Oh snap! I just planted the first seeds of 2025! Its indoor seed sowing time over here!

I know it's a bit early, but gardening makes me so happy, and after the last few gut-wrenching days, I just needed to play in the dirt right now.

I dusted off the old aerogarden, used some generic soil cones, and stuffed them with dollar store seeds left over from last year.

I planted beefsteak toms, cherry toms, and jalapeno in the aerogarden.

After that, I planted green onions in a ceramic bread pan that I never baked in because it was too pretty. I filled it with the last of '24's garden soil.

Here's to the hope that spring will be swift and sweet.

I am ridiculously happy about these; I've been saving this one big laundry detergent bottle for years, and I was planning to cut it up and put a hot pepper plant in it, but, I had 2 hot pepper seedlings. Then I randomly found another, similar detergent bottle abandoned outside! I cut them up to make them into planters, and, it's not very visible on the picture, but I grabbed colored pencils and drew on them for decoration. You might be able to see little hot peppers drawn on the right one! The left one has a meadow with grass and flowers. They're more visible in reality and they both look so cute. Not to mention the plants look happy and eager to grow, I had just transplanted them and they had no visible stress on them. Looking forward to little baby peppers!

I've been pulling a bunch of clothes apart at the seams today for reuse in various craft projects but I really really really just wish someone would pull me apart at the seams and harvest each little part of me for reuse, my godddddd

Butch had found that during some of his hikes and swims in forests and ponds near more inhabited areas, there was always a hefty amount of litter that interrupted the scenic beauty of the land he was accustomed to. Bathing in a relatively clean pond only to catch a water bottle or discarded newspaper or some other third thing that’s an indecipherable clump of garbage—it pissed him off. Just who the hell was discarding trash in nature? It was disgusting!

So, Butch had decided to dedicate his day to finding and bagging away trash and garbage that didn’t belong in the water or the forests; he’d even started along the side of some roads, grumbling and cursing all the while about what the world’s come to. With the help of a stick he’d whittled to a point at the end, it wasn’t taking too long.

Just then, he notices a passerby walking along the sidewalk with a plastic bottle of water that they carelessly discard off into the woods from the side of the road when they’re finished and anger surges through the cowboy.

“Hey, jerk off! Animals live in this forest!” He snarls, raising that stick and beginning to chase the fellow. The stranger lets out a startled yelp and races in the opposite direction fearfully, Butch gaining on him by the second. “I’LL KILL YOU!” He doesn’t actually plan to kill him, but he will beat the hell out of him with that stick in hopes of teaching him a lesson! JERK.
