Ben begins dabbling in photography and jokingly takes a picture of Erin who strikes a coy pose for him while she is wearing shorts around the house.  Somehow it makes its way to nearby Camp Lee and quickly becomes a popular pin-up for the servicemen there.  Though Erin enjoys the fan mail, John strongly disapproves.

A very good movie. I love how he tells off his family's friend who's being a classist bitch. In chose it on a whim and because it's Jack Nicholson. It was very touching to my heart in a strange way.

Somebody over on AO3 made a comment on chapter 2 that this was basically their whole dynamic so far and then it was too vivid in my mind so I had to draw it lmao

On a side note I think I am going to edit in a few more scenes for chapter 2 later today because by god I know the pacing issues are pretty minor but they're actually genuinely bothering me I need to touch it up a bit lol
