GUYS KICKOFF THIS YEAR HOLY FUDGE—

I have no clue how we are going to do a week four comp with how new our CAD team is rn so YIKES that was hard to try and plan out. But, we are all thinking some version of a telescope for coral right??? I wanna hear about what other ppl are thinking for mechanisms regarding it, and also alignment w/ reef prongs. Importantly, are ppl going to be THROWING CORAL? That was an idea brought up by a freshmen on our team (that we didn’t do cuz it was stupid) but like, do u think ppl are going to even try it??? If so, how important do u think it is this year to have covers for motors and electronic components (kinda similar to the 254 ones last year if you live around this area—basically like a massive unscrewable plate that covered up stuff but there’s was more complicated than what I was thinking). Also, I think coral might have an easier time this year getting stuck inside your bot, so maybe covering it up would be good. ALSO, ALGAE????? WHY ALGAE? WHAT ALGAE?? WTF???

ok, so this is kind of what I did in the past two days but whatever. it snowed yesterday, so this is my second day of asynchronous homework.

THREE DIFFERENT DELTA MATHS, no joke, on functions. they were actually kind of fun but I still have beef with them

but yea! 2/12 and 2/11 everyone! also, kind of unrelated, but I found a frc all-girls team from Afghanistan and its SO cool <3 It's been a good two days. also, I have delayed opening tmrw YAYYYY

Slept in too late to make it to my old team’s kickoff meeting (I may have gone to bed at 4:30 AM, we aren’t talking about that), but I DID catch the livestream of the game reveal from my couch.

Little sad that Reefscape isn’t a ‘real’ water game, but it looks pretty cool. Seems to have many similar components to past games, so I’m excited to see how people adapt.
