BPD transition tips (from someone with cisBPD) (you are valid)

-Find a specific person in your life to devote yourself to. (Once I made a shrine as a way to always have them/my fp with me

(1.5)- Make it so your entire world revolves around them. Constantly think about how scared you are of losing them, even if you aren't. If you repeat it enough, your mind will believe it. Act needy (as I've been told I act far too clingy/dependent/ect)

-Always overthink when it comes to your fp. Haven't texted you? Maybe they're just bored of you. Go from worshipping the ground they walk on to acting distant and cold (for me I tend to do this due to my fear of abandonment)

-Engage in destructive acts in the name of your fear towards abandonment, not necessarily things to get you sent to the pychward, I'm not going to promote those things. I mean more like blocking your fp and then desperately trying to make ammends, degrade yourself, ect

-If you want a fluctuating self-image, I'd recommend getting in a habit of insulting yourself one day and praising yourself the next. Your mind believes what it is told

-Act distant towards potential new friends as a way to 'protect yourself from getting too close'

-find safe spaces online, and study the behaviors of people with cisBPD

-act impulsively, don't think it over. You think they might leave? Act out in hopes of keeping them. You think you're the best today? You're the best today. You feel like a piece of shit that afternoon? You're a piece of shit that afternoon. You think you need to act hostile? You do.

-Do anything you can to keep your fp, remember, your world revolves around them and you can't risk that crumbling

-remember it's typically hand in hand with depression, so research that aswell

-do additional research, especially lesser known symptoms. You can't pass with just well-known ones typically.
