I meant to make a longer post detailing all of Rox/Joji/Qwel's claims in "Our Final Response To Allegations", however I do not simply have the time or spoons to rewatch the video to its fullest. I had a blog post drafted, but it's fairly long for the 10 minutes-ish I had already written about.

This is not comprehensive. Please watch Rox's video to actually get each point. It is more important to listen to how he speaks about the allegations to form your own opinion about the situation.

CW for grooming, CP, just generally gross shit all around due to the allegations.

The long TL;DR of the history (without rewatching the video, only using my notes from initial watch) is:

Rox says that he was not attempting to hide from the allegations, rather only moderated people talking about it in public chats as the nature of the allegations are inappropriate for the server. He also only banned people if they were acting antagonistic towards him, not willing to hear him out and only were there to harass him.

Rox (17 at the time) had made a bunch of inappropriate conversations which were geared toward "Buddy" (victim, 13). While working with Pixel-Bit on Tower Heroes, he was also a part of a group chat where he had also said inappropriate jokes (though not aimed directly at anyone), one of which included him moaning into a microphone over voice chat.

Rox, under the influence of a group chat (though unclear if it's the same group chat he would say inappropriate things in), also had created CP, to which he would say that he regretted ever making the art and called it disgusting in the video. (Notably, he only ever called it "art" in the video, never directly saying it was CP.)

Rox was banned from Pixel-Bit Studios Discord server after the CP Rox drew resurfaced. Later, when DataBrawl and Tower Heroes were considering a collab, SudoMesh joined a VC in BlushCrunch Studios and Rox said some rude things about the members joining to Qwel, which started an argument between them.

Rox would later apologize to SudoMesh, both about the argument and the document, to which Sudo accepted and told him to "stay out of trouble". SudoMesh, when later being one of the people spreading the Google Doc exposing Rox, would delete these messages on his side of the conversation.

Rox makes an argument that, according to the Oxford and Merriam-Webster definitions of grooming, he did not groom Buddy, saying that he is just "sexting" them. He also makes a point that SudoMesh calls him both a groomer and a pedophile (words that Rox points out are used interchangeably and do not apply to him), and noting that the original document does not call him a groomer.

Rox was locked out of the JSnake account due to two-factor authentication so he cannot verify the screenshots, and he also says that context is missing from a lot of the screenshots. It does not show who he is sending the messages to, nor what else is in the conversation, making the point about him sending messages to Buddy completely up in the air.

When discussing more about the group chat he was in during 2021, Rox picks apart their wording of "mostly 14" and him being "almost 18" rather than saying 17. He also recalls that there were also people ages 15-16 in the group chat. This is also where the "lewd jokes" argument comes in from points 1 and 2.

Rox was banned from the PHIGHTING! server due to the allegations. While the doc argues that Rox was heard out through his friend, Rox argues that if the admins really wanted to hear him out, they would have not shadow banned him or refused a one on one conversation.

Rox had said the people involved creating the Doc claimed he had "not shown his side of the truth", which Rox says both videos are responses to.

Rox points out the biases of xtriel (Google Doc creator and developer of DataBrawl), as Duncan (owner of DataBrawl) was also involved in his own alleged grooming scandal of a person named Maya who he made Roblox R34 with before figuring out she was underage, never having asked her age. xtriel defended Duncan vehemently. Duncan is also responsible in sharing the Google Doc exposing Rox, and both he and xtriel attempted to get a YouTuber to cover Rox (despite xtriel wanting to leave the situation behind). SudoMesh is also another developer of DataBrawl. Rox makes this point to show the double standards in how he and Duncan are treated.

Rox made "CP" of Gary/gecbomb and another person in order to make someone, who Gary harassed after they were banned, feel better. According to Rox's memory, he only made two drawings; Gary kissing the person, and stick figures with Gary and the other person's head slapped on top in a sex-like position. In Gary's video, it is so blurred/censored it's hard to tell what's going on. In gecbomb's video, he refers to himself in the third person. Rox also says that Gary used to be chill in the BlushCrunch server until he began saying strange messages, mute-evaded by joining with an alt account, and when he was banned, he began spreading the Twitter thread about Rox.

Rox talks about Duck Adam, a YouTuber who's made videos on Flavor Frenzy and Dandy's World. They continuously called Rox a pedophile in their videos. (I intentionally skipped over this part of the video during my initial watch because Duck Adam just seemed like one of those trash YouTubers, my bad. If you want to watch it, Rox talks about them at 37:24.)

In Qwel's side of the allegations (43:40), she claims to be 16 at the time she was banned from the Pixel-Bit Discord, and had previously been a collaborator for Tower Heroes for 4 years, creating concept art for characters like Sparks Kilowatt. The CP Rox drew was shared in an art channel in Pixel-Bit Studios Discord, which sparked a lot of debate. The messages with Qwel in it had actually been Spookiner, who Qwel VC'd after the images Rox drew were leaked. Qwel was explaining the situation to them and trusted Spookiner would do the right thing. Spookiner had talked about demoting Rox. They instead banned her and Rox the day after this VC happened. (Qwel does make a note that the point about racism was removed from the Doc after they realized it was stupid.) Qwel also claims she had no idea about the art before it was leaked.

Qwel was also accused of being transphobic because she broke up with her trans partner... except Qwel claims she broke up with them before they came out. There were also accusations of racism because the concept art she drew of Sparks had a darker skin color than what she actually appeared in-game. She was also accused of being ableist. Qwel defends herself by saying she is not racist/ableist/LGBTQ+phobic and has always been a supporter of these communities, being a lesbian herself.

Hey just to clarify: Tubbo spoke more on the nsfw conversation, it was a discord server and VC that tubbo, tommy and the dteam (not confirmed dteam exclusively but this is an assumption on my part because tubbo specified he doesn't speak to the adults who were in that vc anymore) were in way in the early days of the DSMP. It was not a one time thing and according to tubbo happened 2 or 3 times before Phil and other adults were added to the server and stopped that behavior.

On the call itself they were sending r34 of not themselves, but of their friends and more specifically of bbh and skeppy because that eras big joke for the dteam was that bad's a huge prude. While dream himself wasn't in this VC and didn't partake in it himself, tubbo had brought this to his attention and dream didn't do anything to stop or prevent it from happening again. Tubbo also specified he has no recollection of asking to be treated maturely or like an adult, but admitted he could just not remember it as they were 15/16 at the time

Me and my bf were relaxing in vr when the topic of what was the worst fandom is? Then the conversation went to how much r34 it had and he was curious so he went on the site and started telling stats lol.

Anyways, there's a pokemon smash or pass section and he went through that, it was just him saying pass over and over again with some genuine disgusted reactions (fetish art and borderline beastiallity)

As he passed them all I was like "hun, i think its a good thing you Don't want to smash any pokemon, please reconsider"

And other quips that im too lazy to write out.

You can mitigate it by politely asking not to, and most will listen. See, so this is the exact mentality I was thinking about when I answered those first few asks.

Because, you know what? You're right: the internet is the internet and certain people are just going to do whatever the hell they want either way.

However, I'm going to bring up a few portions written by myself and others that kind of lean into my ultimate attitude on situations like this.

'Read more' because this turned into a doozy.

First and foremost, this portion from Absolmon's reblog of one of the earlier posts:

This portion from a conversation I was having with Marquis de Glad:

And then, finally, from an ask I just answered:

However, one other thing that I think a lot of people aren't remembering in the conversation around this issue is the notion of boundaries. And not just the boundaries creators are justified in setting for themselves, but the boundaries within fandom itself.

Because, going back to the whole rhetorical reenactment you had up there, there was a time when NSFW creators used to be able to lock up their work behind certain tags so that creators and minors wouldn't have to see it unless they took it upon themselves to sniff around. Remember things like Steven Universe smut being tagged as 'Stephen Galaxy', MLP smut having the nickname of 'Clop', or even people trying to recreate that effect in the Cookie Run fandom with tags like 'NotSafeforCookies'.

On the opposite end of this (the boundary established for NSFW to exist in so that creators and minors wouldn't have to see it), then, it would be understood that Creators and Minors wouldn't engage with said content.

Is the picture that I'm trying to establish here clear? Because while we can talk about 'respect a creator's boundaries' until the cows come home, some people will just not want to do that. Especially in the current fandom-space where NSFW is being demonized more and more. However, we are currently suffering a pandemic of people either refusing to tag properly or purposefully tagging their work with the most popular tags so that it is basically guaranteed to go outside of its intended audience.

And that is why, in a conversation that should only center around a creator becoming overwhelmed by how people are treating and feeling justified to their creation, you keep having people bring up fanpol and proshippers. Because that boundary being trampled on by both sides of the equation is what will continue to cause situations like this.

falkner and elise: 1 - What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?

falkner would stay still for some amount of time, before remembering something and just gets up to pace around the room for no other reason than to talk to himself about the thing that came to mind, completely forgetting he had to be sitting still

elise would last longer than falkner, but would just get bored and start readjusting herself in the seat from time to time to the point she'd just look "angry" to anyone else

however if both her and her brother were in the same area together i think she'd try and hound falkner into getting back into his seat if he started pacing around

31 - Who are they the most glad to have met?

falkner would feel beyond glad about meeting skyline! since he feels comfortable to go on unfiltered tangents about his interests long enough around him + the fact skyline won't make fun of his time stability aid or his car door wings in general

elise doesn't really have anyone "special" enough to feel glad about meeting, so rip (though its more of a "i have no fucking clue who would pair well with her" atm)

-a LOT of people asking "why he got a big chest though" or "yoo mommy milkers.." (that was supposed to be the chin that deedge has in game. i just drew it a lot bigger/fluffier to make it fit more into my style but hey. to each their own)

-actually theres just a whole bunch of people asking why deedge had a big chest jts probably like half the comments at this point (ITS THE CHINNN ITS THE CHINNN RAHHHH)

-a comment that says "this is the worst fanart i have ever seen" with a reply saying "not that you could do any better" (theyre probably right)

-comments that dont even relate to the topic at all (why are you here)

-a lot of people asking "why does it say sensetive content?"; for those of you keyed in to my twitter activity (probably like 3 of you now that i think about it) all my media posts past the congle drawing got flagged as sensetive because... uh i have no clue actually. i was fucking around in the settings a little bit and i mightve messed up big time so. lol. im taking a break from twitter for a bit anyway, just for mental reasons (twitter is toxic asf), and all the sudden attention on my account, but also to see how long this issue takes to get fixed. so yeah.

reddit has not that many, its all just people congratulating me. all 3 platforms it was put on adjacent to the monsterpiece shoutout (i put it on the msm subreddit BECAUSE of that shoutout) have that comment in common. i just kinda wanted to put spotlights on the yt comments first and foremost because i thought they were funny. so lmaoooo

and the thing is, im not even mad. people are just like that. the funny thing is, the last time i drew deedge (see the old art dump post) the fluff part actually looked like a chin. but you know, we change, we grow (maybe.)

The GT-R is a very cool car, by the way.

The Nissan Skyline GT-R has historically represented the pinnacle of Japanese sportscars, both in technological advancements and overall automotive capabilities. Hell, it earned the nickname "Godzilla" for how hard it dominated on track. We're talking "ending multiple racing series" domination (seriously, go have a read at its "Motorsport" section on Wikipedia, it is hilarious; it looks like a Chuck Norris meme).

Nowadays, the "R34" generation, the last Skyline GT-R, is probably the most famous and desirable Japan-only car ever (thanks in no small part to its lead role in 2 Fast 2 Furious, which in a true "DeLorean v. fridge¹" moment was going to be played by the Dodge Neon SRT4, which was a cool car, but you know...)

¹In case you didn't know, Back To The Future's time machine was going to be a fridge, but, since old fridges couldn't be opened from the inside, kids could've gotten trapped in emulation, so they instead used a DeLorean, significantly harder for kids to access due to poor sales, themselves due to the thing being pretty slow - so slow they had to import European gauge clusters for the 88mph thing because the US tach maxed out at 85 (which makes one wonder why they didn't just change the script to- wait how did the conversation derail like this? I swear this never happens. We were saying? Ah, right. The R34. Final Skyline GT-R. Ceased production in 2002 and that was that.

But then, a solid decade after the R34 left us, the Nissan GT-R dropped. Now a model unto itself, it no longer had to contend with the limitations that came with starting from a 'regular' car. And boy, did they have some fun and a half.

Like, this was some serious shit. Like "tires filled with nitrogen for more consistent pressures" serious. Its tech and engineering weren't just incredible in their own right, they added up to a car that indelibly cemented the GT-R name's reputation for slaying supercars. To properly communicate the level of not fucking around we're dealing with here: the video projected at its unveil was its lap at the Nürburgring [essentially, circuit racing's final boss, a grueling 23km/14mi hell where every sportscar is tested] that beat the production car record. With a damp track. I remember at the time, how spectacular it was to see Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche laptimes all get decimated by a car the fraction of the price with backseats and an actual trunk by the same brand that was making...

...this.

Yeah, this is not going to slay any supercar roster, is it.

Is it?

As you can imagine, that is no ordinary Nissan Juke. Well, however ordinary a Nissan Juke can ever be considered. No, that is the Nissan Juke-R. In short:

Yes, it's a Nissan Juke with the 600hp GT-R engine. And all the GT-R's tech. And the GT-R's All Wheel Drive system. And, well, most of the chassis of a Nissan GT-R. Which meant that you were seated far enough back to have the door pillars beside you, just as low as you did in the GT-R, and with nothing but a huge rollcage behind you, so the car was less comfortable, spacious and practical than the GT-R itself...

...and thanks to a much shorter wheelbase [distance between the wheels, for the unaware], much less stable than it too...

...and all this for worse performance due to the aerodynamic equivalent of a dog eating homework. All for five times as much money as Juke and GT-R commended combined.

I'm so sorry your friends got mad at you for talking inappropriately with a minor.
