Welcome to Metamorphic Rift, an oc world me and my friends are conjuring up based off Lego Monkie kid, JTTW, and FSYY. This world is still in development but I will start making way more art for it :3

So there was another Server event on discord where we were given different color palettes to create a Pretty Cure fan series, my palette being; Royal Blue, Teal, Lime Green, Fuchsia, Orange. Using those colors i whipped up;

Cyber-Rift Pretty Cure Code: Kaiju

Themes: Futuristic, Kaiju, Isekai?, Cyberpunk, Mecha, Emotions, Senses

Synopsis:

While working on a mandatory cyber group project, Hitomi stumbles upon an ancient hard drive with coordinates to the Mysterious abandoned dorm where she meets the enigmatic PEIR (PEIROVACS), an advanced AI who presents her the Hyperlink-Cell and tasks her with restoring balance to a parallel dimension known as the Primeval Colossus Realm. Realizing she can't do it alone, she invites her group mates —Yasuko, Sara, Kaori, and Jina to help her with this mission. As they transform into Cures they form the Cyber Rift Pretty Cure Code: Kaiju. Will they be able to stop the realm from colliding, save the corrupted Kaiju’s. What mysteries will they solve, allies they meet on the way and secrets they uncover in their own home realm. Will their friendship blossom prettily and cure the faults within them, creating life lesson moments?

Metamorphic Rift

A few months ago me and my friends @starstrvckfool and @/basiltaztic oc-ified Lego Monkie Kid for funsies. I didn’t really share my contributions much but I think I’m getting the hang of tumblr so what the hell. Sure

Sky is the main character, having just graduated high school. Every summer his family travels to China, namely to visit extended family but also this time Sky gets to pick where they went as a graduation gift. Sky chooses Flower Fruit Mountain, being a huge Monkey King fanatic. FFM is a very popular tourist spot, but little does Sky know that the myths are real and they’re about to find the real Monkey King

And River is Sky’s best online friend from mainland China (I made an error in her ref where I reused the China flag when I meant to put down the omnisexual flag 😭 oh well). River is a decently size social media influencer known for her incredible cosplays. No one knows her secret to making them so realistic!

haven’t made any official refs for Metamorphic Rift NeZha and Redboy. But tl;dr NeZha often takes Redboy to enjoy the mortal realm. They’re very much like an uncle to Redboy (also hasn’t fully gotten over their friendship falling out with ErLang but that’s a work in progress). I had an idea where Redboy butts heads with the Yellow Wind Demon, but again all a work in progress

more crabs ! first one is fikrul for my au, second is my oc ybaskes :]

ybaskes is leucistic, and the paint he wears represents his status as a baron in the house of song (fanmade house w its own lore i made). if i really leaned into the whole thing, he should be more blue toned, but i like him more warm so he stays that way. Not pictures is the scar going over his face -- he lost his eye and part of his mandible in the past, and the mandible grew back a little wrong.

fikrul is piebald in contrast, leaning towards true albinism, hence the bluer tone (as well as being genetically grey using my specbio). I feel like pink eyes is a symbol of being a genetic freak in my designs -- he's half weaver and half dancer genetically, so he shares a mix of traits from them, though he is most visibly a dancer despite being raised amongst weavers.

[noting it here: the scorn do not exist in my au, but the scorned barons are their own characters still -- they're all lightbearers located on one of Riis' moons]
