During the course of four weddings and a wake, Aaron comes across the ‘beautiful blonde” Robert (who’s engaged to Chrissie) and the two of them wind up fooling around on the sly during each of these events, never knowing if they’d see each other again. Over these gigs, Robert will need to stop hiding from the sister he hasn’t seen for nine years and also figure out what makes him continually seek out the ‘gorgeous waiter’ as his own wedding looms.

Three stories in this series. Aaron has been in love with his ‘almost’ boss Robert since he’s started in the office and never thought he’d have a chance with him until an awards night. From there the stories focus on the office figuring out they are together and the big final story that concentrates on confronting Jack when he shows up on Robert’s birthday and how childhood secret coming out affects everyone around them including Robert’s relationship with Aaron.

To top it off, he’s feeling off and grumpy about the day and dreading what’s planned. The only one that’s ever known him fully is Robert which the pressies clearly go back to him. So what now? Basically, let’s get rid of the pointless one sooner rather than later 😀.

It’s a Wonderful Life and that’s exactly what Robert is gonna learn after he wishes he hadn’t been born after inadvertently taking on a dodgy (and dangerous) haulage deal that could land him in legal trouble. Enter a guardian angel who takes Robert’s wish seriously and shows him how things would have been for his Sugden family and especially later for Aaron if he hadn’t been around. Robert will learn some deaths were always meant to be but others…

It’s the vile one’s trial and all see red, especially Aaron, at the performance he presents related to his physical condition. This leads Aaron to take a combination of whiskey and sleeping pills which Robert gets to him in time before the worst could happen to Aaron. What follows is Robert and Aaron growing closer while they wait for the verdict while Chas reluctantly accepts Robert as he makes her son happy and steps aside from interfering. Also, there’s a secret from their past year that gets a strong reaction out of Aaron.

Engagement party (31/7/18)

I just really love that all these people came to the mill to celebrate robron getting engaged. I love that so many people care about them and it was so nice to see the mill filled with so many friends and family. I hope we get more family events at the mill because this was so sweet.

ROBRON AWARDS 2018: Most underrated scene A huge thank you to @aaron-fan for making the gifsets for all of my votes! <333 By ‘most underrated scene’, I don’t necessarily mean by us. I think this is the most criminally underrated scene by the show itself. It was so vital IMO to the Valentine’s episode. This is the episode that really builds up to reunion 2.0 so it is an incredibly important one in setting up where Aaron and Robert are. All of the interactions in this ep matter and this scene is no different, so I will never understand why they chose to cut it out. The scene doesn’t just include Aaron and Robert actually eating together the meal that they had previously prepared together (LBR, that Robert prepared while Aaron enjoyed Rob’s gorgeousness, face, body and those goddamn hands), it also shows them having fun together, but most importantly, it flips their dynamics. Aaron is the cocky bastard who brings sex up confidently, while Robert is the one left flustered. It also brings up their insane connection on every level, physical too, and is a vivid reminder of just how good they are when they’re together. It’s everything that’s undeniable about Robron and I love it and this scene. Given the chance, I will hunt down whoever chose to cut it out.
