comes from a Legend of Zelda au idea where Links from different games have to travel to different worlds in order to find their own. I gave each Link his own name, here is the cheat sheet: Alvin = Link's Awakening; Alex = Skyward Sword; Mungo = Minish Cap; Fingal = first Link; Peregrine = Link to the Past

Boom! A loud clap of thunder shook the old house, causing dust to sprinkle down from the ceiling. Alvin let out a yelp and tumbled off the couch, his eyes wide in terror as another thunder boomed again outside, accompanied by the sound of pounding rain.

“It’s a good thing we decided to stop for the night in this abandoned house,” Alex commented, peering outside the window. “It’s a deluge out there!”

“D-deluge!” Alvin squeaked in terror.

Alex raised his hands apologetically. “Ah, no, it’s not that bad, I didn’t mean to scare you.” It was too late, though. Alvin had clasped his knees tightly together and was shaking like a leaf, his eyes wide with fear.

At that moment, Mungo and Fingal returned from exploring the rest of the house. “Looks like no one’s been here for years. There’s dust and cobwebs everywhere, and the rooms upstairs are almost completely empty,” Fingal reported. Glancing about the room, he noted that Alvin was huddled on the floor, Alex was peering out the window, and Peregrine was curled up asleep on the couch. Fingal frowned.

“Yeah, and there’s not any food in the kitchen either,” Mungo groaned, flopping down next to the fireplace. “How am I gonna sleep with my tummy rumbling?”

“Well, at least we’re not wet,” Alex suggested hopefully.

Mungo just glared. “Ha, if only we could sleep through anything like Peregrine,” he grumbled.

Peregrine opened one eye lazily and said, “Oh, I’m not asleep. Storms aren’t that easy for me to sleep through.”

Another loud boom cut off their conversation, followed by a great clattering as raindrops dashed against the roof. Alvin whimpered.

Slipping off the couch, Peregrine sat beside him and put his arm around the younger boy’s shoulders. “It’s all right, Alvin. I don’t like storms either, especially at night. If I’m with someone, however, the storms are much more bearable. Why don’t we sleep next to each other tonight?”

Alvin blinked away his tears and nodded, huddling closer to Peregrine, who closed his eyes and sighed contentedly. His eyes opened immediately, however, when Fingal sat down next to him. Everyone else stared.

Peregrine grinned. “Oh, what’s this? The aloof and crabby Fingal has deigned to sit next to me! Could it be that he likes cuddles too?”

Fingal sighed. “No, you idiot, I don’t like them. I’m just making sure you’re still breathing.” He gave Peregrine a pointed look. “Last time you fell asleep, you almost died, remember?”

An uneasy hush fell over the group. It had only been one day since Peregrine’s triforce had faded, and the memory of his still body was a bit too fresh in everyone’s minds.

“Yes, but you already gave me your triforce. It’s not going to happen again,” Peregrine responded slowly.

“Even so, I’d rather make sure for myself,” Fingal replied stubbornly, moving closer to him.

“What, you don’t trust me?”

“Not in this case. You almost died because you didn’t tell us anything about your problem!” Fingal snapped. Then more sullenly, “Besides, why’re you complaining? You’re getting what you wanted, someone to cuddle with.”

Peregrine laughed. “I suppose that’s true.”

Alex plopped himself down next to Alvin and snuggled close. “Why don’t we all sleep together tonight? The more the merrier!” he said. He beckoned to Mungo, who rolled his eyes but went over to them. The storm continued to rage and roar outside, but for once, none of them minded it so much.

You're telling me that Finn and Noah were part of a back-to-back couples' photoshoot together. They put David and Winona (Jopper), Charlie and Natalia (Jancy), Caleb and Sadie (Lumax), and then Finn and Noah (Byler) together???

And these outfits are also in a couple of interviews that WHO? FINN, NOAH, AND MILLIE PARTOOK IN. MILLIE.

Where the heck is Millie? Did she just happen to have to leave around this time? Or did they make the executive decision of 'oh let's pair these guys up accordingly' and they chose BYLER. ALONGSIDE. CANONICALLY. ROMANTIC. COUPLES.

Also, so, okay, Byler can have immortalized photos together but we refuse to interview Finn and Noah about any of their one-on-one scenes let alone have them together anymore for interviews post season 4?

Fiddler on the Roof:

The highest-grossing film of 1971, got eight oscar noms and three wins. Topol immortalizes Tevye the dairyman as a father poor in finances and rich in daughters who need to get married. Overall it was such a huge hit that it was immortalized by Sondheim in Merrily We Roll Along as a show that the characters hope to surpass in terms of success

Singin':

The ultimate. The movie about making movies. A 1950s fever dream set in the 1920s. Gorgeous people, in gorgeous costumes, singing gorgeous songs. Gene Kelly actively trying to kill himself with fever and making an iconic masterpiece of a title number. "People!?! I ain't people! I am a glittering star in the studio fermement. It says so. Right there."

Jukebox musical so good no one these days even knows it's a jukebox musical. Amazing dance sequences. As close to a canon ot3 as you can get in the 50s. Seriously just watch that Moses Supposes sequence and tell me those two goofballs aren't married.
