🇮🇹 PICI ALL' AGLIONE 🍝🇮🇹 Tuscan hand rolled pasta with tomato and garlic sauce.😍 🍝A very simple and tasty vegan pasta named Pici that comes from Tuscany, a beautiful Italian region. Today I' ve tried to make my glutenfree version of these eggless rustic noodles and I've used fava bean flour from @hodmedods. The dough is made of only flour, lukewarm water and salt. Then rolled by hands to make a round noodle shape,cooked and tossed with a simple tomato sauce with lots of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. 🥞MINI PANCAKES SAVOURY BREAKFAST 💟GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE. ✅Made with fava beans flour @hodmedods , water, and grapeseed oil. ✅Didn't measure the ingredients, I added water to a flour mixed with salt . Then I put some oil. The consistency has to be quite dense. ✅I poured the mixture in a zip lock bag and I made a tiny cut at the corner. 🌼SUNSET DINNER 🍷🍽 🏖Came back late from the lake today...🌞the weather was too beautiful to leave . Feeling inspired today😄🌷🌷and now that I have just finished to make this CARROT🥕 AND ZUCCHINI 🥒PIZZA..I think that it is a pity to eat 😄😄 🌷This pizza is made of chickpeas flour that I made blending dry chickpeas in the @nutribullet and lots of vegetables🥕🥒🥕🥒. It is healthy and very pretty to see.😊 ♥️Doesn't it cheer up your mood to see such colourful veggie flowers?🌼🌷🌺🌻 Here is the recipe⬇️ INGREDIENTS: 🌷200gr chickpeas flour 🌷50gr almond flour 🌷80ml water 🌷4 eggs 🌷250gr finely grated carrots 🌷250gr finely grated zucchini 🌷4 tbsp grapeseed oil 🌷1 tsp soda bicarbonate 🌷1 tbsp lemon juice 🌷1 tsp sea salt 🌷extra veggies for decoration 🌼METHOD 🌼 ⚘In a large bowl mix together the 2 flours with soda bicarbonate and lemon juice. ⚘Add water, oil, then eggs and the chopped carrots and zucchini. ⚘At the end add the salt and mix very well. ⚘Preheat the oven to 180 while you pour the mixture in an oven tray covered with a parchment paper and lightly oiled. ⚘Make your decorations. I have used spring onions for the flowers stems, zucchini 🥒for the petals, spinach,🌱basil and laurel for the leaves, some cherry tomatoes🍅.carrots🥕 and pumpkin seeds around the frame, but of course you can use your imagination using other type of vegetables 🍆🌶🥦🍄. It is so much fun!!😍 ⚘Cook your pretty pizza in the oven for about 30 minutes. ⚘When the pizza is ready you can add extra decorations just to make the colours nicer and brighter. ZOODLES 🥒2nd VERSION with tuna,🍅🍅 and pesto! Recipe below ⤵️ Serving for 2 ppl:👫 INGREDIENTS ✍ ✅2 large zucchini spiralized ✅2 cloves of garlic ✅About 20 cherry tomatoes ✅About 400gr of good quality tuna ✅A handful of roasted pinenuts ✅Basil pesto( I made my own using roasted pinenuts,garlic,basil,oil and salt) ✅Olive oil,salt and pepper METHOD ✍ Gently stir fry the garlic with 2 tbsp of oil and a little of water. Cut and add the tomatoes and cook for 2/3 minutes. Add the tuna and stir fry for further 2 minutes. Put the zucchini noodles in a large bowl and toss them with 2 full tbsp of pesto. 💟SWEET SUNDAY MORNING 🍒🍰with this joyful cherry clafoutis SUPER EASY and QUICK to make!! GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE 💟 🍰Basically it is a baked custard with lots of fruit inside. 🍒🍒🍒 A little work , a lot of pay off! 💪this is what we want, right? 😁 When I decided to make this clafoutis, I realized at the last minute that I didn't have enough cherries to make this recipe so I made a half dose. But I REALLY recommend to double the ingredients as it is incredibly tasty!!!🤤🤤 ✅ So, the ingredients for HALF dose are: 🍰2 eggs 🍰60 gr of quinoa flour 🍰35 gr sugar 🍰Half lemon zest 🍰100 ml almond ( or soya milk) 🍰200 gr cherries cut in half and pips removed 🍰A pinch of sea salt 🍰Slivered almonds ✅ METHOD 🍒Cover an oven cake pan with parchment paper and lay all the cherries and the slivered almonds on it. 🍒Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius 🍒 Make the batter whisking together the eggs and the sugar, then add salt,lemon zest flour and milk. 🥗TURKEY SALAD🥒🥕 with homemade vegan mayo.💟 🌼This is a typical recipe that I use to make lots of time especially in summer.
