some contemporary reactions to tim drake's debut that i think are kinda cool (from Batman 471 but I think they're responding to 465, which is Tim's debut as Robin). overall they are very positive though that could be selection bias from the editors but here are some more specific commonalities, which i think highlight a lot of the strengths that would batman so great over the next decade

people are really happy batman is less of loner

WAIT A SECOND THIS UNLOCKED A MEMORY. This is going to make the last ask VERY funny...

Okay, jokes aside, let me explain: I don't really actually have a voice claim for Faust, but the closest that I've gotten to having one was while listening to 'You ain't got a friend like me', but (and here's the catch) only the spanish version from Spain. Which I guess would make it Josema Yuste. The high and energetic pitch sells it to me pretty well. Faust is antisocial and has with a very secluded life, but he has a showman spirit (mostly to feed his own fragile ego).

#I guess it being spanish makes it a little less awkward since Josema is still alive #I don't know if it's really okay to have voice claims of voice actors who passed away #but yeah the fact the voice claim is tangentially related to robin williams makes it very funny last ask compared him to Batty #faust #fausticus #the song makes a bit more sense when you know in spanish the word for genie is the same as for genius which fits faust and bazeel much more #bazeel #ocs #my ocs #original #sketch #uncolored #monochrome #ask
