if i had a nickel for every time i rescued (stole) a beanie boo from neglectful and/or cruel kids, i would have 3 nickels, which isn’t much, but it’s weird that it happened three times.
anyways here are my ragtag beanie boos. pepper is a cat who i took from my preschool when i graduated from there, because i felt bad for her and really like how she looked. she’s the oldest beanie boo i have. owliver is an owl who i straight up stole from a kid in 4th grade when they were throwing their toys on the ground in the rain. when they were turned around, me and a former friend i had snuck up and took them (there was another beanie boo that she rescued). and maple is a moose i recently found on the street, presumably dropped by some kid. i had to cut one of his antlers off because it was barely hanging on, and his other one is really floppy.

Please meet Almond. Almond was found outside a donation box in my city, covered with dirt and looked so sad.
So, I brought her home, gave her a long soak in the sink with plenty of warm water and detergent, and while the TY tag couldn't be save, just look at her now!
Remember, it's okay to rescue stuffies you find so long as they're salvageable and there are many wonderful tutorials you or a loved one can look up to save the ones you find.
Have a wonderful evening, and feel free to reblog and show your favorite TY beanie baby, I would just adore to see them!
