Simon and Garfunkel go 3D for the first time in this 1998 classic. The dev team finally seemed to nail smooth controls and combat, making this one a blast to play. lots of good late night memories of the co-op mode at friends houses. copies are kind of hard to come by nowadays due to a very limited Europe-only release, but if you can find a copy it's well worth your time.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is such a weird concept, Nintendo was just like “Kirby has explored enough magical kingdoms, I think it’s time he went to an abandoned modern world that feels like humanity was killed off a hundred years ago and now nature is reclaiming the desolate cityscape. Needs lots of dirty concrete and failing industrial infrastructure. Maybe even an old employee break room with some folding chairs!” I mean yeah it’s also a fucking beautiful game but still

I never did NeoPets but this got me curious about if the early versions were more weird than cute, so I went on the NeoPets Wiki. Most of them haven’t changed much besides upgrading the art, except the wasp one was originally a winged eyeball and the cow was originally Macy Gray.

Personally I remain suspicious that we are dealing with a vintage-style troll editing in ridiculous but mostly convincing things for teh 2000s-style lullz & evullz youmadbro.jpg
