Homemade Hot Curry with rice. Chicken 300g Carrots 2pc Onions 2pc Potatoes 2pc Apple 1pc Green onions Cream about 100ml Rice as much as ypu like about 5-6 portions Cut everything in pieces. Fry chicken, then vegetables. Add water until everything is covered and cook until Potatoes are ready. Add Curry paste 3-4 tbsp, Chili paste 2tbsp, add more Curry power, some garlic powder, more Chili flakes until spicey. Add apple and some cream. A little more simmering. 0kay so I answered this on my main before and I'm probably answering something similar again xD

1 - Spicy food

How not to love spicy food?? Tom yum??? Mala xiang guo??? Pad Thai??? I literally have to eat chilli or something spicy everyday if not I'll be so uneasy the whole day lmao.

2 - Soups/Stew

Lotus root soup will forever be my absolute favourite soup. Also, honorary mention to bak kut teh 肉骨茶!!!!! 😍 I love all these asian soups and stews so much omggg. But for western soups I really love cream of mushroom soup and clay chowder. Yum yum.

3 - Desserts

I don't really have a sweet tooth so I really love dark chocolate!!!! It's so bitter and so damn good. Mhmmmm. The more bitter the better.

But I do enjoy eating some sweet treats occasionally, like macarons!!!! And fruit tarts, apple crumble, éclair etc.

4 - Noodles

Nothing beats eating a hot bowl of noodles urgh. So so good. I love slurping on the noodles. I love ramen, I love spaghetti, I love rice noodles, I love everything yummmmmm

5 - Rice

How can you call yourself Asian if you don't eat rice???? #noricenolife #ricefam #riseforrice. Yes there's lots of carbs but urgh, I need to have at least one meal of rice every day if not I'll be hungry like hell.

Rice dishes are so amazing urghhhh Hainanese chicken rice??? Nasi lemak??? Nasi biryani??? Curry rice??? Bibimbap???? Sushi???? FRIED RICE?????

I love eating all forms of other rice too, like purple rice, brown rice etc ahhhhhh

I sound like I'm playing cheat HAHAHA but if I had to strictly list five individual dishes it would be Hainanese chicken rice, ramen, carbonara, mala hotpot, pizza. Lol.
