Uhm... I didn't watch it... I wish I had muted the effing thing as well, tho. Let's just say I had issues going to sleep that night. (Hate the video's thumbnail, too.) I'm genuinely afraid to get the DLC now. Probably gonna wait for some trusted sources to chart the brutality levels first.

I needed cute baby Quiet being cute to restore my inner calm. Sorry, fellow Skarner/brackern enthusiasts, we'll get back into LoL stuff eventually (might be after the US trip, tho).

Good question, and I must say, there is a goddamn reason why I prefer to draw and write fanart connected to D3, and it isn't JUST because of the actual story and actual characters who do actual stuff and actually achieve something.

I hope everyone who plays the DLC has a great time with it! I may not join you on this one, but we will see. I swear to God, if they start dealing with Tyrael's story line in this DLC, I'm gonna loooooosssse itttt.

Here’s a little family portrait I whipped up a few days ago because I had some questions about Makaria 😂 so I formally present —

Zagreus, Melinöe and the twins, Brimos and Makaria

Ages are 17, 16 and 5 (the twins were a happy accident hence the gap)

Second drawing is for color reference exclusively, it was my first pass! Everyone else’s designs are preeeetty much the same except for some minor changes tweaks with color.

Aaaand bonus smooches from a week or so ago while I tried to get back into the Hercules style (also because I wanted to draw some good ol’ fashioned lovin)

Six Years of That First Spark!

Tomorrow is the sixth birthday of That First Spark, and hoooly crap, I can barely believe it! This had been one hell of a ride so far, and it is still going! By far the largest, longest project I have ever stuck with, and I hope to bring all the experiences from this to my original works.

Thank you to everyone who gives this long saga a chance. I understand it can feel extremely daunting to look at the chapter count (Anu knows, I have felt the exact same way with  other fanfictions), but even if you read only a few chapters in, I am grateful for your time and attention. To those who stick with this story, I thank you for your patience and understanding with the irregular uploading schedule. Fitting together the bi-weekly uploads on DeviantArt and writing is not easy and I have yet to crack the code entirely. To those who even take the time and leave comments, you guys are the greatest treasure out there and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. Your kind words and interesting speculations are often the fuel on gray days when I all want to do is just play video games and not get anything done. I am grateful to all of you, and I hope I get to see you by this fanfic's side until the finish line. Yes, I know, it's crazy thought, but I am planning on finishing this epic one day with an Act IV worthy of the Diablo franchise!

And for one, very special friend who is honestly the most dedicated, disciplined person I have ever met on the internet and who has gifted me with her friendship, support and inspiration. I and this fanfic owe you one heck of a lot, and I am incredibly happy, lucky and grateful to have met you almost by random chance. I wish you the very best in your projects and in life.

(Honestly, the funniest thing I have realized while drawing this is that while in the story Quiet is not even a year old, the fanfic's actual age kinda lines up well with his appearance and brain age! Okay, maybe he is more like 7 at this point, but pretty close! The irony, honestly.)

So, once again, to close it all up
