Miguel! tried to make it obvious that he liked Reader but she mistook his feelings for friendship. Poor baby got friend-zoned so many times because of how obvious Reader was:( One time, Miguel bought Reader followers (specifically roses) before their school's rally and Reader told him what of a supportive friend he was. But he didn't give up. He tried his hardest to let Reader know that he liked her, regardless if she felt the same way back, he would have gotten the message sent out. Reader did her fair share of kindness though. When she can, she'd go to the dojo Miguel is in and cheer him on like it was just practice.
Reader was so relieved when Miguel expressed his feelings towards her. She always thought that he was just being nice and that his actions shouldn't get into her head. Miguel brought her a basket he made with all the things she liked (candy, stuffed animals, drinks, etc.) and a lego flower bouquet.
Miguel! always goes to Reader's rallies to cheer her on. After the rallies, he would praise her on how good she did and how she should consider doing karate with him. He's scared that she'll get hurt but he knows that she can do it.
Tumblr media
Eli! first laid eyes on Reader when the cheer squad was practicing after school. He saw a cute girl land a cartwheel with a smile and knew he was in love. He was just "Eli" when he met Reader but as soon as he turned into "Hawk" he automatically turned into a cocky bastard. He grew closer with her and always tried impressing Reader with his Karate moves but she wasn't always impressed. Many girls had a thing for Eli and tried making a move with him but it never worked. He would always find a way to sneak you back into his conversations.
Eli! confessed to you when the two of them were at a party and he was so drunk he just started talking random shit. Reader couldn't care less about what he was saying until her name was brought up. She took out her phone and started recording whatever he was about to say.
"Reader is the girl I have a crush on. Don't tell her though...I'm just so jealous of those ass jocks that she has to cheer for. She's so pretty, smart, and independent. Gosh, I wish she was mine."
Eli! had a smug look on his face but reeked of alcohol. Reader smiled and flicked Eli's forehead, telling him to go to sleep. He replied with "Yes, ma'am" and did as told. She kissed him on the forehead and slept beside him. When the both of them woke up, Reader showed Eli the recording and asked him if there was anything he would like to tell her. He was so shy but he was able to admit his feelings for her. The two then shared a passionate kiss and cuddled for a long time before someone told them to get off the couch. Hey, they were still at a party after all.
Eli! always asks Reader to accompany him to parties. Not only does that keep the unwanted girls away from Eli, but he feels he's safe when he's keeping Reader safe. Plus he wants to have fun with his girl, maybe have a drink or two. The only thing he absolutely hates is when older guys, guys that aren't even in high school anymore, try to hit on Reader like she doesn't have a boyfriend that is ready to kick ass with her. Otherwise, Eli wouldn't ask any girl in the world to party with him but his one and only girlfriend.
Tumblr media
Robby! didn't think he would have a chance with her. Due to his financial and overall living conditions, he didn't think it was possible. Reader was just too popular for him. Any interactions with her would result in Robby trying to hide his feelings but he fails every time with the pink shade that appears on his cheeks and that soft smile he always gives Reader when he talks to her is all it'll take to make Reader realize that he wants to be more than friends with her.
Robby! asked Reader to be his girlfriend in the most romantic way possible. He got tips from Daniel and TRUST me when I say that they worked. Which really surprised Reader since how closed off Robby usually was Robby and Reader were hanging out during the Fourth of July at a park waiting for the fireworks show to start. He brought chips, sodas, and a handwritten note. A few seconds before the show started, he handed the note to her and asked her to open it. The note read, "Roses are red. Violets are blue. The sky is beautiful but not as beautiful as you". As she read the note, the fireworks started to bang. She looked at Robby with so much awe as he asked, "Reader, may I please be your boyfriend?" She cupped his face and Robby leaned in for a kiss. A kiss under the fireworks.
Reader doesn't mind at all that Robby doesn't take her to big fancy dates. In fact, she prefers small dates instead of big ones such as crafting, picnics, or even hanging in his house. Well, his mom's house. The second you two hang out in Johnny's small ass apartment, then Johnny would burst into the room while handing Robby a condom and asking him to stay safe. Reader can't stop laughing every time this happens. Robby is just annoyed that his dad thinks he would do sexual activities in his house.
"Better safe than sorry" Johnny threw a condom packet at Robby and closed the door shut. Robby's face turned red and threw the condom in the trash. Reader was just there cackling non-stop while Robby seemed like he didn't want to talk to his dad ever again.
Tumblr media
Demetri! like Robby didn't think that Reader would ever like him back at all. His little phase with Yasmine faded quickly when he found out what a bitch Yasmine was to literally everyone (pls pretend that this is canon). He was just a nerdy lanky freak who hung out with the "boy with the lip" who later left him just to be cool. Reader was there for Demetri when Eli left him. She wanted him to be beside her at all times. Reader invited Demetri to watch her practice. When he does come, he would sit on the bleachers reading comics or doing homework. Anytime he sees a couple in the comic book he's reading, he would imagine that it's you two together, fighting crime. (or wtvr they're doing)
Demetri! is a shy baby and was practically clueless about how to ask Reader out. He thought of everything but he was either doing too little or too much. He didn't want her to think he was a loser geek that everyone made fun of. He wanted to be more than that. More than what everyone pictures him to be. His confession was simple. He slid a note into your locker stating that you should meet him after school, in the fields for something.
Once reader got there, she was in her cheer uniform and holding her silly pom poms. Demetri looked down at her with a deep blush and it was easy to make out that he was sweating. Demetri couldn't get his words out but before he was able to make words out, Reader cut him off,
"Would you like to go out sometime?" She asked him. A shocked expression appeared on his face. "Uhm sure, ya'know I was gonna ask you that". He was smiling hard, like really hard. Reader chuckled and held out her hand. "Well Demetri, care to accompany me in practice," she said in an old-fashioned tone. He held her hand in response, "Why yes Reader, I would love to" he raised his brow and the two laughed it off walking back to the gym.
People didn't get why Reader would date someone like Demteri but she didn't care. Any time he came back from Comic-Con and bought something back for her, she'd wear it to school. Her friends would look at her funny and ask "Why would you wear nerdy shit like that? You look like a geek" but Reader wouldn't care and that's what Demetri loved about her the most. Just because she was popular, it didn't mean that she couldn't be herself around her friends. Demetri loved teaching Reader nerdy things about him, such as the difference between DC and Marvel, which animes were "peak", and board games to play. Sometimes Reader would try to teach him how to do stunts but that obviously results him into ripping his pants.

@moosemonstrous I’ve been thinking about what you said with Robbie and the Jeagers connection going both ways. If Robbie’s connection tells his skin that the damaged areas of the Charger are places they need to form scars, couldn't it also provide the Corruption in the Charger a framework for scar tissue of its own?
This is. ENTIRELY. Self indulgent. Fueled by my insatiable need to give everything teeth. The mental image was too strong not to share regardless of plausibility.
Bonus doodles because I have no self control. Bonus lineart because I ended up really liking the lineart!

Concept I cannot draw at the moment. Robbie is at a movie theatre and goes "3 tickets to the Barbie movie" with the most deadpan expression and wearing some pink bunny ears that say Barbie on them. Lisa and Gabe are right behind him also wearing things that are pink.

We almost had an Agents of SHIELD Cinematic Universe at one point
Like we almost had a Bobbi Morse/Lance Hunter spinoff
And then we almost had a Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider spinoff
And then if you consider that Agent Carter is a prequel, and Runaways vaguely references AoS (and also crosses over with Cloak & Dagger)
And then AoS and Daredevil shares some in universe stuff (Daisy and Matt's orphanage) which then leads into the Netflix shows
We could've had this interconnected Marvel TV Universe with crossovers, cameos, etc. Like imagine Arrowverse or MCU but with those characters.
WE COULD'VE HAD IT ALLLLLLLLLL

Ways I would incorporate Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. into the MCU (with their future installments):
If Agatha All Along hadn't come out, I would put in Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider in some type of flashback. Something that shows how Agatha got the Darkhold from him, or maybe he shows up at the end with a whole "it's time to pay for your sins" type of thing
Same with Agatha All Along, Deadpool and Wolverine would've been an excellent place to include any AoS villains. The Chronicoms and Izel would fit very nicely, imo
Brave New World could introduce any number of existing S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, Piper is my number one choice. She's not too ostentatious, and she makes for a good tie-in/representative for S.H.I.E.L.D.
Thunderbolts* could have any anti-hero type characters or lower-level agents such as Piper and Davis. S.H.I.E.L.D.'s past exploits being mentioned are the best thing I can think of, tho, I don't think this movie does that well with AoS characters, it doesn't merge well
What If...? is perfect for literally any AoS character/related plot. There are endless possibilities, and so it would not be very difficult to incorporate them. A potential plot could be "what if S.H.I.E.L.D. never fell?"
Daredevil: Born Again, BRING ME DAISY JOHNSON RIGHT NOW. They were raised in the same orphanage and dealing with corrupt politicians is something Daisy did on the daily. I also imagine that Charlie Cox and Chloe Bennet would have wonderful chemistry together
Ironheart, I'm not really sure. We don't know that much about the production, but with what we have, a FitzSimmons cameo would be pretty fun
Both Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars provide excellent opportunities for any AoS character to return
These are what I have so far, but feel free to add on!

I made this Agents of SHIELD poll a few days ago about AUs that would’ve been interesting to see. Currently, the winning answer is that Leo Fitz made a deal with Ghost Rider to destroy AIDA. Now that I think about it, I think this would’ve been the stronger storyline. My reasons:
1) There’s no real reason why it had to be Coulson who destroyed AIDA. It feels like he was only made Ghost Rider because he’s the lead character and the showrunners needed an excuse to kill off Coulson at the end of season 5. But even then, the choice to have Ghost Rider be the one to kill Coulson feels wrong since that’s not really a thing in the comics. The deals with the Ghost Rider turns the person into a host, it’s not supposed to kill them.
2) Narratively, it makes sense. AIDA was targeting Fitz and forced him to become her lover. Fitz destroying AIDA would’ve been poignant (if that’s the right word).
3) You can argue that Fitz becoming Ghost Rider to end the LMD/AIDA threat was his atonement for helping Holden Radcliffe build them in the first place.
4) The fun irony of the character who didn’t believe in the supernatural/magic becoming the character with the strongest ties to the supernatural/magic.
5) Continues the devil theme. Fitz was the Devil in the Framework, then he makes a deal with the devil in the real world.
6) IMO, this would improve the Doctor subplot in season 5. Instead of the explanation being stress or a split personality, the Doctor is now a manifestation of the Ghost Rider. Even though the Rider is still bound to Robbie Reyes, the Rider can still speak to Fitz since Fitz made the deal. The show could explain this as the Ghost Rider becoming permanently bonded to its hosts, even the ones it left.
7) Fitz not being in control of his body, the Doctor taking over —> Ghost Rider took over Fitz’s body and performed the surgery on Daisy Johnson. Also, it’d be in line with the Rider since the Rider is the kind of character that “gets shit done”, if you know what I mean. I can imagine this as Fitz not wanting to go through with the surgery, then the Rider taking over because it got tired of Fitz’s indecision.
8) Fitz’s overall character being a bit darker in season 5 —> Ghost Rider’s influence on Fitz
9) The show could explain “Fitz Rider” as a reference to the comics in which comics!Fitz became possessed by Mephisto.
10) It lowkey continues the rivalry between Daisy and Ghost Rider. Because season 4 started with her fighting Robbie/Ghost Rider. Now, the rivalry continues, but this time through Fitz. The rivalry would also makes sense substance-wise since it’s still about morals/doing what is necessary. Daisy disapproved of Robbie killing evil people, Robbie said they deserved their fates. Daisy disapproved of Fitz operating on her, Fitz believed that it was the only way to deal with the Fear Dimension problem.
11) The episode where The Doctor returns is called “The Devil Complex”. I mean…it’s RIGHT THERE. It’s like the show is taunting you that Fitz should’ve been the 2nd Ghost Rider. Technically 3rd, but whatever.

Robbie Reyes' Physic Scale or something
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was an anatomy practice that turned into a shading practice that turned into a rant about my Robbie Reyes body headcanons.
Right Image is what I headcanon his body looks like if he has spent enough time with Eli and also how I personally imagine him in most of @rokhal's fics. Also his canon appeareance before the Abbey in Road to Recovery.
If you really want to build muscle, even if you have good genetics, you need a diet that has enough protein, a lot of hours in the gim and a good sleep schedule. Robbie doesn't get any of these things if he is struggling with paying the bills and dealing with Eli.
He's thin and you can see his ribs, but he still has defined arms and a somewhat wide back. He has a nice bone structure, as Rhonda kindly pointed out, and he uses his arms a lot both for work and for lifting Gabe's chair whenever it's necessary. Other than that, he doesn't really have that much muscle. His cheeks and eyes are also more sunken.
If he joins the Avengers or the Abbey, his body starts looking more and more like the picture in the left. When his life improves, he starts getting decent meals and enough sleep, he is less stressed and I think he would start working out in his free time because now he actually has free time. He is a person that likes looking good, after all, and I think that having a bit of muscle would fit his general aesthetic.
According to Midnight Suns lore, Blade trains all the Midnight Suns kids, and teaches Nico and Robbie self defense lessons so they are not completely useless if they can't use their powers. So since I think Blade would be a strict teacher, it wouldn't be too far fetched to assume that Robbie also gets a workout routine as part of the training. I think that a mix of good genetics and a good workout routine would get him dorito-shaped in no time.
That's why Left Image his canon appeareance in Road to Recovery.
I draw people with body hair because most people who have gone through puberty have body hair and removing it is a conscious decision that also takes a lot of effort and time. So when drawing a character I ask myself if it would fit their personality to take that decision and if they would have the means to shave/wax themselves regularly.
I think that even at his worst, he always keeps himself well groomed, specially around the armpits, because hair tends to pick up sweat, but keeping himself completely shaven all the time is too much effort.
In Midnight Suns specifically he gets to spend a lot of time in the pool. Since he has gained muscle and he's a little bit vain, I think keeping his chest and armpits shaven wouldn't be out of character for him.
Keeping other... lower areas completely shaven is a pain in the ass and I don't think he would go through it unless he has a partner. I headcanon him as a-spec but not sex repulsed, but I don't think he would be getting any action unless he's in a somewhat stable relationship.
I already talked about having scars in his hands due his job and boxer's fracture.
I think that being able to control his physical presentation helps him regain some sense of his body autonomy. Eli taking control of his body, switching into the rider, having his body changed without his consent with the whole eye color change and the scars that he gains in the forehead... all of those things put together are mildly traumatic. I think that being able to control how he looks is something that would be good for him, and that's also why I like the headcanon of him getting tattoos/piercings as the time passess if he has the means.
This was a long rant and english is not my mother tongue but I hope it made sense.

fic: so it goes
whumptober day 4: hallucinations masterlist: tumblr, ao3 “I’m gonna kill him.” The declaration is more growl than speech. “I’m gonna fucking kill him.” (tag to 5x14 so you know. warnings for that.)
Everything hurts. Every bone in her body, every muscle, and her head feels like it’s going to explode. Fitz had been correct about the shortage of painkillers, if not about anything else. There’s nothing in the Lighthouse except some old ibuprofen, which does little to help either her headache or the throbbing in her neck.
She hasn’t slept for two days, not since the … surgery. She hasn’t been able to. Every time she closes her eyes, she sees The Doctor, then Fitz, then Fitz who decides The Doctor had the right idea.
She sees Jemma crying and Deke horrified, and the robots programmed to hold everyone at gunpoint. She hears the clatter of medical instruments and that brogue that once had been soothing. She feels screws slowly piercing her skin, a scalpel slicing her open, tweezers pulling, pulling, pulling, pulling. She feels her powers return, which gives her both a sense of normalcy (oh how she’s missed them) and utter terror (Earth, quaked apart). She manages to do what Fitz asked, put the gravitonium in the ball to close up the Fear Dimension, and she has an hourlong nosebleed from the concentration and pain.
Jemma offers to suture her. She refuses. She does it herself, or tries to. It’s not very pretty, but it’s functional. The Lighthouse has those, at least, medical supplies. Not just the bandages, but the instruments as well. Of course, Fitz wouldn’t have been dissuaded by a lack. He’d have used his pocket knife, scissors, a goddamn safety pin if he had to. All in the name of necessity.
If he’d just talked to her, explained —
Daisy swallows around a lump in her throat as what feels like never-ending tears well in her eyes. She’s sick and tired of crying, but she can’t help it. She’s exhausted and she hurts.
Jemma had wanted her to stay in the medical bay for longer, something Daisy had summarily rejected. The last thing she wanted was to be poked and prodded more, especially without anything to dull the sensations. She’d accepted a Gatorade for the electrolytes, then had drawn the line and retreated to her room.
She’s been in the dark since, even the low-wattage Lighthouse bulbs too bright. No meals either, she can’t imagine actually eating anything. Mack and Yo-Yo had attempted to visit; them, too, she’d turned away. She’s not in the mood to be felt sorry for, and she’s definitely not in the mood to have Fitz’s actions softened or explained. Granted, she doesn’t know that they would, but there’s the chance. A high chance in Mack’s case, given how close he and Fitz are. Were, she hopes yet cannot count on. Jemma’s out of the question, of course.
Thus here she’s lain, alone and aching and cold beneath the covers unable to find a comfortable position no matter what way she arranges herself.
She’s at her wits’ end. So, she tries the only other thing she can think of. While it’s not something she wants to resort to — surely it’s not mentally healthy — it’s worked before and she’s desperate. She also can’t say she hasn’t missed him, mirage or no.
She closes her eyes and lets her mind drift.
—
Someone raps on her door, urgent and immune to her requests then shouts to go away. She thinks at first that finally they’ve retreated, except then she shoots up in bed, startled, as the lock is broken and the door swings inward. Of all the people she expected, Robbie Reyes was not one of them, yet he stands, backlit from the hallway.
Her shock is such that she can’t manage to tell him to leave, something he takes as encouragement. He shuts the door behind him. The metal sizzles as he casually welds it to the frame, what with having ruined the lock.
Daisy’s voice is hoarse. “What are you doing here? I thought you were off killing your way through space.”
“I was. Then I sensed that something was wrong with you, the Rider jumped us here, and a very confused Agent Davis filled me in.”
“You sensed something was wrong? From another dimension?” she frowns. “How?”
The heavy chain Robbie wields with such precision releases a deafening clang as he unravels it and sets it on her cluttered table. He takes the liberty of pulling over a chair to her bedside. “I don’t know. It’s hard to explain.”
“No, what I mean is — you sensed me? Or the Fear Dimension?”
“What the hell is a Fear Dimension?”
“It’s … a long story.” Which leaves the other option, the one she doesn’t understand. “So, me, then.”
“That surprises you?”
“Uh, yeah, that surprises me. The Rider’s got to have better things to do than check up on me.”
“He does,” Robbie acknowledges, “but I don’t. Someone I care about is in trouble, I’m not gonna let that slide. Since I don’t have many of those and I’ve been doing what he wants, he made an exception.”
“And I’m one of those not-many?”
“Yeah, Daisy. You are.” His hand twitches as though to reach towards her, but ultimately it stays where it is. Though she can’t see his eyes very well in the feeble light that peeks through the crack beneath the door, she can feel their intensity. “Didn’t you know that?”
“You strolled through a portal with an evil book of magic, forgive me if I wasn’t holding my breath for you to come back anytime soon. Let alone for such a dumb reason.”
Robbie’s tone is quieter than usual. “A dumb reason?”
Daisy shakes her head. It’s too much. “You’re wasting your time. I bet there are plenty more scores for you to settle.”
Whatever had stopped Robbie before doesn’t now as he leans forward to touch her. His fingers are light, barely a whisper as he brushes them along her neck. Her shifting must have exposed the gauzed-over incision enough for him to notice. “I’m not wasting my time. What happened?”
Daisy shies away from him even though the wound has already started to scab, even though she knows he would never hurt her. Really, she should’ve let Jemma dress it when it was still fresh, avoid or minimize what is bound to scar, but she’d been rather pissed at the time, unable to look at even an extension of Fitz. She’s still rather pissed.
“It’s nothing. A scratch.”
“Doesn’t look like a scratch.” Noting her discomfort, he drapes her hair back over the wound, concealing it to the world, and traces her jawline instead. She shivers, and not from being cold. “Daisy, tell me.”
She doesn’t want to. She doesn’t want to relive again what she already does every minute of every hour since it happened. But he’s earnest, and he’d crossed literal dimensions to get here —
And he’s the one person who’d met her before anyone else. Jemma, Yo-Yo, Mack, they’d all met her and Fitz at the same time, if not earlier. They love him dearly. They’re conflicted.
Not Robbie.
Robbie who had to be threatened to work with S.H.I.E.L.D., yet had bought bandages for her in the middle of a blackout. Who managed to send her a sign while trapped between two planes of existence. Who trusted her wholly with his brother, the thing most precious to him. Who had traveled here through an interdimensional portal from hell because somehow, he could sense her suffering.
No, Robbie would not go to the mat for Fitz — but he would for her.
Surrendering, she recounts everything. The future, Kasius, the Fear Dimension … the surgery. All of it. Robbie absorbs her words with little reaction, which with every passing word drives more and more apprehension into her heart. Had she been wrong in her assessment? If she can’t count on him, nor those she considered her friends, her family, who can she count on? Only herself. And if she’s the only one who has a problem with any of this, maybe she’s the one in the wrong. Maybe Fitz, The Doctor, the hybrid, was right and she’s overreacting —
Daisy startles at Robbie’s voice, as much by the suddenness as the response itself.
“I’m gonna kill him.” The declaration is more growl than speech. “I’m gonna fucking kill him.”
Daisy expects to see amber irises, the Rider’s bloodthirst poking through. She finds none. Robbie’s own dark brown is all that’s there; the bloodthirst is his. It’s unnerving and comforting all at once. More than that, it’s gratifying to a degree she hadn’t expected.
Something in her chest loosens. The fact that he’s ready and willing and able to murder someone for hurting her — someone he knows … She’d have been okay with perfunctory empathy, a pat on the shoulder. Not that she would ever ask Robbie to kill anyone, but the gesture, that she will take as-is.
She squeezes his tensed arm to keep him from marching down to the cells right this instant and turning Fitz into a pile of ashes. “No. No, don’t, just — stay with me. Please.”
He obeys with reluctance, and at her gentle tugging gets up from the chair to settle beside her on the bed. Satisfied that he won’t move, she slides down to lay her head on his lap. She burrows into the supernatural warmth that seeps into her bones. Which serves only to make her emotions float even nearer to the surface, for allowing Robbie to access his powers means that perhaps even Ghost Rider, an uncompromising demon whose moral scales permit brutality, is on her side. Even he has determined Fitz’s methods to be extortionate.
The sobs come at that realization, thick, heavy sobs that dampen Robbie’s jeans and smudge what’s left of her mascara. She holds onto him like a lifeline. Because that’s what he is, her only lifeline in an ocean of loneliness and pain. He eases off his jacket and covers her with it, enveloping her in his scent. She doesn’t know when that smoke-and-leather had become familiar, let alone calming, but somewhere along the line it had.
Robbie pulls her yet tighter to him, slowly soldering her broken pieces back together, and lets her cry until at long last she falls into welcome sleep.
—
He isn’t there when she wakes up. No warmth, no jacket. Her pieces are still scattered. She tries to sink back into the gilded dream that had seemed so real, desperately wanting to feel Robbie’s solace for a moment more. One moment, that’s all she asks.
It’s to no avail. He’s gone. He never was here to begin with. He’s in a hell of his own far away from hers, unreachable.
The tears come again. This time, there’s no one to dry them.

The Rise of the All-Rider: A New Kind of Hero in Marvel's Universe
Tumblr media
Marvel Comics has introduced countless superheroes over the years, each with unique powers, histories, and legacies. Among these is the fascinating new incarnation known as “All-Rider,” an identity embraced by Johnny Blaze (the original Ghost Rider) and later by Robbie Reyes. The All-Rider represents a powerful blend of Ghost Rider's supernatural abilities with new cosmic potential, transforming the Rider from a spirit of vengeance into a nearly omnipotent, multidimensional hero. Let's explore the evolution, powers, and story arcs of the All-Rider and why this character has captured the imaginations of Marvel fans worldwide.
Origins of the Ghost Rider
To understand the All-Rider, it's essential to trace back to the Ghost Rider, the persona from which it evolved. The Ghost Rider's origin lies in a Faustian pact with the demon Zarathos, who grants him powers that turn him into a fiery spirit of vengeance. The first Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze, was introduced in *Marvel Spotlight* #5 (1972) by Roy Thomas, Gary Friedrich, and Mike Ploog. Blaze's story centers around his pact with the demon Mephisto to save his father's life, ultimately transforming him into a supernatural entity tasked with avenging the innocent.
Over the years, several characters have taken up the Ghost Rider mantle, each with their unique characteristics and powers. Robbie Reyes, who first appeared in *All-New Ghost Rider* #1 in 2014, brings a fresh twist to the character, driving a muscle car instead of a motorcycle and embodying a different style of vengeance. With a new host, Ghost Rider was redefined, particularly as Reyes' Ghost Rider found itself entangled with cosmic events and forces beyond Earth.
Evolution into All-Rider: Robbie Reyes' Cosmic Transformation
In the pages of *Avengers* (2018 series) by Jason Aaron and Ed McGuinness, Robbie Reyes’ Ghost Rider experiences a transformation unlike any previous Ghost Rider. During an encounter with the cosmic entity known as the Celestials and after facing threats like the Dark Celestials, Robbie's Ghost Rider powers are put to a cosmic test. As the series progresses, Robbie is drawn into conflicts that require powers far beyond the usual capabilities of a Ghost Rider, leading to his evolution into a new identity: the All-Rider.
The All-Rider identity represents a breakthrough in Ghost Rider lore. Rather than being bound solely to the earthly realm of vengeance and demonic power, Robbie's Ghost Rider taps into cosmic energies. This grants him abilities to summon vehicles and ride across dimensions, including space and time, effectively elevating him to a level of cosmic entity. This transformation is not merely a power upgrade; it expands the Ghost Rider’s purpose, pushing it beyond revenge to encompass protection and intervention on a universal scale.
Powers and Abilities of the All-Rider
The All-Rider title comes with extraordinary abilities that transcend the original powers of the Ghost Rider. These powers mark the All-Rider as one of Marvel's most versatile and potent heroes.
1. Multiversal Travel: Unlike the traditional Ghost Rider, who operates mainly on Earth and the spiritual plane, the All-Rider has the ability to travel across dimensions, making him a multiversal entity. This capability allows Robbie to access different timelines and universes, making him a vital player in cosmic conflicts.
2. Vehicle Manifestation: A signature of the All-Rider is the ability to create or modify any mode of transport with his powers. While Robbie Reyes' Ghost Rider originally drove a hellish muscle car, the All-Rider can transform or summon any vehicle he needs, be it spaceships, boats, motorcycles, or even cosmic constructs. Each vehicle bears the characteristic “hellfire” of the Ghost Rider, symbolizing his command over these vessels.
3. Enhanced Physical Strength and Durability: The All-Rider possesses superhuman strength far surpassing previous Ghost Riders, allowing him to take on immensely powerful beings. His durability is similarly augmented, making him resistant to many forms of physical, energy, and magical attacks.
4. Hellfire Manipulation: True to the Ghost Rider legacy, the All-Rider can manipulate hellfire, an ethereal flame that burns not only the flesh but the soul. As the All-Rider, this power is amplified to a cosmic level, allowing Robbie to harness hellfire across vast distances and infuse it with cosmic energies, making it deadlier and more potent.
5. Expanded Penance Stare: The All-Rider’s penance stare, traditionally a weapon of soul-penetrating judgment, gains even greater potency in this form. He can now project the pain of an entire universe onto a target, causing immense psychological damage. The All-Rider’s penance stare could affect beings of high power and has a broader impact than previous incarnations, now capable of affecting cosmic-level entities.
All-Rider in Marvel's Storylines
The All-Rider concept gains significant traction in Marvel’s *Avengers* (2018 series), where Robbie Reyes' journey takes him into the heart of intergalactic and interdimensional battles. He faces the Dark Celestials, ancient cosmic beings that serve as the prime antagonists early in the series. Robbie’s All-Rider form proves to be a crucial asset in these battles, helping the Avengers ward off threats beyond their traditional capabilities.
The character's transformation into the All-Rider reaches a critical point when he confronts the God Quarry, a mystical realm where god-like beings test and store their powers. The God Quarry provides Robbie with a deeper understanding of his powers, revealing the cosmic potential within him. These experiences further establish the All-Rider as a character that transcends mere vengeance and embodies justice across cosmic scales, aligning him with universal heroes like the Silver Surfer and Adam Warlock.
In the latter issues of *Avengers*, Robbie's All-Rider is thrust into a climactic battle against Mephisto and a multiversal army of Ghost Riders. Here, the All-Rider becomes a symbol of resistance against demonic forces that seek to control the multiverse. His power not only helps him resist Mephisto’s machinations but also inspires other Ghost Riders to rally against darkness, showcasing the All-Rider as a unifying force.
Symbolism and Cultural Impact of the All-Rider
The All-Rider marks a new direction for the Ghost Rider legacy and serves as a symbol of Marvel’s evolving storytelling. Traditionally, Ghost Rider has been portrayed as a solitary figure whose mission is to punish wrongdoers and seek vengeance. In contrast, the All-Rider signifies a broader, more inclusive form of heroism. The transformation of Robbie Reyes into the All-Rider represents a fusion of earthly and cosmic justice, showing that heroes can evolve to tackle greater responsibilities and embrace new forms of justice.
This evolution also highlights Marvel’s willingness to blend mythologies, integrating ghostly folklore with cosmic narratives. Robbie’s journey from a street-level hero avenging the wronged to a multiversal champion of cosmic justice exemplifies the flexibility and depth of Marvel's character development. The All-Rider resonates with readers as a character who defies limitations, offering a new kind of hero for a universe that is continually expanding and becoming more complex.
In terms of cultural impact, the All-Rider brings a fresh perspective on heroism and power. Robbie Reyes, a Hispanic character, embodies diversity in Marvel’s lineup, and his transformation into a cosmic figure broadens the representation of minority heroes in the superhero genre. Through the All-Rider, Marvel fans are introduced to a powerful Latinx hero who tackles cosmic threats and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the likes of Thor and Captain Marvel.
The Future of the All-Rider
The All-Rider’s future in the Marvel Universe holds endless possibilities. Given the character's versatility, he could be integrated into various teams, storylines, and even crossovers involving the multiverse and cosmic beings. His unique powers make him suitable for storylines dealing with time travel, parallel dimensions, and existential threats to the multiverse. Fans have speculated that the All-Rider could play a significant role in upcoming Marvel events involving the multiverse, or potentially even as a bridge between mystical and cosmic realms in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Marvel’s storytelling has consistently expanded its cosmic universe, introducing entities like the Celestials, Galactus, and the Phoenix Force. The All-Rider's inclusion in this cosmic tapestry strengthens Marvel's potential for diverse narratives and innovative crossovers. The character also presents a compelling subject for standalone series or even cinematic adaptations, offering viewers a hero who encapsulates both the supernatural and cosmic dimensions of Marvel's mythos.
Conclusion
The All-Rider is more than a new title; it’s an evolution of the Ghost Rider mythos and a testament to Marvel's storytelling innovation. Through Robbie Reyes, Marvel has successfully redefined Ghost Rider, making him relevant in a world that now spans multiple universes, dimensions, and cosmic threats. The All-Rider combines the spirit of vengeance with a broader sense of duty and justice, standing as a beacon of heroism in a universe teeming with powerful threats.
This character has captured the imagination of fans, not just because of his extraordinary powers, but also because he embodies the potential of every hero to transcend their origins and take on new forms of justice. The All-Rider’s story, like Marvel itself, is always evolving, showing readers that heroes are bound only by their courage and willingness to confront new frontiers.

OMG YES THAT'S THE WORD!!!!!
Lisa: He's a walking fire hazard if he keeps hurling on the floor like that..... There are scorch marks too..... And the neighbors might ask questions........ Oh I know!
Thus, A SOLUTION WAS BORN!"
Eli badgers Robbie into watching lockpicking videos and he gets really into it. Robbie capitulates because it could turn out useful at work, and it shuts Eli up. They even buy or make some basic tools and start learning.
Then it turns out that only Robbie has enough patience to actually get a lock open

Headcanon: I think Robbie Reyes is the type to make food crime struggle meals. Like he'll just put some ham between two pieces of store-bought cheddar and serve it as a sandwich. Or he'll make soup and fill it with hot dog slices.
robbie started having to cook as a kid and for a kid so he probably makes a lot of like stuff that a child would like so i imagine theres a lot of like frozen chicken nuggets and mac n cheese and stuff like that and then for himself it's just like weird shit thrown together to get him to the calories he needs. also with the classic struggle meals like beany weenies (idk what other people called it but beans with hot dogs) and for him def a lot of beans and rice because that's cheap and simple. and def a lot of cans and if they did have fresh veggies it was the ones you get when you go to the food bank so like the ugly unsold ones
