being a tim liker is so hard sometimes when other tim stans make it their god given mission to be the most annoying people ever and then you start understanding tim hate too cuz fuck this woobified version of him I want him to be a mad scientist again

my condolences to all tim likers around the world </3 one day u will be free of this enternal torment. unfortunately this is exactly what happened to me 😭 seeing such a stark dissonance between fanon tim and canon tim was so jarring that somewhere along the way he became a character i started to avoid, which is sad because he was one of my first introductions to batfam.

recently however i have come up with a solution as to how you can enjoy tim without the curse of the woobified monster haunting you, as taken from my twitter;

evil genius mad scientist tim drake can be something so real if you believe it to be so. when in distress, just reread chuck dixons robin trilogy, a lonely place of dying and red robin: the grail. always works out.

Ittt rlly fucks me up that um. Seven. There were ssseven members of the Losers club. There are seven members of the Hellfire club. Then we have the OG 4 (Will, Mike, Lucas, and Dustin) plus El, Max, and Erica but without Mike (the heart) they fell apart because 7 biblically represents "wholeness". Wwhat happened in the spring of 1959 and what happened to their "heart"?

I think a big part of my "only wearing black" phase was a gender journey bc colors are somehow femme coded? Or at least the colorful clothing that I wore was very femme in a way that turned out doesn't suit me most of the time. The black clothing could be very femme too but in a fun goth way, but now I'm introducing some colors back into my wardrobe but in a gender neutral way because what's more gender neutral than a tshirt.

This is just a ramble bc I got a neverland mermaid shirt and it's white and I haven't worn a white shirt in like....10 years. Don't mind me thinking out loud lol.

my problem is that for me having boobs makes me ultra mega dysphoric (or SOMETHING) but fuuuck wearing too small shirts that say dumb shit on it to accentuate my boobs is such a look. so unfortunately for the sake of serving looks i have to suffer the Horrors of my brain. i have to wear my "hot dad alert" shirt every day or i get Weird
