There were many more than that. They put on a huge show for us and I'm grateful to have seen and heard it. There were others that were closer and louder and every couple of minutes there would be a massive swarm moving this way or that way and it got loud af. I can't post my best vid because you can hear me in it (saying "Pls don't poop on us, we're family 😭!" LOL). But trust, there were many, many of them all around our streets here.

Its funny how it seemed like Tyler was gonna let Wednesday go to the raven without getting upset, but when he learns it was with xavier he was like: "😮😞 got it. 😐 Hope you two have some fun 😶😑☹️🫤😕🙄 (he probably took the hint of wednesday not being too fond of xavier and assumed she would rather eat her own foot than go with him, but boom there it was, our girl giving in because she was interested if he was the one behind the murders or not. And tyler is not happy with this.)

If it was eugene he would probably be like "oh enjoy. Tell him i say hi." Cause he knows eugene is not a threat and harmless and wednesday treats him like a younger brother. But when he figured it was with xavier he was like; so you would rather go to the dance with that creepy elite than me? I thought you liked me?🥲😡🤬 why are u doing this to me?😞😐

I don't have time for this, but regarding all of the people whining that some of us are whining that Mejia's Wednesday is OOC: She is literally out of character here:

Changing canon lines like this is out of character. It goes against canon, and none of us need to accept anything that goes directly against canon.

Y'all seem to forget about the big deal that was made about Ortega changing lines because she didn't feel like they fit her character portrayal of Wednesday. This book is Mejia's character portrayal of Wednesday, not Ortega's.

And it is disrespectful of canon, especially when you take a line like "I'd do it again" and turn it into some shit that YOU KNOW would never fucking fall from Ortega's Wednesday's lips and actually didn't. Mejia took a LOT of her fantastic, expressed sarcasm and coldness out in favor of...this crap.

And this is alllll apart from the Wenclair stuff. My main gripes aren't even about the Wenclair baiting. It's about the integrity of the character as portrayed by Ortega. And the integrity of Enid's, of Larissa's, of BIANCA'S...my gods the shitty way Bianca was treated as a Mean Girl competitor all the way to the end, even though we know from the show that she wasn't.

The whole book screws up the emotional evolution that we watched Wednesday take on screen. It lessens the impact of key events on her psyche, but yanno, I guess that's unimportant to the "fans" here.

a/n - im a very shitty writer so this is probably gonna be very bad but wtv. also this is not proofread at all, so I'm very sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes. depending on how motivated I am, I might make this a mini series based on taylor swift songs because why the heck not

summary - you went to the rave'n and fall in love with kent in a cataclysmic fated moment, almost like seeing snow on the beach

Oh how you so hated crowds. The noise, the anxiety, everything made it so unbearable. Being in crowds just left you feeling overwhelmed. In classes you only focused on the teacher and work and not to anyone else. You couldn't even name on person apart from your teachers. When you weren't in classes, you spent most of your free time in your dorm studying or occupying with your new interest of the week.

Not many people had talked to you, Enid and Wednesday being the first and only people your age to make a conversation with you. She was the reason you were now standing outside hawte kewture with Wednesday complaining about the Rave’n and how she’d rather not buy a dress to something she doesn’t want to attend. Wednesday left the two of you standing outside before Enid dragged you by your arm inside the shop.

You browsed the store for what felt like hours, not finding anything that was your style, let alone white. Enid had picked about 5 dresses and was trying them on, showing you how they looked and asking your opinion on them. “Y/n, what do you think about this one?”

“It’s cute but it doesn’t seem like you. You need something pink.”

“YES!”

Enid ran over to the closest clothing rack and pulled a pink, fluffy dress off of it, running back to the changing room. She squealed loudly "I think this is the one!" Enid walked out and did a quick spin showing me the back of the dress. A wide smile was painted across her face. "We need to get you a dress now, come on!" 

You got tugged again but to a new part of the shop you hadn't seen before. Displayed in front of you was a bunch of dresses, suits, shirts and skirts, most of them being something you'd actually wear. Your face lit up at the sight of it and Enid grabbed many items of clothing for you to try on. Each time you changed, Enid asked to see what it looked like, your smile growing with each outfit. After 15 minutes, you picked the outfit along with a pair of shoes and jewellery. The two of you walked out the shop, happy after that successful shopping trip, going back to Nevermore and your seperate dorms.

The day of the Rave'n Enid came over to your dorm so you two could prepare for the upcoming night. Makeup was done, nails were painted, hair was finished and finally came the time to put on your outfit. Enid got changed first and was gleaming when she got out of the bathroom. "Quick, get changed! I want to see how you look!"

 You got changed without ruining your hair, makeup or clothes and slowly opened the door. Enid was bouncing, the suspense killing her. When the door opened she jumped off the bed and gave you a tight hug, showering you with compliments. 

"Come on, let's go, we're gonna be late!" You laughed as you ushered her out of the dorm.

You and Enid walked out into the quad when Lucas came rushing over. "Hey, how are you guys?"

"We're good," She answered for the both of us. "Let's go in now, shall we?"  We were greeted by Miss Thornhill at the entrance, then Principal Weems once we got inside. Fake fog started tying around our ankles, and blue lights were shining upon us. "I'm going to get drinks for us, I'll be right back," You said. Enid came over to help you with the drinks and while handing a drink to Lucas, spilled the yetitini all over his pants. You cringed and slowly walked away finding Wednesday standing near the door with Tyler. You walked over to her, and took her from Tyler as she seemed very tense.

"Since when did you want to come to the Rave'n? You literally complained for the past week about it?" You asked with a quizzical look on your face

"Thing dropped a note in the tip jar at the Weathervane."

You slowly nodded as you ushered yourself to the dance floor going to find Enid and Lucas when the room suddenly darkened. In your attempt to find them, your hand brushed against someone else's. The lights turned up as you were about to say sorry but you locked eyes with the most gorgeous guy you've ever laid eyes on. Blue eyes twinkling, long hair slicked back, his pink lips blurring out your periphery. He seemed to shimmer in the blue light. Time seemed to stop around you guys. You realised what was happening in that moment.His eyes widened like flying saucers from another planet. He felt the same way, but it didn't feel real, it felt like a dream. This cataclysmic feeling washed over you, and you felt almost as if you saw snow at the beach, it was weird and rare, but it was fucking beautiful. You wanted to speak but you were terrified to jinx it. You were pulled away by Enid as she saw you were in haze.

"Hey y/n, are you alright?"

"Yeah, yeah, I feel amazing.."
