revynpost: Revyn or Kevrobyn headcanons (Yes, some people call it that, like my buddy Fae from Twitter, for example)

Robyn and Kevin first met when they were toddlers at the community centre, but too young to remember. They actually got to know each other when they were in school, and became buddies.

The reason why Robyn didn’t know about Kevin’s mother is that Kevin has only been to Robyn’s house, but she’s never been to Kevin’s, because his parents were always busy at those times.

Robyn’s brothers Troy and Cole are their #1 fans, but they make TERRIBLE wingmen.

Robyn was the first to realise she loved Kevin when she kissed him in Y3, (I think) and Kevin realised the day after at lunch, after he realised that friends don’t usually hug each other to kiss them, so he fainted.

At sleepovers, they are MORE than willing to share a bed, and so, put up with each other’s sleeping habits. Kevin moves around a lot and Robyn snores. She also hugs the closest thing to her, as well.

When they first started officially dating, around 14-16, they had to hide it from Robyn’s mother, just for a bit of privacy.

They don’t really go on “dates” per se, they just go to each other’s houses to hang out, preferably Kevin’s.

But when they do, it’s either eating out, watching a movie, or flying together if in the Wizarding World.

I dunno if they’ll actually kiss or not, but they might have before when they were younger. It was because Robyn had spare Pokemon cards she stole from Troy that Kevin really wanted, but he had to kiss her first. Guess which one he chose ^^

When they were about 19-21, Kevin tried to propose to Robyn, but she said he doesn’t even need to ask.

Their first and only daughter Molly was conceived a couple hours after their wedding.

TES GALA 2025 - Peryite and Azura

"Azura makes sense," the khajit purred, tipping his head in Revyn's direction. "But why would this one dress as Peryite, of all beings?"

Astra shrugged. "I'm a healer's daughter. I've seen more than my fair share of illness."

"Yes." J'zargo was skeptical. "This is why it makes little sense."

Accidentally woke up way too early and my brain is soup, but I chose Peryite for Astra because in my first playthrough she instantly got ataxia from a skeever (peryite's favorite little guy) and had it for weeks because I couldn't figure out how to cure it XD.

More in-lore, she's the daughter of a healer and has seen more than her fair share of diseases. For a while she was interested in studying how to eliminate disease at its root. However, after an encounter in Haemar's Shame, where she contracted sanguinare vampiris (which progressed to full vampirism before she could find a priest) she realized that disease is an essential marker of life. While infected with vampirism, Astra never got sick, and there was something about that that was deeply unsettling to her. Her interest in Peryite began during this time, and continued after she was cured.

(J'zargo and Astra are good friends at the College of Winterhold. He dressed up as magnus for the gala, though i didn't have time to draw it).

It’s a plain old thing, the ring, but has the heft of solid gold; the s’wit who’d pawned it two days back had bitten it first, smiling, and the tidy profit in his teeth had flashed at Revyn Sadri like a kind of wink. He should have known then to turn it down. Idiotic fetcher. Careless, thoughtless—

“There’s been looting in the Stone Quarter and the Place of Kings,” he hears a thin, miserable voice explain. That’s not him, surely, pouring out his woes to a perfect stranger who’d only ducked in to buy bootblack. His father would die of shame. Too late, he remembers who he’s talking to. “Not—I don’t mean—the Legion’s conduct these past months has been unimpeachable, of course—”

The legionary’s voice is hoarse and wry. “‘Course.”

“But this ring”—blessed saints, Sadri, stop talking—“the man who sold it to me said it was an heirloom. I should have asked whose.” He rubs his wretched face. “Viola Giordano is missing one that looks just like it.”

"And you're no fence, nuncle." A furred hand closes over the thrice-cursed ring. "Sera, I mean. Sorry. No'ffence."

Revyn blinks up at her. The legionary—a Khajiit who talks like a Riftling rogue, who knows Velothi honorifics—stares back at him with the intensity of a hunting cat. She flips the pilfered ring like a coin, catches it, dances it across her knuckles.

Then she nods, decisive, and pockets it. "S'pose I'll put it back."

"I—" It's Revyn's turn to stare. His mind, wherever it's been, at last catches up with his mouth. "I'm sorry?"

"Better to suffer a wrong than do one," quotes the girl in unimpeachable Velothis, standing up pious and straight as a child questioned by a priest. Her eyes, too, like a child's, gleam with Boethiah's own mischief. "But best to right it. That's me own addition."

Revyn stares with relief and consternation at the drawstring purse in which the ring had gone. It's her problem, now. Maybe he'd blathered on about the thing because some instinctive part of him had seen, in the legionary's far-too-guileless face, that she was born under the stars of the Thief—

"And I en't gone on the dub in awhile." The Riftling rogue in Legion ringmail, buoyant as an Armiger with the prospect of breaking and entering, rattles cheerfully to the door. "Can I bilk the bootblack, sera?"

"The—yes, bless you, of course—" He'll give her the keys to the shop if she gets him out of this. She's already halfway out the door; he scrambles around the counter and, for prudence's sake, calls after her in Velothis. "Don't let Viola catch you in her house!"

Over her shoulder, the legionary flashes a wink and the sign of She-Who-Erases. Revyn, increasingly baffled, watches the door swing shut. Who in Azura's name had taught her that?

Someone on reddit asked how Korone is "so pretty" (their words, not mine!) even though she's a dunmer and, first off, there are plenty of extremely attractive dunmer in TES? I don't know what that's about. With regard to player characters, I think people are just impatient. Like, no, her model doesn't look exactly how I draw her, but she's pretty close.

I play on PS5, there are no mods involved to make her look like this. If I did have mods, I'd only modify colors a bit? I'd like to plug in a custom texture for her eyes to make her sclera the right color—I couldn't pass up the irises in that eye type, but in my head her sclera is the same dark red as the rest of her race—and fix the issue where black hair doesn't actually show as black on player characters, because her hair is supposed to gradiate from silver to black.

I don't have her sliders saved, and I wouldn't share them even if I did, but she's literally "just" the result of over an hour in the character creator. I think everyone insisting that Oblivion Remastered doesn't allow players to to make good-looking characters should spend a year learning to make them in vanilla Sims 4.

EDIT TO ADD: Also, to be completely clear, I think Korone looks good primarily because the goal in designing her was not to make The Most Beautiful Woman In The World, but rather to create someone who I found attractive and looked like a person. She doesn't have the smoothest complexion option, her face is more lined than a lot of people would opt for when trying to make a "pretty" character, but the fact of the matter is that hallmarks of youth are not factors in attractiveness. She would not look as good as she does if I went with those options, because she'd look more artificial, and that's a big part of why characters don't look "good." The key is to make a character who looks like a person, and to take your time doing it.

I've been working on some outfit ideas for TES Gala <3

My main girl Astra's outfit has been giving me some trouble (mainly bc there's too many divines and daedra I could go with) but for Revyn, Azura seemed like an easy answer

So. Revyn Sadri's outfit for tes gala (so far):

Blue and gold are sort of his colors, so i wanted to keep that, and then the outfit is (obviously lol) based off of Azura's statue. And then the necklace/chest piece/idk what it's called is based off of the sun and azura's star. Might have the underside of the robes be darker with stars to emphasize the "twilight" aspect

A little flashier than he's usually comfortable with, but i wanted to make him shine <3
