I noticed that people get this line at the start of act 4 and think Heinrix is calling RT a liar. This is not the case.
Spoilers for act 3 obviously.
His "Lies" is the response when RT tells on the bridge everyone that Achilleas was a traitor. It is only available if you did not have Yrliet at the start of act 3.
Tumblr media
He is actually bitter about the lies Achilleas told him, that he as an experienced agent and Interrogator and Achilleas "boss" did not recognize that Achilleas was betraying them, lying to his face.
In Commorragh you can (just for testing purpose, I would never pick that in my real run) call him out while talking to Achilleas/Wrack:
Tumblr media
With Yrliet in the retinue he thinks she is lying for most of the time when she tries to tell him the truth about Achilleas.
Only if you have both Yrliet and Marazhai you get after the third arena fight the conversation where he realizes that this is the truth and he is clearly shocked.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You do not get his "Lies" response on the bridge if you have Yrliet because then you can only tell everyone that Yrliet was to blame for the abduction. No word about Achilleas. But then you get the trial with Yrliet, where Heinrix acknowledges that Achilleas got his punishment.
With Achilleas as Wrack you also get a bit conversation:

So, if you do not have Yrliet but Achilleas as the one bringing you to the trap it is easy to miss (you need to have been to the anatomical opera to get Heinrix and then talk to the Wrack/Achilleas).
Heinrix is angry not just with Achilleas and Yrliet/Marazhai of course (in the other version) but with himself that he failed to see the betrayal.
Edit:
I forgot to add, I find it interesting that Heinrix, who is so very much controlled and a bastion of strong-will let's himself go there with openly showing his bitterness when he says "Lies". Commorragh really affected him. When people say he comes out of Commorragh fine, this is not true. He even says he might never get his nerve endings healed but aside from the body injuries I would argue that he is clearly not fine mentally as well.

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS For Rogue Trader CRPG Act 3
"Regret is wasted on the damned. I... chose my fate because I turned out to be weak"
I just like Achilleas a lot, okay?
I suspected him since Alpha but NOT LIKE THAT
And I'm so very sad
And I want to execute him, we have a very good reason to, but NOT LIKE THAT
Let me bring him back to Imperium, at least, sentence him there with some dignity, like a human being. Why are you making me put him down in the Commorragh slums like a rabid dog :(
cries and runs in circles
(In case you've played the beta as normal people do - with all the companions - know that if you don't have you-know-whom in your party by the time Act3 rolls out, then your act 3 will look a little different and you will get more Achilleas content, which made me furious with him and extremely sad at the same time)

Much Ado About The Lord Captain - Chapter 30
Tumblr media
Much Ado About The Lord Captain - A Comedy of Terrors CHAPTER 30 SUMMARY: Heinrix finally interrogates Achilleas, we return to Dargonus where Heinrix acquires an important item and writes a report with far-reaching consequences.
Sitting down next to him on the bed, Heinrix placed a hand on the mechanical chest of his former friend. “I wish you had possessed the strength to do yourself what I have to do now, Achilleas…” Augmetic fingers closed around Heinrix’s wrist, metal on skin, a faint, cold touch, and the knot in Heinrix’s chest swelled together with an encroaching sense of dread. He was unable to bring himself to brush over the scarred cheek of his former lover, a face he had cradled so often and whispered sweet nothings into his ear as he had embraced him. Letting his powers swell, he reached out and passed through the acolyte’s body, tracing his outline in the warp one last time, committing it to memory. Then he found his heart and held it still. “I forgive you, Heinrix,” Achilleas whispered, a gentle smile on his lips. “Death is a mercy, and I shall greet him as an old friend and wrap my arms around him.

how do we feel about wrack achilleas finding heinrix having escaped and trying to protect him before being forced to give him back, which is where heinrix's refusal of being tricked again stems from

bitter taste
“It seems like you are suffering from health complications.” Tiberius cleared his throat and looked at him. His long hair was hiding his burn marks but he could see the amused smile on his lips. “There is nothing contagious I assure you.” “I didn’t think about that even for a moment.” He looked at him expectantly. “Is that related to your burn marks?” Achilleas turned his pale eyes to him then laughed which caused another coughing fit –luckily it wasn’t as strong as the previous one- but collected himself quickly. “Aren’t you a bold one?” Then as if he realized their positions he hastily added his title. “Rogue Trader.” “There is no need to be so formal.” Tiberius gave him a dashing smile. Deep down he knew it wouldn’t be easy to charm him compared to the other nobles he had seduced back home. Similar to Heinrix, Achilleas was all business and didn’t seem interested in other people's company.

The constant cycle of them screwing each other over 😘🤌🏽
Oh now that I'm thinking about it, Cas run 2.5 if she does get Heinrix back in time to recruit Marazhai she gets the Heinrix' healing scene and the "I'm refusing to talk to you hope your pets don't lead you to your death" talk in a way that makes sense and is so much worse actually.

Was just thinking about the whole Marazhai trial mess and thinking . . . why was Marazhai so determined to get the Rogue Trader there to "testify," other than just being obsessed with them?
Do Drukhari really care that much if a human witness is a mere inquisitorial servant (like Achilleas) or a Rogue Trader? Couldn't Marazhai have just snatched up Achilleas that day on Dargonus and gone ahead with his plan?
But no. No, Marazhai has to take the Rogue Trader specifically, even though doing so got many of his kabal's forces killed at Dargonus (by making them stay so he could sit on the RT's throne and gloat at them instead of just leaving once the RT showed up) and required him to make dangerous, expensive deals with a haemonculus and mandrakes. Rogue Traders are powerful and well protected, so the cost/benefit analysis of abducting one ends up on the side of very costly. As Abelard notes in Act 1, the RT's life (by Imperium standards) is worth more than an entire populated planet.
Marazhai kind of betrays his personal obsession when, if you choose certain dialogue options during the capture and before the trial, he seems excited about keeping the RT as his "pet" once he is Archon. While becoming Archon is no doubt the foremost of his desires, I think he has a fixation on the RT as well, from the beginning. His actions even mirror (darkly) a courtship where he gives the RT what he calls "gifts" (the opportunity to kill Tazarra and the specially designed poison).
Of course this fixation doesn't become something more lasting and serious unless the RT ends up on the "true romance" path, but I think Marazhai's personal interest in the RT starts pretty much from the moment he first sees them on Vhaebos VI. (Which is pretty in character for a Drukhari "romance" according to the Mistress Baeda's Gift short story). Which, IMO, also explains why he's immediately down for flirting with the RT just after he's recruited.
