So I watched RC9GN and I kept thinking about how Spider-Man coded he was

I’ve thought about this a lot so here’s some pieces of lore I’ve come up with:

There were other spider ninjas but every time they die,(whether it be from natural causes or injuries) the ninjanomicon disappears

The ninjanomicon disappears for years while it searches for a new city protector

It has a bookmark that has a spider on the end. When it finds a new protector, the spider comes to life and bites the unsuspecting stranger. It then crawls back to the book and becomes inanimate again. Then, the ninjanomicon magically appears for the soon to be hero

Howard finds out he’s the spiderninja in a way similar to the show. He says he knows Randy’s secret(talking about something completely different), Randy misinterprets it, and then reveals himself

Howard then becomes Randy’s “guy in the chair”

What started as a doodle just ended up being a design update so... here ya go lol. Starting with the AU that lives rent free in my brain and constantly reminds me it exists. This is Randy from the Revenant AU.

BEHOLD! The Spectre forms of the Ninjanomicon and Samurai Crystal for the Samurai AU!

Crys' and Nomicon for short especially by each other and the current Ninja and Samurai though the Crystal is the only one who gets away with calling the Ninjanomicon Nomi

The black and white plus red and blue is a reference of Yin and Yang as well as red and blue are an alternative to the normal Yin and Yang colors

For Samurai AU the Ninjanomicon and the suit itself has more in touch with demon "blessings" almost in a way kind of similar with the Tengu demon, this is especially for the fact on the Ninjanomicon Specter's chest is the Japanese symbol for Oni which is Japan's version of Demons as a blessing from the Demon King for its power

As for the Samurai Crystal was created by the Fairy Queen for the first Samurai who was a close friend to the fairies and in so their queen and in turn light, she also has the Japanese symbol for Fairy on her forehead underneath her bangs while also having fairy like power in comparison to the Nomicon's demonic power

I didn't want a stereotypical demon and angel stuff okay? So sue me

Due to the Samurai being chosen every twenty years when that new Ninja is chosen the Samurai Crystal grows attached to her users quite easily

The Samurai Crystal's inner void as the Ninjanomicon has pages is an entire Japanese Imperial Palace made of crystalline with a giant garden plaza in the center each representing each Samurai user

During the Ninja and Samurai of Mac Antfee's semi rushed replacements the Samurai Crystal nearly shattered until the Samurai at that time absorbed a large amount of Stank magic into the crystal in attempts to restore it resulting in the power being corrupted for nearly two years to heal the crystal almost corrupting the Samurai and the crystal itself entirely until the Samurai at that time managed to fight against the corrupting and the aid of the Fairy Queen it was restored and purified

Though during the shatter and healing days the Samurai Crystal Spectre was in an comatose state where the Ninjanomicon would visit her (almost like Snow White glass coffin but not fully ofc)
