So, the Kevin/Renee ship has been plaguing my mind nonstop y'all. Aftg is such a crazy universe, but I feel like this would be such a sweet couple. Anyway, the lack of fanfics on them made me sad, so I made my own.

Sight and Redemption will be updating every Monday. I've got a good momentum going right now and lots of time, so we'll hopefully be able to ride out this hyperfixation to the end.

The plot and everything is explained in my notes, but rest assured that many of your favorite canon ships will also be included.

More genderbends of the kids!!

Kevin - I originally wanted to give her a hairstyle similar to one of the leads in Star Trek, but they were all really short and I can't really see Kevin's asian mom approving of those haircuts at her age (maybe this is just from my personal experience) So a small braid is what she gets with bangs.

Jason - High tight ponytails = balding hair lines 😭

Red - He tried to grow out a rattail to be a Padawan for his girlfriend, but his mom wouldn't allow it, so this was the compromise. It also has the rowdy anime boy vibe, which I think fits.

Tweek - (If you've seen my MBC design for pastel Tweek it may seem a little similar) I love deco hair style! I think it looks super cute! And for Tweek who has very wild hair, I think she puts in all those clips in an attempt to tame it. Also braids that are easy for her to tug on when stressed lol.

Craig - It's probably very nice hair, that always just looks nice. Short like her mom's, and easy to maintain.

Greg - I decided to make it similar to Tricia's hair. Also I think it gives a more stereotypical studious look.

Blythe - Tbh since I based Blythe's original appearance loosely on Ibuki from Danganronpa, I totally inspired this Blythe's hair from her too LOL

remembering the lore I wrote to explain how Ritchie and Devin could have a daughter even if Ritchie was dead and would have been for several years at the time of their daughters birth

simple: Devin’s magic

long story short, the story was that in a moment of pure despair, Devin wished he could have had a piece of Ritchie with him. He then felt a large amount of his magic drain and he passed out.

He awoke who knows how long later to discover a baby laying on his bed. He freaks out, realises what happened and goes to find clothes because oh god he suddenly has a newborn-

then he does to Brandon to be like ‘I think I just made you an uncle-’

and the rest is history-

Michael and Brandon are the best uncles and no lil Quinn Diablos will not admit who her true favourite uncle is it's David what do you mean she loves them all equally?

Also imagining Oakly being an older brother to her is just making my heart ache because imagine being in his shoes? you loose your dad before you get to know him, then the guy he was seeing who you don't really know suddenly announces he magically created you a younger half sister. I imagine he wasn't that open to the idea but then... he realised that he had stories, not many, but a few, about their dad that he can tell.

And the idea of lil Quinn running and jumping for a hug yelling 'Oakly!' when they visit one another just warms my heart

also for lil Quinn's appearance: Devin's hair with a blue streak and Ritchie's eyes with! Lightning Magic. I always pictured her in purple or magenta

Personality wise she's got the sass of both parents and has a very playful way about her, she's the type to fall backwards off a balcony while letting off one final attack in a fight... yeah she's got a tab for property damage-

I keep imagining her wearing a cloak like her parents because she things they look cool

She's a little menace who adores her family and they adore her as well

If I ever wrote anything for her it would have the opening scene be her by Ritchie's statue just thinking or reading while she wears his clock (stolen from Devin) before Devin comes and finds her to get her to bed. I imagine she'd do that a lot so she can somehow learn more about the father she never knew.

And then as Devin is carrying her to bed she asks him if he can tell her another story about Ritchie because she loves those stories before bed
