i have! there's a faceclaim post floating around my blog somewhere. but here are some sophies and laws:

1. A gógai révház a Sióval

2. Emberek komppal kelnek át a Dunán a Gógai (Kutyatanyai) révnél.  1958. augusztus 17.

Még a legelején érdemes tisztázni, hogy a képen nem a Duna látható. Hanem a Sió. Vagy a Sárvíz. Attól függően, hogy mikori térképet nézünk. A fénykép készítése idején már valószínűleg Siónak hívták. Régen persze ez is Duna volt, de a taplósi kanyarulat árvágása, majd a Doromlásnál ásott vezérárok alaposan átrendezte a tájat és egy dunai révből sárvízi révet csinált. Vagy sióit. Mindez nem hangzik túl egyszerűen, de hát a Gemenc vízrajza alapból bonyolult téma, amire még jött az emberi beavatkozás hatása is. Kissé rombolja az idilli képet az a tény, hogy a gógai rév létesítése is annak a következménye, hogy az ember drasztikusan belenyúlt a tájba.
