#removing embroidery

Does anyone know how to remove embroidered logos and patches on a hoodie? A relative just gifted me a Hogwarts hoodie and I hate it's harry potter merch but the fabric of the shirt itself is damn good and it can't be returned, so I'd rather get rid of the logo on the chest and replace it with a better patch

Okok so here's a real rough design of that plushie idea I had. I'm gna make a few mini versions to test out the idea. I haven't sewn or embroidered in a while do we'll see how it turns out hfjdjddj. And don't even get me started on the outfit creation and designs- which are gonna be removable.

i tried to edit some of the info in the original post and i fucked up and deleted it bc im sleepy and now im not typing all of that again

im feeling very unmotivated to work today but im gonna try and push through it... we will see.

i started back up work on the coat, so i think thats my plan for today. i remembered that last time i touched this id started overlocking the lining pieces before i sewed and that it had puckered them a bit (which was a major reason i put it down 🙃)

i sewed up the seams on Wednesday, but those puckered pieces have affected how to seams come out, so i may have to unpick those & remove the overlocking. we will see. im going to try ironing them first, but im not going to settle for less than perfect on this project.

other things to do include: fitting the sleeves (i think i want to take a bunch off elbow to wrist) and sewing them on (after transferring to the lining)

honestly it should be pretty smooth sailing except the problems ive made for myself

Learning how to embroider and thought I’d translate my favorite word into the body code and put it on my backpack, haha. My French knots could probably be better but overall I’m pretty proud for my first real project!

Any guesses as to what it says?
