman base by yourself with little to no defenses wasn't a very good idea. Especially if your mission was to defeat Infinite, the one who had pretty much wiped out more then half of the resistance with ease. But Rookie kept going. They had to. The entire world was depending on them. Rookie's friends were depending on them. So Rookie kept on running, them not even being sure how their going to defeat Infinite. It seemed impossible. Rookie's plan was to catch Infinite off guard and get the Phantom Ruby, which is way easier said then done. Rookie eventually came to a turn in the corridor, and with a screeching sound from Rookie's boots against the floor, Rookie skidded to a stop. Rookie stared down the corridor, which was dimly lit from emergency lights. There was only the sound of the buzzing lights, since all the computers are down. This base didn't really have the Eggman feel to it at the moment, even though it was one of Eggman's main bases. Rookie was panting, their legs felt like jelly, their lungs were burning, but their heart kept beating faster and faster. The adrenaline rush seemed to be the only thing keeping Rookie going. Rookie took a small step forward, keeping quiet. They could tell Infinite was close by. Rookie took small steps, trying to take deep breaths, but it was difficult from the run they just did. Rookie, wispon in hand, came to a door in the corridor. Rookie could detect the Phantom Ruby was inside, which meant.. Infinite was there aswell. Rookie took deep breaths, completely terrified of what they were about to do. There was a high chance they would not survive this encounter with Infinite. Rookie stayed derermined, however, remembering all the encouraging words their friends had told them. Rookie took one last deep breath, holding their wispon tightly. Rookie carefully opens the door,

Phantom in the Ruby?

I choose to believe it ate him. And now Gadget gets to explain to everyone that ghosts are real. At least as far as the Phantom Ruby is concerned. Yes he is the only one who can see him. No he's not losing it thanks to the Phantom Ruby's influence. Guys please this is so awkward help me-

I have thought of how I'd reimagine Sonic Forces, it was one of the first games that I said to myself 'okay, if I'm gonna do this whole reimagine thing, this game is gonna go through a lot of changes.'

I'm not gonna go on and on about what I'd change here, there is a lot and I STILL am writing down notes about my changes. I'm just not gonna go into a lot of detail here because I don't have a lot of art down about it. I basically have the entire story planned out, but I still got one giant knot I gotta unwind before I'm satisfied with it.

I actually have an entire short comic (like 40 pages) sketched out, but it's in the back burner since I'm working on other stuff at the moment and I feel like I still have to make changes about it.

So, I'll show you what I had in mind for Tails! He's a playable character and an actually important part of the story! During the 6 months, rather than moping around, Tails has hardwired himself into searching for Sonic (definitely not good for him), knowing that he's not dead. He set up a small base in an abandoned building in Sunset City, it's where he: keeps notes on stuff, sleeps, fixes E-123 Omega, and plans out his next expedition to finding Sonic.

When Tails is out, he uses a cloak to hide obvious details about him that would make him easy to identify (such as his tails) from Eggman and the Resistance (because he doesn't want to get caught, duhh.)

He has a wisp, a pink wisp. The wispon is basically the buzz saw weapon from Ratchet and Clank.

That's all I'm going to info dump on this post, writing all of this down has somewhat motivated me into wanting to continue working on this more... =v=''

I thought it would be a cool idea to draw what Crystallize Infinite would look like in the rewrite. I figured his appearance would be similar to Mephiles’s icy form, but Crystallize Infinite’s form is crystal because they are the shards of the Phantom Ruby.

It would be awesome to see an epic final boss fight in the game. Also, the idea of Crystallize Infinite’s giant snake-like form as a final boss would be awesome too. 🌟✨
