After being alone for eons, Night asked The Creator if he could make another deity like him.

Sometime later, The Creator approached Night, holding something bright. When he opened his hand, a light so blinding stunned Night that he fell to his knees. When his eyes adjusted, he saw that she was like him, but different. Instead of millions of stars, she had one large star burning bright. She slowly wrapped her arms around him, warming him. He was fascinated by her tiny hands.

"Night and Day, together you will brighten and darken the world for eternity," ordered The Creator.
