MOTORSPORT ARTICLE: WILLIAMS' LINE-UP FINALLY REVEALED.

In a groundbreaking move for both motorsport and gender equality, Williams Racing has announced the signing of Y/N Williams as one of their drivers for the 2024 Formula One season.              LUNARIX is a six-member fictional girl group that debuted on July 17, 2023 under ANGELICO Entertainment. Rookies thrown into the UNFORGIVING landscape of the entertainment industry, Lunarix stands out amongst the rest with their UNCONVENTIONAL and QUIRKY sound and concept.

Originally known as "ANGELGIRLZ" during their pre-debut phase, the group faced immediate scrutiny. Their debut announcement quickly followed the disbandment of Angelico's top-performing groups, VENUS and DeepDive. Accusations arose, claiming that ANGELGIRLZ copied Venus' "VENUS PROJECT" with their pre-debut project, "The Angel Project." Angelico chose not to address these allegations.

The negative reception toward ANGELGIRLZ intensified when their leader, Angel, was exposed as a school bully. The group's pre-debut single, "Chu~♡," received a poor response from the public. Following this setback, Angel was removed from ANGELGIRLZ, and her contract with Angelico was terminated.

On their debut date of July 17, 2023, Siyeon, a former DollsWorld member, joined the lineup, completing the current six-member configuration. Despite this addition, Lunarix still struggles to gain widespread public affection and often becomes the target of online hate trains.

Siyeon, the leader of Lunarix, was born on May 13th, 1999 in Daegu, South Korea, to a bustling family of six siblings. Siyeon's path to stardom seemed destined from the start, as she was born under a Waning Crescent moon.

From a young age, Siyeon displayed a big personality and an undeniable need to be on stage, setting her apart from her siblings. Her innate charisma and talent caught the attention of many, earning her the title of the "survival show princess." Siyeon participated in numerous survival shows, consistently making it to the finale but never securing a spot in the final group. Despite this, she remained a beloved contestant among viewers.

In 2019, Siyeon finally made her official debut with the group DOLLSWORLD under Stormedia. However, the group's journey was short-lived, with only two comebacks before silently disbanding as all the members terminated their contracts.

Undeterred by the challenges, Siyeon embarked on a new chapter in 2021 when she joined Angelico Entertainment. Alongside her commitment to training, Siyeon continued to participate in various survival shows, showcasing her resilience and determination.

Siyeon became Lunarix's new leader, main singer, and visual after Angel, the group's previous leader, was removed before their debut. Siyeon's strong singing and attractive appearance brought fresh energy to the group and contributed significantly to its identity.

Liala grew up in a musical family. Her mother sang beautifully, and her father played the guitar in his spare time. This upbringing instilled in her a deep love for music. As an only child for much of her life, Liala was often pampered by her parents. Because of this, her friends and family referred to her as "Princess."

During her school days, Liala's fascination with becoming an idol began after she and her friends watched a performance by 4minute on YouTube.

Liala was a natural leader who took charge as the head of her school's dance team. She loved performing and showed her skills and passion to everyone. One day, she caught the attention of Angelico Entertainment and they accepted her into their agency. Liala dedicated herself to training and her exceptional talents quickly set her apart from others. She left Thailand to train in South Korea and while she was away, her parents welcomed another baby girl into the world, making Liala a big sister.

Liala spent three years practicing and improving her singing and dancing skills. Finally, she made her debut as the main singer and lead dancer of Lunarix.

MCOUNTDOWN: ATEEZ TAKES THE SPOLIGHT

Incredible stage presence sparks dating rumors.

Once again ATEEZ electrified the crowd and stayed true to their hard earned title of 'Performance Kings' during MCountdown in France, turning this simple stage in what resembled a full concert. While the focus was on their incredible abilities to light up the venue with every performance, heated interactions between certain bandmates did not go by unnoticed. Although the group is no stranger to rather close exchanges, the ones shared by main rapper Mingi and lead vocalist Himari left certain attendees with speculations of their own.

During the dance break in 'WONDERLAND (Symphony No.9 “From The Wonderland”)' the maknae took over the second half with mesmerizing movements and while in other showcases of this song the rapper stands back before his verse, the choreography seemed to have undergone some changes. For the last few beats containing the kraken's roar from their 'Kingdom: Legendary War' stage, he stepped forth to mirror her steps and snuck his hand up to his bandmate's neck, the two nearly brushing lips before pulling apart.

In the choreography for their recent comeback title track 'Bouncy (K-Hot Chilli Peppers)' they share the beginning of a verse and although this segment is well known to be quite flirtatious, it was noticed that Mingi's hand was resting on her hip, a form of skinship quite discrete yet intimate enough to leave fans thinking. Though the song they released as KQ Fellaz called 'From' did not have any of these quite intimate interactions, a series of heartwarming stolen glances were caught by the event's cameras.

With their main vocalist's recovery the group finally stood on stage as 9 members for the first time in a few months and while all were visibly thrilled, the maknae's overwhelming happiness pulled at many people's heartstrings whether fan or not. The physically demanding choreographies left very little room for interactions during songs but it apparently did not discourage Himari, who made the most of their short break following the opening performance.

During a brief game called 'ATEEZ x Your Name' the energetic idol's hand took a hold of Jongho's, not letting go for a single moment as they walked around the stage greeting fans and searching for name tags. Even though he is well known throughout the fandom for rejecting any form of physical affection, it became clear that only she could get away with it when he did nothing but bring her closer to his side and interlace their fingers.

We can safely say that '9 makes 1 team' is much more than a simple catchphrase, that it is a testament to these artists' undying bond.

The group's social butterfly caught people's attention until the very end of the event as a certain side of the audience captured a rather amusing moment between her and a younger idol. When came time for artists to walk around the stage in order to greet attendees, Ricky, a member of rookie group ZEROBASEONE, seemed oblivious to the fact he had been separated from his bandmates and was now following ATEEZ. When Himari was walking back up to her friends after a lively conversation with several other idols, she took notice of the unusual addition to their group and was quick to approach her junior. Whilst he clearly seemed flustered that a senior he expressed a strong admiration for had noticed him, the vocalist gently lead him back to the center where the other boys looked visibly concerned about his sudden disappearance.

It isn't often the maknae gets to show such a mature side of herself due to her position at the bottom of her group's age order so it is refreshing to see that while she enjoys being pampered by her bandmates, she can also take on the role of a caring senior.

Driver Profiles: Nico Hulkenberg

Driving Style: Hulkenberg has a smooth and tight driving style, well known for having great control over difficult cars. He often uses the weakness of his car to his advantage. For example, his current Haas car has low rear stability, and he uses that to rotate the car early into the corner. Hulkenberg also thinks ahead in races, often planning moves early and executing them at the perfect moment. He has never really had a competitive car to work with, and performs well despite that, showcasing his adaptability and skill. The negative side of his style is that he falters under high pressure, most likely because he is used to being low in the points. When he does get up with the top teams he tends to struggle with fighting for his position.

History:

Hulkenberg was born to a wealthy German family, and had his karting debut when he was 10 years old (1997). In 2002 he was the Junior German Karting Champion, and the following year he won the German Karting Championship. He made his German Formula BMW debut in 2005, dominating the championship and winning the title comfortably. In the A1 Grand Prix 2006-07 series, he would become the most successful driver in history, as he almost singlehandedly won Germany the championship that year.

During this time he also joined the German F3 Series, finishing 5th in the standings in 2006. In 2007 he switched to the Euro F3 Series, and had a very successful rookie season, finishing 3rd in the standings. In 2008 he won the Euro F3 Championship, with his strongest performances being in the feature races.

He made his GP2(F2) Asia Series debut in 2009, having a successful first stint and taking pole in his first race. Despite a positive first season, he only finished 6th in the standings due to a a lack of consistently high results. He moved on to the more wide-range GP2(F2) Series in late 2009, and won the title with a strong margin. Through this he was added to the short list of GP2/F2 rookie championship winners, and became the 2nd driver ever (after Lewis Hamilton) to win the GP3 title, and the GP2 title in consecutive years (2008 and 2009).

Hulkenberg first drive an F1 car in 2007, when he test drove for Williams F1 team. he would be there test driver until 2009, and the teams reserve driver. In late 2009 in was confirmed that Hulkenberg had signed a contract with Williams for their 2010 lineup. While he had a relatively successful first year with Williams, finishing in the points a few times and achieving a pole position, he was replaced at Williams for the 2011 season. In January 2011 it was announced he would be the reserve driver for Force India. The next year he would join the team in their 2012 driver lineup.

His first year with Force India was fairly similar to his year with Williams, achieving a few points positions and achieving his best finish of 4th place. He finished the year in 11th in the standings, and was ahead of his teammate. Midway through the year, Alfa Romeo Sauber announced that they had signed Hulkenberg for the 2013 season.

He had a more positive year with Sauber , achieving higher points finishes. His standout performance that year was at the Korean GP, where he held off Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton to achieve a 5th place finish. Regardless, late 2013 he announced that he would be moving to Force India for the 2014 season. There he had an even more positive year, achieving even better results, and getting 9th in the drivers championship. His results would also help Force India get 6th in the constructers, their highest finish ever. He extended his contract with Force India that year to the 2015 season. 2015 was similar, getting relatively positive results. Unfortunately, he would DNF multiple races after crashing and mechanical failures. This dropped him down in the standings, and he would finish 10th that year.

2016 was his final year with Force India, and was again very similar to his last two. He achieved almost identical results, and was out placed by his teammate yet again. This led to him being dropped by Force India for the 2017 season. Thankfully, he would go on to sign a multi-year agreement with Renault, and it became his longest contract to date.

His time with Renault was much more positive, and he achieved some of his best finishes with them. He would regularly out pace his teammate, Joleyn Palmer, and would get very close to podiums in these years, placing 4th multiple times. Unfortunately, in 2017 he became the driver with the longest career without a podium finish, a record he still holds today. In 2017 he had his highest results finish of 7th place, and ironically the next year he would have his worst, of 14th. That final year with Renault was his worst, having several crashes, and multiple DNF's. Mid 2019 Renault announced that Hulkenberg would be replaced by Esteban Ocon for the 2020 season, a decision Hulkenberg states was not due to performance, but rather due to the fact that Renault wanted a French driver. He would not have an F1 seat again until 2023, but would serve as Racing Point/Aston Martin's reserve driver from 2020 to 2022.

In late 2022 Haas F1 team announced that they had signed Hulkenberg for the 2023 season and beyond, replacing Mick Schumacher, son of legend Michael Schumacher. His years at Haas would be constrained to the midfield, and he would only finish in points positions a handful of times. He did, however, out perform his teammate Kevin Magnussen during this time, and was seen as the top driver at Haas. 2024 was slightly more positive, but Hulkenberg did finish 11th in the standings.

Major Races:

2010 Brazilian GP- Hulkenberg's first pole position in F1, which was arguably the best moment of his career. His position was a massive shock as he was a rookie in a Williams and he had beat multiple WDCs to the front row. He showed his skill in reading the weather conditions and performance in challenging conditions.

2012 Belgian GP - One of his highest finishes, Hulkenberg ended the race in 4th, avoiding the chaos of the first corner that knocked several drivers out and holding off much faster cars.

2013 Korean GP - Another 4th place finish, it was his most defensive race to date. He battled with drivers like Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso all race long, and was able to hold his place until the end.

2017 Brazilian GP - While this race was not his most spectacular or point scoring (10th place finish), in it he solidified himself as Renaults top points scorer in many years. It was due to this and other such performances that he held on to his contract for another 2 years.

2021 Eifel GP (Nurburgring) - Stepping in for Racing Point's Lance Stroll after he got COVID, Hulkenberg had minimal preparation but was still able to work his way up from the back of the grid for a points finish.

Ranked Matches return and we’ve taken steps to reduce the pressure of losing a match in certain Ranks. First, we’ve added a one-time Rank-down protection feature for those in Diamond rank and below. Next, Rookies will no longer lose League Points upon defeat to encourage online play. Finally, Iron-Gold and Master rank players will not incur League demotions. Each character also has their own individual Rank, so trying new characters in Ranked Matches is more approachable than ever.

As a celebration of the entire Street Fighter series, we’re introducing the Battle Damage Feature! D: Ben Affleck (2023).

The best thing about Air, the story of how Nike landed Michael Jordan as spokesman for what became the “Air Jordan” line of basketball shoes, is its lack of pomposity. There’s barely a whiff of a Great Moment in History or the Triumph of an Underdog. Instead, it’s the story of a wild hunch, and the many hurdles it takes to play it through, each more precarious than the last until faith is rewarded. It’s ultimately about the satisfaction of being right.

Of course, like so many nonfiction stories that satisfaction is a rigged game. At one point Nike talent scout Sonny Vaccaro (Matt Damon) makes the point that his certainty that third pick in the NBA, Michael Jordan will be the greatest player of all time is shared only with his mother Deloris (Viola Davis), and I couldn’t help but think “Yeah, and everybody who bought a ticket to the movie.”  But Affleck (who plays Nike head Phil Knight as a visionary-flake) working off Alex Convery’s Aaron Sorkin-worthy screenplay, pulls off the kind of balancing act between suspense and inevitability that Ron Howard managed with Apollo 13 and Spielberg with Lincoln, highlighting the many ways the deal could have gone sideways. Nike was mostly a running shoe company, and had less money, clout and access than its rivals Converse and Adidas. Vaccaro had to sell an idea of putting Nike’s entire basketball promo budget behind one NBA rookie just to match the bigger boys. Damon wisely plays his insight not as an obsession than as a mental itch he can’t scratch (combined with a gambler’s love of playing a longshot) even as he has to convince his bosses (Jason Bateman alternating faith and dyspepsia), Jordan’s agent (a hilariously profane Chris Messina) and Deloris (whom Davis plays as a shrewd world-weary shark). Damon and Davis’s two scenes together are both an acting showcase for both the least and most theatrical great actors, and a nifty side-stepping of the film’s “So what?” problem (as to how an endorsement deal can be worth a whole movie). The importance of Jordan (played by Damian Delano Young as an untouchable icon in long shots with little dialogue) being a symbol of ADEQUATELY COMPENSATED greatness is put across not as self-interested cynicism so much as simple common sense. That the film closes with Affleck and Damon (who jump-started their careers with the longshot hit Good Will Hunting) sharing a congratulatory moment doesn’t seem gratuitous. They earned it.

The European and UK leg of KISS ROAD will kick off at The Alcatraz in Milan, Italy, following their sold-out North American tour. During the pandemic, Lim pivoted to creating viral parody videos, earning the title "King of Parody" from the Malaysia Book of Records.

Despite these roster adjustments, the primary focus during mid-week training was on evaluating the capabilities of free-agent offensive linemen.

The team assessed six prospects, including Keaton Bills, Zach Bailey, Andrew Coker, Mason Brooks, Matt Farniok, and Jack Wilson.

The spotlight among them is on Jack Wilson, who brings a unique athletic background as a former college basketball player.

These tryouts highlight the Packers’ ongoing efforts to strengthen their offensive line and enhance the overall roster.

The Journey of Jack Wilson and Zach Bailey in Professional Football

Jack Wilson is an intriguing prospect for the Packers because of his towering height of over 6’10”, which he showcased during the pre-draft process. Despite not having been signed by an NFL team before, his potential has certainly caught the attention of scouts.

Wilson’s athletic journey is diverse; he kicked off his college career at Oregon State, later moving to Idaho and Washington State, where he juggled playing both football and basketball. In 2022, Wilson made two starts at tackle for Washington State. By 2023, he was with Minnesota, focusing solely on basketball.

Meanwhile, Zach Bailey has yet to see regular-season action on offense in the NFL. However, his journey isn’t short of experience, as he’s been connected with six different teams since entering the league in 2019 as an undrafted player.

Recently released by the Atlanta Falcons, Bailey remains a player of interest for teams like the Packers, who are continually assessing their roster to better their Green Bay Packers odds as they aim for a successful season.

Profiles of Emerging Talents: Bills, Brooks, Coker, and Farniok

Keaton Bills, a 26-year-old offensive guard, might seem a bit older for a rookie, but that’s due to his LDS mission, which gives him a unique life experience. He had another year to play at Utah but chose to try his luck in the NFL. Bills was waived by the Buffalo Bills at the cutdown deadline in August. Despite being undrafted, his determination stands out as he vies for a spot in the professional league.

Mason Brooks took a slightly different path, making a name for himself at Western Kentucky, where he earned All-Conference USA honors. He later moved to Ole Miss for his final year. After going undrafted in 2023, Brooks spent some time with the Washington Commanders’ practice squad but got released during cuts. Although he briefly joined the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad in 2024, he’s still looking for a more permanent opportunity.

Andrew Coker, another undrafted rookie, was waived by the Las Vegas Raiders at the cutdown deadline. His talents, however, were recognized by the UFL’s Birmingham Stallions, who drafted him. Coker is keeping his options open, possibly heading to the spring league next year if the NFL doors remain closed for now.

Matt Farniok carries the most experience among these prospects. The center emerged from Nebraska and was picked in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He’s had the chance to start two NFL games in 2022, having been part of teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, and Detroit Lions. Farniok’s established skills make him a valuable contender for teams seeking reliable offensive line depth.
