God in the machine Synopis

In this Au the lamb is an ARG Youtuber, Whilst the goat is a true crime Youtuber (Who sometimes dabbles in urban exploring). (They are roomates btw)

Narinder is an Ai created by four scientists (The bishops) to test the limits of how lifelike an ai could become- but in the testing, he manifested wishes of anihilation of humanity, so the planning of creating his robot body in the future got cancelled, and he got trapped behind four "Bossfights" which are more similar to some sort of active firewall (or smth i really don't know computer shit).

At some point Narinder manages to escape his little corner and roots himself in the Lamb's Pc, as well as locking the scientists out of accessing their files, and with that, him.

To get freed, Narinder needs Both more power (inspired by the Muse ARG ) And the four bossfights to be defeated (Pony island style tell me you guys get it).

Narinder eventually makes himself known to the lamb and proposed them a mutually benecifial deal (totally) , so the Lamb could gain some fame and Narinder could get more powerful.

The whole thing is played off as an Arg by the lamb to their audience, because an actual rogue Ai would cause mass hysteria, even if the lamb doesn't Know He wants humanity to die :3

Also yes the followers are both meant to be like the ingame followers and a stand-in for devotion.

It's Not gonna be Narilamb, sorry about that, instead its gnna be Lamb x Goat Yuri >:3c

I apologize for sparking the Kharem earlier but I have something to share that hit me while I was reading Synemy; The Solver Quartet as Students sharing an apartment. Please no art unless you want to.

oh don't apologize!! I was really intruiged and had a good chuckle drawing the sketches for the asks I've recieved (and still have in my inbox... people really love their old robot man and I'm one of them-)

Also ngl a student/college roomate situation for the SQ/Synemy would be so funny-

Doll's the Stoner roommate that is constantly around and seemingly never in classes but she is and has good grades (it's the 2 litres of redbull in her veins). Bi-lingual queen that only speaks in russian unless she needs to switch to English. I'd imagine she'd intentionally imitate a typical american accent just to annoy the shit out of Uzi when she has to speak English with her LOL.

Uzi is the tech-affinity roommate that's always tinkering on shit. She leaves her stuff all around and trips over it later. Her friends walk in like "why is there a rocket launcher on your desk" - "oh that's my new project haha don't worry :)" Type of girl that would wear sunglasses in the winter to hide her eyebags, she never sleeps. Also she swears alot and gets in trouble over it. She survives off of redbull, alot of spite and emo angst.

Tessa is the smart one that always studies for her tests and passes easily, but still has mega anxiety about her grades LOL - absolute sweetheart, you cannot hate her. And don't underestimate her, she might be short, but she will kick you in the balls and insult you if you get on her nerves. Also she speaks exclusively in Gen-Z slang to annoy the others. She has the ohio rizz aura boost.

Cyn is a middle ground between Tessa and Uzi. She loves to help Uzi with her tech stuff, holds things when Uzi's welding and reviews the blueprints. Very demure, very mindful kind of girl. "Looks like a cinnamon roll is a cinnamon roll" ahh person. Aughh I love her. Loves to wear dresses and would absolutely go shopping with Lizzy - they'd be good friends despite their different personalities. :D

Transformers Cyberverse: Megatron is My Hero Review (Patreon Review for Brotoman.exe)

Hello all you happy autobots. If you've been missing my look at more than meets the eye, don't worry as we're back with some robots in disguise. Transformers ONE is here and it is incredible and while i'll gladly review it next week for now we're looking at something related, another look at Megatron as he broke bad, the Transformers Cyberverse episode, Megatron is My Hero.

Transformers Cyberverse is a series I tried but could not get into. I loved animated, tried prime but fell behind on it, and fresh off getting into MTMTE I very much wanted more Transformers. I tried the first ep.. but it's just bumblbee using the radio gimmick and Windblade being the straight man.

Cyberse's problems, as I expected and tv tropes helpfully confirmed come from executive mandates: exceutive swanted Bumblbeee to have his car gimmick from the movies, which dosen't work nearly as well when you can't lisence songs or car commericals for it, the heavy flashbacks. These were ditched with season 2 and apparently the show picke dup from there so i'm more than happy to give it a full look at some point, as it does seem to get genuinely better and has an arc focusing on my boy hot rod. That alone is enough.

For now we're looking at an early episode under the cut as Bumblbee makes friends, gets throat crushed and otherwise is kind of an accesory in his own memories

We begein with Bumblebee is in his mind palace , which I suspect was a way to let bee talk normally before doing away with the voice box gimmick the second they could in season 2. He's reliving his past memories of Megatron and opens with Bee in the past chilling with Shockwave of all bots as they watch Megatron easily win as a gladiator.

Megatron as a gladiator happens in way more continuties than I realized which I found out thanks to reddit, starting wtih the UK G1 comics and continuing into both IDW continuties , the alligned continuity and more. I mostly associate it with IDW where he went from miner to gladiator hero. It's a backstory I like, that he was a hero of the people.. but in a way that still kept him down as like gladiators of old he has little choice

Here it's santized slightly being more like pro wrestling, though Megatron still beats the crap out of his opponent, gladly working the crowd. Bumblbee also high fives Shockwave, an image I will never forget and will treasure forever.

So Bumblebee declares Megaton is his Hero and this annoys his mind palace roomate Windblade. Windblade is a recent addition to the franchise, being added in the idw comics but quickly appearing in cyberverse and elsewhere. She's a cityspeaker, who can talk to city sized transformers and is generally pretty goo din the comics. In this season she's more an overprotective big sister and gets mad at an amnesiac for not remembering his greatest foe sucks dirty ass in thunderstorms. So she gestures him to a ... memory of Megatron holding a rally.

Rather than talking about his good friend hanniballectertron, Megatron is a good politican with an actual point: that cybertron needs to be better and optimus and co are all behind him.. literally and figuratively.

So to help the next memory... abrubtly skips to Megatron being awful.

Yeah this is what happen when you DEMAND the writers make every episode self contained yet also part of a larger story.. in 11 minutes. Hasbro.. thought none of this through and as such the crew kinda had to speed run his origin, which means the key pieces that make Megatrons origins in IDW and One so intresting.. are missing. We don't know WHY he went from a beloved politican to having his minons torture people and a tense conversation with optimus. Marc Thompson does a good job as Megs, easily.. but he dosen't really get filled out. He just goes from seeming genuine and helpful to

He COULD have been faking, true.. but we never get that. Or any sense at least in this episode WHY he's like this. I get it's from Bee's perspective, but we know Bee looked up to him, genuinely idolzied him and we could've gotten some insight into who megs is and why he became the monster he did thorugh how he handled bumblbee's disllusionment. Instead by the time we catch up Bee's already mildly scared of the guy. We miss a whole chapter of Megs life that explains why shit is this bad for him just in his villian later chilling and vaugely threatning optimus and bee.

That said the crew still did their best and the final scene.. is genuinely chilling. It's also one Windblade is TRYING to keep from Bee, wanting him to stop digging as she apparently just realized "Shit he'll probably relive the worst moment of his life" as it involves megatron.. and thus Bee directly looks for it.l

Bee was on a mission for the autobots early in the war when , despite his best efforts he was captured and taken directly to Megatron. Megatron is at his best all episode here: he offers bee a choice, making a case for how the strong must rule and all that jazz. Well okay maybe not that Jazz he's on the Autobots but Megatron is working on him. Bee refuses.. and Megatron shifts, revealing his evil plan and i'ts chilling: to make EVERY cybertronian a decepticon wether they want it or not. Peace through Tyranny. It works well.. and it makes what he does next chilling.. so Bee dosen't tell anyone.. he crushes his throat. And while we don't SEE most of it, we hear it and it.. is chilling

Bee takes it in stride, restored in who megatron was.. and okay with it. He can talk in his brain at least.. and talk and talk and.. maybe shut up now please?

Megatron is my hero is .. okay. That last scene does most of the lifting, but i'ts a hint at what the show COULD be and apparently is after this point. It's very much a one sccene an done high five episode but at 11 minutes it wasn't painful either. It was just kinda there. Still it does have me curious about the rest of the series at least so that's.. something. Thanks for reading

SONADOW:

I can't honestly say something that hasn't been said before, because this ship is massive. And for a good reason. Its just the epitome of all the things I like. Rivals to friends to lovers, red and blue, opposing yet complementary personalities, good chemistry, the list goes on and on.

Its just that mutual respect yet banter that always gets me. I've TRIED abandoning ship, trust me. But this ship was just tailored to my tastes, and i cant get rid of the brainrot so much that it has become a problem :)

2. TAILSMO:

MMMMM THE PAIN. I love this ship because its so innocent and cutsey while being absolutely depressing!

Cosmo deserved SO MUCH MORE than what she got, and to this day it makes me so sad we never got Sonic X season 4 in where Cosmo comes back as a robot or something. The seed she left at the end too! They Absolutely wanted to bring her back and i will forever be sad about it.

Another rare pair that is just SO GOOD.

I started shipping it after that one Sonic IDW issue, and it just stuck. Silver being overwhelmed and Espio just calming him is so domestic fluff that i cant even-

6. VECTILLA

They were adorable in Sonic X. Also Vector would be a cool ass dad to Cream AND Charmy.

7. KNUXOUGE

I know ppl are gonna burn me at the stake for ranking it so low, and it probably should go a bit more up, but yeah, i like Knuxouge. Its not like my OTP, but as a bg ship, its great!

8. SONAZE:

Just the duality of the same concept but diferent attitude about it.

They're both guardians on their own way, but while Blaze thinks its a burden Sonic Thinks its a blessing. The parallels are just YUMMY. And also Blaze deserves a golden retriever bf.

9. SONALLY

They were canon, okay? When i was little i remember loving them together while reading the archie comics. They were so sappy and Sonic was OOC but like, they made me happy. And that hasn't faded yet.

10. BUNNTOINE

Again, same case as Knuxouge. I like it a lot, but its not like i'll lose my sleep over them. They are a cute canon couple!

okay, first story exposition dump! this will cover the stuff that was almost close to publication (having their summaries written like the prologue/part 1)

part 2 would’ve covered kipper settling into his superhero role and becoming an apprentice of Robicus. TETOCU’s alien robe would’ve been found by Bugg, who would become the story’s secondary antagonist. through Bugg, Kipper would have to confront how his super heroics affect his friends for the first time. this was a pattern i established—part 1 was kipper, 2 was bugg, 3 was loogie, and 5 was fink.

SL-215, meanwhile, was the MAIN antagonist. the government builds him to try and capture/study Kipper. both SL and Robe Bugg combined take Kipper out for the count and he washes up in the woods where Robicus meets and trains him, eventually giving him his mystic powers

Melvin works behind the scenes to try and figure out a way to cancel out the robot. His personal experience with the robe also comes in handy and he comes out during the climax to aid Kipper in the final battle.

part 3 would’ve formally introduced George and Harold into the fold. Melvin told them about Kipper and during another bad guy fight, the two are ecstatic to meet their hero again, only to learn that it’s Kipper in a dramatic confrontation in an alley

here kipper really begins to struggle with his past. he runs into smartsy fartsy and the two have a very respectable talk about legacy and what it means to move on from the past and everything’s fine until smartsy takes his dna without knowing and with ragely’s knowledge uses it to make THIS thing

named twice, their breaking the laws of nature does not go unnoticed as a group named Initiative X kidnaps him and straps on the armour in the second picture. twice sets out to beat kipper, which isn’t easy because he’s too busy not only dealing with george and harold (annoying) but his STUPID roommate who thinks he can be a superhero (INFURIATING)

loogie DOES realize this life ain’t for him but only after a long, PAINFUL fight where they’re able to save and hide twice. the heroes have saved the day, and with nowhere else to go, the scientific spawn becomes kipper and loog’s new roomate…

It's robotic, but not really a robot. Cyborg does generally imply human, and then the term animal cyborg as the only alternative I really found.

So this is a plant cyborg, which does disqualify it from being a robot.

Is this a robot or a cyborg

I- I'm not fully sure. It has a living being in control, but I think cyborg implies the being is human I think? I'd have to go see.
