Rooting into an Abundance mindset.

Here’s the thing when we are in a lack mindset, it makes it very difficult to manifest ANYTHING in our life whether we are talking love, money, career, materialism, self-love, self-esteem, chocolate, anything!

ABUNDANCE IS YOUR NATURAL STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS

I deeply believe Abundance is your Natural Birthright, 

the problem? We’ve been training our minds to see otherwise.  some of us? for most of our lives. 

If you feel abundance is just about money, It’s time to look beyond the surface level into the energetics at play here.

I completely understand the struggle and dissatisfaction of living and being in a lack or scarcity mindset. The thing that always used to puzzle me was when I was in lack – I frequently didn’t know how to even FEEL what abundance felt like. Maybe that’s an elephant in the room but it can be very real especially when a lot of people have grown up with a poverty mindset unconsciously.  It felt like a foreign language to me or something I had to personally discover.

The problem with this is simply we’ve stayed stuck in the problem-based energy for so long, it’s become normal, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ dependent, more real than abundance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What I’ve really learned about ABUNDANCE mindset. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It is an addiction to lack that keeps us from accepting abundance, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s an obsession to focus on our problems, the victim story running rampant in the background⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s an addiction to FEAR⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ here’s what I also found, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I would be in abundance, but self-sabotaging myself back into lack because it’s a habit, a conditioned response. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I got it, I lost it mentality keeps us so stuck because we have not changed the Identity, we’re not reprogramming, we’re playing with things & hoping desperately they stick, and the moment that happens we go ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “ahhh i’m doing it again” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ until we get smarter and start working WITH our Triggers and reprogram the mind.

Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about living in both an unconscious lack mindset and a very conscious abundance mindset. Specifically that they can play a huge role in how we’re manifesting, living from having our needs met, and how we show up in life.

Our Mindset can often tell us a lot about how we’re even taking action in life. In my experience, all of those things are important to living from sustainable energy of support and increase your general well-being. It’s important to know how you’re getting your needs met, it’s important to know how you’re taking motivational action directed in the right energy, and it’s also important to see: How you do one thing, is very likely how you are doing everything. And our Mindsets can show us a lot about how our energy is behaving. LIKE A LOT!
