Veronica looked at him, eyes wide and gaping from some sort of a mix between panic, pain and worry. "Six..." Ah. His guts felt like they were put in cold Siberian water. "No. Where's Boone? You were with him." The Courier paused, heartbeat quickening. He did not breathe. "He's still at McCarran?" Veronica could not utter another word. "Six..." The other people in the hall were quiet, standing around the corners, just... watching. Waiting, maybe. He did not know, and neither did he care. Finally, Gannon took the lead, laying a hand on devastated Veronica. He took a quick look at the back of her head. Injury? "McCarran was attacked by the Legion soldiers, Six. They... took captives. A captive." "...I see." Even though his palm now turned hot and sweaty, was still holding the door handle. He stood still, looking at every single person in this room – the people who's gone to battle with him, who took care of him, took care of each other and of the people that they all were oh, so tirelessly trying to save, day after day after day. The rage that he felt got nothing to do with them. He already has the crimson red look, so, well. With the level of burning, scorching, bloodlust rage he felt, this famous God damned Bull might as well be him right now. "Okay," he took a deep breath, exhale long and shuddering with anger. "Right... Get ready, folks. We're going to fucking war." He turned to Veronica, then. "You did good." If his smile was more murderous than thankful, well. His people would not hold a grudge.

Anyways, now that that's out of the way, ik you're not supposed to hate ppls ships, but what is there to like?

It's a 200 year old radiated ghoul with a girl who he waterboarded, watched chew his finger off, and then sold her organs to a robot for drugs bc he didn't give a flying damn about her! Ah yes, my favorite trope!

Did I mention his wife and kid whom he's looking for??

Not to mention Maximus. This is pretty self explanatory, I shouldn't have to elaborate, but I will anyways.

I feel like some of it might be race related (don't cancel me) but regardless of it is or isn't, not liking Max just bc he gets in the way of whatever tf vaultghoul is just feels midly wrong.

Like I understand not liking him for killing a knight, trying to kill thaddeus, ect. But not liking him simply bc he gets in the way of a non Canon ship leads to you guessed it! Discrimination, the pipeline to racism!

Don't forget the part where the ghoul was going to kill Lucy, no hesitation, if not for Max!

Anyways, I'm done complaining. I hate ghoulucy and ghoulucy shippers. I also hate that I have to ask where the fandom is for a CANON ship but where are all the vaultknight shippers at?

I'm having a blast working on this gift commission of Whiskey by Koilartist (gifted by Krokaxe!) They are both such lovely, amazing artists, I feel like I've been following them/their work on Tumblr since I got on here, so I am ECSTATIC to be drawing this gal!

I still have plans to draw some jewelry for her and finish up the detailed work. I am so happy with how this is turning out, and I LOVE doing the glowy-radiation effects (❁´◡`❁) She's such a cool character to draw!

Fallout should really get more into the micro mutations that the radiation has caused. Like both with already mutated creatures and non-obvious ones.

Psykers, Night-kin, tunnelers and multiple other variants of mutated things exist so why can’t humans with other slight mutations? We know that radiation and FEV have affected how things have evolved, so it’d be really easy to say that these tribes or factions can do this cause they are slightly mutated to better fit their environment.

Perhaps Mojave people that live in very high areas have just noticeably long limbs due to all the climbing. Perhaps those who live in dark areas have larger pupils and borderline night vision. Perhaps rando NPCs that just mention having webbed hands cause their families live around water.

Like I’m not saying a bunch of new mutants or factions but just like humans who are more obviously slightly mutated.
