im mostly posting so eye do not forget but i was bored and trying to graphic once again and failing miserably bc i don’t have photoshop anymore and i was trying to find more age accurate fcs (like the actors role at least being closer to the age) and anyway i got these:

Eric Schweig as Ned, Lottie Verbeeck as Cat (he’s too old now but no one matches the Ned in my head the way Schweig as Uncas does) (I mean he’s also too sexy bUT it’s p close) (also give Lottie darker hair)

Anna Lambe as Lyanna, Asivak Koostachin as Jon (again, make Asivak a bit less chiseled and handsome but otherwise, that’s almost exactly how I picture Jon. Anna Lambe is just older than Lyanna here, she’s like 18 I believe)

Kiawentiio as Arya, Riit as Sansa (Riit is too old, I can’t find anyone age appropriate for Sansa. Just imagine Riit but younger and that’s basically how I imagine Sansa. Kiawentiio is the furthest away from how I picture the character but her lil baby fat chubby cheeks matching Lyanna/Lambe is perfect).

Also bonus Heath Ledger as Rhaegar. I know it’s cliche but it’s cliche for a reason. And look at the three together.

when i saw the art on the left side on pinterest a while ago, i went yup. that’s him. that’s my aegon nymeros-martell targaryen.

AND THEN I FOUND THIS BEAUTIFUL BALLERINA DANCER JULIAN MACKAY AND OH MY GOD??? THE RESEMBLANCE BETWEEN HIM AND THE DRAWING???

lemme just say… he got rhaegar’s prettiness alright. (also his daddy issues but that’s another matter-)

Okay, so I’m not sure how long it’ll last but I’m back in my GoT era, but, considering we hear very little about it in the show, I’d love to see a movie/series on Robert’s rebellion. There’s a few really good fics out there,

And, I don’t know if anyone rise does this, but I’ve got my own fan cast in my head.

So I was fan casting Lyanna Stark, and when I workshopped it to my friend he was like "dude why did you make her look so young thats kinda creepy compared to Rhaegar"

So I had take the time to be like, "Well you see Lyanna was 15 when she was taken and 16 when she died so I chose a fancast where the actress in this specific movie was 16 at the time of filming." And he had to kinda be silent there for a moment because he clearly forgot how young actual 16 year old girls look compared to adult men.

All the while I'm sitting there feeling like:

I'll never understand the supposed parallels between Jon//Sansa and Jace x Sara Snow. Let's suppose for a second that the later pairing did happen ( bc we have conflicted reports on this one).

So we have a Targaryen Prince who is heir to the Throne (Jace) and a bastard girl from House Stark (Sara). Where exactly are the so called parallels between them and Jon//sa? Because last time I checked Jon was a bastard boy of House Stark. And even if he turns out to be a Targaryen prince as the son of Rhaegar (which again isn't guaranteed, for all we know he could turn out to be a Targaryen bastard ) Sansa will never be a bastard of her House. In fact, she would be offended if you compared her to a bastard girl. So how exactly is she like Sara Snow again?

Even if we look at these pairings superficially, they have nothing in common in terms of appearance. Jace is half Valyrian( Rhaenyra ) and half Andal ( Harwin) and looks like his Andal father. While Jon is half Valyrian ( Rhaegar) and half First Men ( Lyanna) and looks like this First Men mother. I know that the actor who portays Jace - Harry Colett- looks like a great fancast for Jon but the book! Jace and book! Jon look nothing alike.

We don't know much about Sara's appearance but I'd bet my money that she looks like most Northerners (aka First Men). Meanwhile, Sansa favors her Andal mother so again I can't see those two looking alike.
