i have so many requests in my head but i already sent two, i don’t wanna overwhelm you ☹️.i swear these are the last two..
one is a sae x reader where they’re cuddling on the couch, sae busy on his phone while reader watches one of those very dramatic and frustrating romcoms. sae acts nonchalant but he’s secretly invested in the drama and he keeps on commenting on dumb things the characters, all frustrated and pissed do until the entire drama finishes. just crack comedy with fluff where they reminiscene about their early dating days.
next is a rin x reader ofc. childhood enemies trope where reader is sae’s bestfriend and rin hates her for taking his older brother’s attention but as they grow up he starts finding her pretty, catches him remembering small details abt her etc etc and all that lovesick stuff. and when sae leaves, she’s there by his side. when sae returns, she comforts him after their fallout and stuff hehe.
i’ve made like four requests this day and feel free to take your time with them, i don’t mindd. i just wanted to submit these requests in case i forgot to later 😞🙏 hope you enjoy writing them, also don’t feel pressured to write?
“𝐬𝐚𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢: 𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫)”
a/n: girl you’re FINE, receiving a lot of requests from you just shows me how much you love my works and i’m grateful!!!
(idk art credits so sorry!)
it starts with you curled up on the couch, a blanket thrown over your legs and a bowl of popcorn balanced on your lap. the tv plays yet another chaotic romcom, the kind that makes you want to chuck the remote at the screen every five minutes. the plot is the same recycled nonsense: she loves him, he’s too oblivious, and they spend two hours missing every possible opportunity to communicate like functioning adults. classic.
meanwhile, sae sits beside you, one arm casually slung around your waist, his phone in hand, eyes fixed on the screen. his fingers lazily scroll through what you can only assume is a feed full of soccer stats, news updates, and unread texts from rin. at least, that’s what you think he’s doing.
the truth? sae hasn’t registered a single thing on his phone for the last forty minutes. no, he’s been watching the movie. intently. but he’s not about to admit it.
“oh my gosh, why is she running in the rain again,” sae suddenly mutters under his breath, making you glance at him with a smirk.
“hm?” you hum innocently. “what was that?”
he doesn’t look away from his screen, fingers still aimlessly swiping (with his weather app). “nothing.”
liar.
the romcom continues, and the male lead does the most objectively idiotic thing imaginable: cheating on his girlfriend with her twin (???) because of a “misunderstanding.” sae scoffs softly. you feel his arm tighten slightly around your waist.
“this guy’s a moron,” he mutters, still feigning disinterest. “why would you cheat on someone with their twin? you talk to them. maybe confirm identities? i dunno, use your brain? maybe he could even take some advice from me, i’ll teach him how i bagged you.”
you press your lips together, holding back a grin. sae notices the twitch of your mouth and squints at you. “what?”
“nothing,” you echo his earlier words, eyes back on the screen.
five minutes later, the female lead’s best friend finds out about the whole twin-cheating thing and instead of immediately telling her friend, she decides to… keep it a secret. for no reason.
sae’s jaw clenches. he exhales sharply through his nose, locking his phone and dropping it to the couch with a thud.
“what kind of dumbass logic is that? you’d want your best friend to know if her boyfriend’s been macking on her doppelganger. right? RIGHT?”
he gestures at the TV with such genuine exasperation that you have to bite back a laugh. you turn to him with a teasing look. “i thought you weren’t watching?”
his eyes narrow slightly. “i’m not.”
sure.
the movie barrels toward its grand finale: an overdramatic airport scene where the female lead, after all that unnecessary heartbreak, still decides to forgive her deceitful boyfriend. you glance at sae, who’s leaning forward ever so slightly, arms crossed, brow furrowed, and visibly annoyed.
“you’ve got to be kidding me,” he mutters. “after all that?! she just takes him back? no groveling? no consequences? nothing?!”
you snort, fully turning toward him now. “you’re so mad.”
“i’m not mad,” he deadpans, clearly mad. “i just hate stupid writing.”
you poke his cheek. “oh? i didn’t know sae itoshi was a romcom connoisseur.”
he glares at you, but there’s no actual heat behind it, just the quiet indignation of a man betrayed by poor screenwriting.
when the credits roll, you toss the popcorn bowl onto the table and stretch your arms out with a content sigh. sae, still brooding over the romcom’s stupidity, leans back against the couch and lets you flop against his chest. you can hear the faint beat of his heart, steady and soothing beneath your ear.
“why do you even watch that crap?” he mumbles, absently running his fingers through your hair. “you get mad every time.”
“it’s entertaining,” you murmur. “and it’s worth it to see you get personally offended by it.”
his hand slows slightly, then comes to a full stop.
“wait.” he pulls back slightly, tilting your chin up to look at him. his eyes narrow with suspicion. “... is that why you put it on?”
you blink innocently. “put what on?”
he scowls. “don’t play dumb. you watch these stupid movies just to see me get pissed off?”
you offer a mischievous grin. “maybe.”
sae’s mouth parts slightly in disbelief, but he doesn’t stay mad for long. in fact, his lips twitch into something almost resembling a smirk. he shifts so that you’re flat on your back and he’s leaning over you, arms braced on either side of your head.
“you’re so annoying,” he mutters, brushing his lips over your temple.
“mhm.” you hum, completely unaffected by his unconvincing irritation. you reach up, loosely hooking your arms around his neck. “you still love me though.”
he exhales heavily, as if burdened by the magnitude of your nuisance, but his lips are already curving into a barely-there smile. he presses his forehead to yours and lets out a soft, reluctant chuckle.
“unfortunately,” he murmurs, before kissing you softly, “i do.”
and just like that, the frustrating romcom is long forgotten.
“𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞”
a/n: reader is sae’s best friend, but the same age as rin!
(header art credits go to nwtrchb)
rin always hated you.
when he was seven years old, you were sae’s best friend. the cool kid who knew all the tricks to the arcade games and somehow all the best food spots in the city. you were always there, hogging his brother’s attention, walking home with him after school, sharing inside jokes that made sae smirk in that rare, almost affectionate way. a look rin never seemed to get.
he despised it. despised you.
you were everything he wasn’t: easygoing, sociable, and apparently very funny if sae’s occasional chuckle was anything to go by. and rin? he was just the annoying little brother trailing behind, scowling in your shadow, wondering why sae never looked at him the way he looked at you.
“why do you always hang out with her?” rin had once asked, arms crossed, voice sharp with childish frustration.
“because she’s cool,” sae had shrugged, ruffling rin’s hair carelessly before leaving with you again.
rin had glared daggers at your back until you were both out of sight.
and that’s how it was for years. the petty glares, the sharp words, the unspoken resentment. he hated the way you seemed to effortlessly fit into sae’s world – his world. hated how you knew his brother in ways he never could.
but then you both grew up.
and rin’s hatred turned into something far more inconvenient.
he first noticed it when you were twelve. you were visiting the itoshi house during one of sae’s matches, lounging on their living room floor with your legs kicked up on the couch. your hair was tousled, falling into your eyes as you glanced at the screen, wearing one of sae’s old hoodies. rin had walked in, fully intending to shoot you one of his signature scowls.
but for some reason, he forgot how to breathe.
he quickly looked away, scowling at the floor instead, convincing himself that he was just annoyed. annoyed that you were wearing sae’s hoodie. annoyed that you were here, again, like you always were.
except, he wasn’t annoyed. not really.
he realized that when, months later, you offhandedly mentioned you didn’t like grape tomatoes, and somehow, somehow, rin caught himself picking them out of his own plate without even thinking. he realized it again when you braided the hair of a younger cousin at a family gathering and his gaze lingered far too long on your fingers, meticulously weaving strands together with such gentle focus.
he was twelve and absolutely, hopelessly doomed.
but he kept his distance. he was still prickly, still short-tempered, still rin. he told himself it was just a passing infatuation, one he could outgrow.
and then sae left.
the itoshi household grew colder, quieter. rin pretended it didn’t matter, like he hadn’t lost the one constant he was always chasing after. he threw himself into soccer, training with a near-frantic desperation. but no matter how fast he ran or how hard he kicked, it didn’t fill the void sae left behind.
but you were there.
you didn’t smother him with pity. you didn’t tell him it was going to be okay. you just… stayed. you went to his matches. you stood at the sidelines. you bought him vending machine drinks after practice and tossed him a towel without a word. you were just there, and somehow, that was enough.
you were there when he came home fuming after a loss, muttering insults under his breath with his fists clenched at his sides. and you were there again when he stood in the middle of his hallway, staring at the empty bedroom across from his, realizing sae wasn’t coming back anytime soon.
you were always there, and slowly, somehow, you became his constant.
he was sixteen when he realized he was completely, undeniably in love with you.
it hit him like a sharp kick to the chest one evening, when he came home to find you sitting on the porch steps, waiting for him after a particularly brutal practice. your hair was slightly damp from the humidity, face illuminated by the soft orange glow of the setting sun. you looked up when you saw him, eyes warm and bright with familiarity.
“you look like you could use some ice cream,” you had teased, holding up a small plastic bag containing his favorite flavor.
and that was it. his heart was gone.
but then sae came back.
it was supposed to be a reunion, but it was nothing short of a disaster. they fought, old wounds ripping open with ease. sae was colder, more distant, and rin was bitter, angrier. the same unresolved jealousy from years ago came rushing back with vengeance, except this time, it wasn’t about who got more attention.
it was about you.
because sae still smiled at you the way he used to. still exchanged effortless banter, still had his rare, dry humor with you that he never spared for rin. and even though it was always platonic, always had been, it still made rin’s chest ache.
so he walked out. stormed off, fists clenched, throat tight.
and you followed him.
you found him by the old soccer field, sitting on the bleachers with his arms crossed over his knees, staring blankly ahead. you didn’t say anything at first, just sat down beside him and let the silence settle.
“he makes it look so easy,” rin muttered bitterly, eyes narrowed, voice low and raw. “like it doesn’t even matter.”
you stared at him quietly, and after a moment, you placed a hand on his. he stiffened slightly, but didn’t pull away.
“he misses you too,” you murmured softly, your thumb brushing over his knuckles. “he just doesn’t know how to show it.”
rin exhaled sharply through his nose.
“i hate him,” he said, but his voice wavered ever so slightly.
you squeezed his hand, grounding him.
“no, you don’t,” you whispered.
he stared at you then, really stared at you. you were still wearing that same soft, patient expression you always had when he was younger. except now, it felt different. warmer. heavier.
and before he could stop himself, he spoke.
“you were supposed to be his,” rin muttered, voice barely above a whisper. his throat tightened as he squeezed your hand in his. “but you’re always here.”
you blinked, startled by his sudden confession. but he didn’t let you go. instead, he turned his hand over, threading his fingers with yours, holding on like he was afraid you’d disappear.
“you’re always here,” he repeated softly, as though he couldn’t believe it.
and when you slowly, carefully leaned in, brushing your lips against his, he melted into you. everything he ever wanted but was too scared to admit, it was right there.
and this time, he wasn’t going to let it slip away.

Yippee!!! It'll be a bit of a varied list, and I have 0 musical brain, so I cannot tell you what genre or style something is. Hell, I can't even tell you if it's good. I'm also working of the assumption you have spotify (apologies if you dont) some will be Flemish and others Netherlands, so the accent difference can make it harder to understand. If you want the lyrics to some of em and can't find them online, I will genuinly and gladly transcribe and or translate them for you
De toverfluit - frank groothof A funny musical/opera that is a child friendly/fairytalefied version of Mozarts' 'the magic flute' (the lady who sings very high in all the adverts)
Herman Van Veen I already mentioned in the tags, he is great. My favourites are 'zingende doden' (a good song to take a moment and think. The rest of that album is also fun) Für Elise and Alfred Jodocus Kwak (there are multiple alfred jodocus kwak albums, but this one specifically was my childhood)
Het grote boeboeksbal they have some fun songs to make you happy. Boeboeks are creatures from the author 'marc de bel', eho are green with large ears and live in the forrest. Their biggest enemy is the cat (I forgor his name) there's also punk rats. but beware that not all the words are real! (Muggen/musquitos get called 'muzzies' and knuffelen/hugging becomes 'knuspelen')
Les miserables this is the Flemish version of les mis, I like it, but some words will be different, and ofcourse the accent (assuming you are learning Netherlands Dutch)
Als ze lacht - yevgueni
De drie biggetjes - K3 anything by K3 is great (mostly the older stuff, but that’s sentiment) but their story of the 3 piglets is a personal favourite
Clouseau very 'oh that’s a classic!' Flemish music. Their most known songs are 'Anne' 'vonken en vuur' 'zij is van mij' and 'daar gaat ze'
Gers Pardoel is a Netherlands rapper(?) Some of his hits are 'boem boem' 'ik neem je mee' and 'zo bijzonder'
Laïs again Flemish, they are one of our typical folkdance groups ('t smidje is the song to which all Belgians learn to dance) personal favourites are: 't smidje, bruidsnacht, de wereld vergaat and 't jeugdig groen. They do use more complex dutch/ harder words. (Also, Idk if you know this or not, but words like 's nachts and 't smidje in dutch are like that bc there was a word there once. 'T is a short form for 'het' and 's comes from 'des'. We no longer use 'des', but it stuck around in 's ochtends and 's avonds - but that’s a tangent)
De bom - doe maar
Denk maar niet aan morgen - Bazart
Stan van Samang Flemish again. His song 'een ster' makes me cry
Het is een nacht - Guus Meeuwis another classic, makes me feel things. It conveys a very specific feeling. That I am very fond of
Kijk niet weg - Emma Bale a song written for 'stip it' the national Belgium anti-bullying movement
Kleine Maud - Laura laura omloop got famous as a child bc of some singing show where she yodeled, but this song has a heavy impact, and also makes me cry. Trigger warnings for suicide.
Kvraagetaan - fixkes very Flemish, 'I ask it on' or 'I ask you if you want to be a thing with me' a childhood reminiscens song of simpler days
Honestly I could give you more, but for now I'll leave it at this. If you want more, hit me up, I love my language lots and will take any excuse to show people that yes, it can be very beautiful (a hill I will die on swingin')
Hey Kore, I love dutch music, so if you ever want some dutch music recs, I can send you some things
Yes please! I've been meaning to expand my music taste lately, and I also am vaguely curious to see how much I might be able to understand of the songs (almost nothing I guarantee but WE'RE GETTING CLOSER!!!!)

Pfft...I'm giggling with delight at the notion of JJJ as the director! He and Harry bickering à la André and Firmin over Art vs Money would be fabulous (poor Robbie and Betty; they'd never hear the end of it XD)! Would the Masquerade scene be from the film they're shooting or a big studio party? If the latter, I love the idea of Peter slipping away to don his costume, giving MJ a reassuring shoulder squeeze, and then crashing through the skylight quipping to Mysterio "you're not the only one who can make an entrance!" Who would fill out the rest of the cast in the roles of Carlotta, Piangi, Meg, and Mme Giry? Flash could be funny as Piangi, not sure about the others. Maybe bring in Noir!Felicia for Giry? Idk. How would you frame Peter and MJ's first meeting: in her dressing room after a scene shoot with childhood reminiscening (I've so many questions about their childhood in this AU; is there a red scarf involved?) or something more formal like Harry announcing to the cast that Detective Parker will be investigating the recent murders?

Part 1 Part 2
@fantasticalnonsense18 you are my musical theater soulmate! I love your ideas!
JJJ and Harry would make a comical duo since both would probably be more concerned with money than art. Even if JJJ is the director his ego would certainly come before artistic integrity, "TIME IS MONEY! WE DONT NEED THIS SCENE! WHAT I SAY GOES!"
I like Harry not knowing about the deal at the start and having to make the discovery, which is why he asks his best friend, who is a crime scene photographer, to ask Spider-Noir to help found out the identity of "Mysterio". That name is what Beck signs his notes to the managers before he even puts on the costume via this verses equivalent to The Masquerade ball. It's definitely a studio party and I love Peter slipping away to don his costume, and THAT LINE!
I like the idea of Peter and MJ bumping into each other when Peter is visiting Harry. Harry probably invited Peter to LA on the false pretense that it's little vacation to catch up with an old friend.
The three were childhood friends before MJ moved to LA in her early teens. It was a complete coincidence Mary Jane ran into Harry at first, which helped get her screentest. Harry reintroduces her to Peter and the two reconnect and start spending time together outiside of the studio before she begins shooting.
Then Harry asks Peter if he could get his "boss", the famous masked New York detective Spider Noir to investigate Mysterio and Spider Noir is introduced to the cast and crew.
Mysterio must also be a screenwriter here and gets pissed when producers like Osborn mess with his script. I think Meg and Madame Giry's characters should be blended into Felicia so she is MJ's friend and Beck's ally. Perhaps she's a little older here but I'm also not sure what her set role would be--First AD?
AND FLASH AS PIANGI (A HAM PRETTY BOY IN THIS CASE) IS HILARIOUS!
The cemetery scene would play pretty much the same except with Mary Jane visiting her mother's grave and an added fight scene between Spidey and Mysterio
Oh I love the added drama of Beck hearing Peter confess his identity to MJ before asking her to marry him! And Beck will definitely be a good thespian and target Spider-Noir. And during their equivalent to "Down Once More" he pulls his mask off and reveals he has known all along it was Peter and will kill him if MJ doesn't stay with Mysterio.

A Rye and Etain piece.
Perhaps they’re reminiscening about the past and a funny childhood story. Who knows, I just like how both the expressions came out.

Kirishima was... A friend. A supportive, positive influence in his complicated student life, juggling the hero course and his medical training... Many would have cracked, those years were difficult and what with the League, a disturbing amount of his classmates were regular patients. It was an education, just not one the school thought they’d have. There was a 5 o’clock shadow on his face, it looked good on him as his eyes were still full of life and confidence, his black hair a slightly longer version of the unreasonable mess it used to be. He’d changed, for the better... He seemed less thin and fragile, his clothing wasn’t the torn hand-me-downs of his rough childhood, but designer and brand-new so clearly both jobs made him enough money for luxury. “There’s no forgetting Deku’s little “Kacchan”.” He laughed, allowing a little reminiscene as his Quirk activated, transmutating the cotton pad he held to stop the bleeding into flesh and skin as he pressed down, as if trying to mould Kiri’s head out of clay. It didn’t hurt, however. “Don’t tell him I called him that. Less temper is good.” Katsuki was Kirishima’s friend, and Saburo thought they were something more, hence why he never... Thank god, he asked a question to stop that line of thinking for a moment. “I’m doing good, graduated medical school with honours considering all that happened with the League, so I’m Dr. Kusanagi properly at last.” He joked, an old reference back to when the others called him “Doc” due to his medical scrubs hero outfit and status as class healer when Recovery Girl was elsewhere. The compliment made his pale cheeks go quite pink. “Hot in here, isn’t it?” He cleared his throat, suddenly nervous. “Listen, do you wanna catch up... Outside of work? It’s been a few, I’m sure we both have stories and I unfortunately have other patients right now due to triage rules. But it is good to see you again.” Saburo promised, scribbling something down on a post-it note. “My phone number.” He explained, putting it in Kirishima’s pocket as a nurse came to guide Kirishima out the tent as a woman with a badly broken arm came over.
@thenihilistofthevoid
🪨Kirishima tried to explain that he was fine, but Bakugo wasn't having it. Just because his forehead was bleeding a little and there was a cut on his arm. And as much as the redhead hero tried to explain over and over that he'd live, he was practically shoved to the medical personnel on site to be patched up.
Still riding the high of a successful mission, he headed inside, greeting everyone with his normal happy grin as he was escorted to someone to be patched up. And when he saw them, his eyes immediately widened.
"Saburo!" He blurted out without thinking before a bright smile crossed his face, immediately rushing up to the other. "Saburo from UA! Do you remember me?"

Yuuto's childhood, Dimitri's hobbies, both of their habits from being Palkia children/having space powers, Things Umeko wants to do
Yuuto's childhood
I’m working on a really detailed page for Yuuto over here, which currently has an elaborate breakdown of his childhood. Key things are:
That Yuuto has never had a stable home in the traditional sense. He always has a loving mother, a loving father, his siblings, and even his own bedroom, but his world hopping means they aren’t the “same.”
Yuuto is a bad dragon boy, because he cannot hoard. He has no where to put stuff, since he travels!
He keeps his bedroom empty. It was eerie to come back to a room and not know where items came from, what was important, if they had sentimental value... So Yuuto started doing himself, and other Yuutos, a favor by never keeping presents.
He’s never had friends. This wasn’t a huge problem, because his family is h u g e and he had family friends, but Yuuto has never given himself permission to form strong connections. Like with items in his room, he finds it weird to have someone reminiscene about activities with an ‘other’ Yuuto. So he tries to avoid that uncomfortable situation all together.
Dimitri's hobbies
He’s a major bibliophile. Reading is why he initially never cared to use his space powers: He had plenty of safe adventures in books.
Dimitri had to pick up a lot of domestic hobbies in order to take care of stupid Yuuto and Speck. He’s actually a great cook, he can sew, and he enjoys some degree of cleaning.
Because of his strained relationship with the Mikale of this world, Dimitri pretends he is an awful cook. He doesn’t want to have anything in common with ‘this’ Mikale.
Dimitri enjoys bird watching with Miami. They call it friend watching.
their habits from being Palkia children/having space powers
Yuuto can’t walk in a straight line. He’s very clumsy. His feet rarely touch the ground, unless he’s pretending to be a normal person.
When Dimitri sweeps the floor, he sweeps the dust into the void.
Yuuto has Ghibli hair. Which is to say, when he’s emotional it will stand up on end like a Ghibli character. This is a subconscious use of his gravity powers, and influenced by the movies he watched as a kid.
The boys don’t actually know how old they are. Because time doesn’t flow the same between worlds and they were rarely in the same world for long, they’ve lost track of their ages. They picked ages that “seemed right.”
Yuuto had never celebrated his birthday before the current world.
They can balance very high stacks of objects and carry very heavy loads due to their power. Because this is so easy, they only make one trip when bringing in the groceries.
Things Umeko wants to do
Umeko wanted to train under Sabrina.
She wants to visit Alola and enjoy the beach, without going insane.
She wants to take on a Pokemon League. She isn’t picky about which one.
Umeko wishes she could go to a shopping mall and window shop. As it stands, she has to order items from PokeAmazon.
She wants to work at the Lovely Battle Cafe to repay her debt to the family. Right now, it’s too dangerous for her to help customers.

I’ll continue in this second reblog xP
36. No and no. Unless it’s aristocrats... to quote my lovely Oc’s “If those bitches joke on their own lost pride it’ll be the best thing I’ll have ever seen”
37. Charlie: She is a realist. So most of the time, she’s thinking about things that she wants to solve in her life. Yet at the same time, that makes her appear as bit of a dreamer, since she’s often lost in her thoughts
Kai: He is someone who lives a lot in memories since he’s trying to find out what his roots are. He technically knows, but at the same time he rememberes so little and knows so little about his parents that it’s always fascinating to him to reminiscen in his past to find out. Unlike Charlie, he loved his mother greatly and would’ve liked to be with his family
38. Both Charlie and Kai are very curious and enthusiastic souls and love to discover new lands and opportunities
39. They like to ridicule people who are very mundane and boring. That especially being aristocrats who have been living by the same traditions and routines, but also people who don’t pull their heads out of their asses and fight against their oppression
40. Oh they certainly have a sense of humor, but it’s the dryest, most sarcastic shit you’ll have ever heard
41. They are both very self aware, but in different ways. Whilst Charlie likes to poke a little fun at herself and call herself “a puny little runt” and laugh about it, Kai is more self aware in a private matter, secretly dreading his appearance at times and feeling out of place in the world. Charlie is always there for him in those moments and slowly encourages him to see beauty in who he is and be able to see his faults without hating them and rather use them to strengthen himself to the point he can poke fun at it without being hurt. But he still has a long way to go
42. They want to overthrow aristocrats, royals and the church and they’ll absolutely give their life’s for that if necessary (although they still try not to)
43. Charlie: She only as secrets from her family, otherwise she never had much time to idk... make any secrets happen. Her freedom was always very limited
Kai: Oh he’s done a lot of shit he regrets. As a 16 year old he fell into a sort of sailor culture in which it was common to go out drinking a lot, maybe even steal stuff from there and fuck with a lot of women. It was hilarious to him at that moment and quite an entertainment until he recognized, that it was wrong to abuse hard working people like that and that it was also wrong to fuck around with women and than disappear. He hides this and his tragic childhood for a long time from Charlie until he feels it’s right to tell her
44. Their objective is what I already wrote down at 42 and it’s their main goal in life basically. They do it by stealing from them and giving it back to the common folks
45. Charlie is a responsible visionary (also pretty passionate at times when she forgets to use her brain, but usually she is very responsible and much of a realist) and Kai is an All action visionary who is very much into commanding attacks and fights whenever he sees even the smallest opportunity
46. I’ve kind of answered that several times before in these two posts, but I’ll answer it again
Charlie: She is a very petite little lady. She is only around 1,50 meters tall, is very thin (not in an unhealthy way, but just thin) has dark brown, thick curls, light green eyes and beautiful plump lips. She looks a little bit like what you’d maybe imagen an earth fairy to look like. Although she’s considered as a bit too thin for aristocrats beauty standards, her face and hair make up for it, just like her sweet voice, which is why she’s been called very beautiful despite her sort of frail looking body. She personally never felt very self conscious about her body. She is moreso angry that she appears much weaker than she actually is
Kai: He is a polar opposite to the little fairy like creature that is Charlie. He is a big, BIG man. He is 2,30 meters tall, had extremely muscular arms and legs as thick as tree trunks but still a bit of a gut. His hair are dry, straight strings of dark blonde and light brown hair strands that frame is face with a full beard and shoulder long hair. His face is decorated with a scar along the right half of it and a nose that is extremely crooked to the left side (it ones got broken and grew back wrong). His eyebrows are extremely bushy and extremely dark. His eyes are just as dark, almost black (which makes it hard what actual color they are). He uses is appearance to instill fear in people and make them talk about his crew and him. He IS proud of that and likes that he has that kind of power, but he also feels disadvantaged because he knows that he’ll never be able to walk anywhere in public and not be feared even when he doesn’t want to be feared. He is also self conscious about his face and just his all around body that is overly large for the regular human being.
Yes they both have extreme height differences, but I’m just such a sucker for that don’t judge me!-
47. Kinda answered that in 46 already
48. They both have a habit of moving their hands around a lot whilst talking. It always looks like they are speaking a sort of wild sign language to each other and it’s HILARIOUS
49. Charlie: She is more of a lower voice, that still sounds wise and calming, also very sweet. Just like you’d imagine a fairy or a forest spirit to talk. She does use a lot of swear words, but she is also very educated and sounds poetic at the very same time. It’s a strange yet logic combination of speech that makes sense regarding her personality and heritage
Kai: His voice is extremely smooth and deep. It’s that kind of voice that can read a fairy tail to children and they’d hang on his every word. He doesn’t sound stupid, but he doesn’t have too much of a vocabulary. He also rather used slang than a high and educated language
50. Charlie: She definitely has a resting bitch face going on most of the time, but she tries to always have a little smile on her lips still
Kai: He mostly looks Dominating, even when he doesn’t want to

Just watched episode 9 of Kira Kira Pretty Cure A La Mode.
Ichika and the others are attempting to find a good location for the Kira Pati, which leads them to meet a boy named Tatsumi, who is attempting to find and buy some cookies. He wants to confess his feelings to a childhood friend of his, but can’t find the courage. He relates a story of how the girl, Midori, shared a cookie with him when they went on a fieldtrip to the zoo as kids. Since the Kira Pati doesn’t have any cookies in stock at the moment, Tatsumi leaves to continue his search. Ichika decides to try baking some cookies, hoping to make something that’ll help Tatsumi find the courage to confess his feelings.
Of course, there’s one of those evil fairies flying around, who is after all the cookies in town.
Anyways, Ichika and her friends make some cookies and give them to Tatsumi so he can confess his feelings to Midori. However, the evil fairy tries to steal them, so the girls have to transform and do the usual stuff. They manage to take out the evil cookie monster, however, the box containing the cookies gets damaged during the fight.
Tatsumi considers giving up, until he remembers how Ichika and the other girls went through all the trouble of making those cookies for him, and decides to find Midori, who works at the kindergarden. He manages to give Midori the cookies, but isn’t able to clearly make his confession, with Midori simply replying that she likes cookies too. However, Ichika and her friends aren’t done helping out yet, and bring the café over, decorated with a zoo theme, and Tatsumi and Midori reminiscene about that fieldtrip while sharing the cookies.
So, yeah. Another sweet episode, and I’m wondering if these two new characters will be part of a recurring cast. The structure of this series so far is a bit different in some ways from previous Pretty Cure series, although I do guess it reminds me a bit of Smile Pretty Cure in some aspects, with the kind of episodic formula so far... Oh, well. It’s only been nine episodes, so the formula might get shaken up a bit later on.
Also, unrelated to the episode itself, but it is kind of a shame that there aren’t any more Pretty Cure All Stars movies, and instead the new crossover movies only feature the current series + the previous two series before it, since I kind of would’ve liked to see these girls interact with Kanade from Suite or Saki from Splash Star. I do understand that the All Stars movies were getting a bit crowded with all those Cures from all of the Pretty Cure series, though.
Anyways, next episode looks like it’ll be an Akira and Yukari centered one, so I guess there’s a chance we might get some character development? I’ll look forward to the next episode!
