#john marston#undead nightmare#red dead redemption#red dead#rdr:un#jawnbie tag#artner#pardner posts#i was considering inking this so it could counts towards inktober buuut unfortunately i am lazy so i just colored the pencil sketch instead#lately ive been thinking about john adjusting to his new zombie body (and all the changes that come along with it)#like.... hes been a chronic smoker for most of his life. and then one day he wakes up without any lips (bc his face is rotting off)#how would that affect the way he smokes? how would that affect his routine?#he probably ends up slotting his cigarettes into the empty gaps in his mouth where hes missing teeth#the missing teeth spots are his new cigarette holders... aahhhh#on another note-- i like adding stylistic shine jawnbie's good eye#instead of doing a circle for his eye sparkles (like i do with other characters) ive decided to give him a little X#it kinda looks like a cross (like a tombstone) but it also kinda looks like 😵#and it ALSO kinda looks like the deadeye symbol from rdr2#anyways . i love him. and i love putting him in bright obnoxious color palettes#art#🤠#howdy halloween
