Orange, lemon, and lime juices, along with honey and garlic, give this slow cooker citrus chicken a lot of flavor. This meal is quick and easy, making it perfect for a busy day!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 1/4 cup lime juice. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. Optional: sliced oranges, lemons, and limes for garnish.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl using a whisk. Cover the chicken with the citrus mix. Set the timer for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through. Add water and cornstarch to a small bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 15 to 30 minutes more, or until the sauce gets thicker. Place chicken on a plate and pour sauce over it. If you want, you can decorate with orange, lemon, and lime slices.

Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup salsa verde. 1 cup shredded cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. In a baking dish, put chicken breasts. On top of the chicken breasts, spread sauce verde. Put foil over the dish and bake for 25 minutes. Put off the foil and cover the chicken with shredded cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes without the foil until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Add sour cream and chopped cilantro on top before serving.

This vegan Edamame Sushi Bowl tastes great and is easy to make. It tastes great and is good for you, so it's a great choice for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 1 cup sushi rice. 2 cups water. 1 cup shelled edamame. 1 large carrot, julienned. 1 cucumber, julienned. 1 avocado, sliced. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. 4 nori sheets, cut into thin strips. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
Instructions: Rinse the sushi rice in a fine-mesh sieve until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Transfer the cooked rice to a large bowl and fold in the vinegar mixture. Let cool. In a steamer basket, steam the edamame for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and tender. Remove from heat and let cool. Divide the sushi rice among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with edamame, carrot, cucumber, and avocado. Sprinkle with nori strips and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Instructions: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in curry powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in coconut milk, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 8 oz fettuccine pasta, uncooked. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves.
Instructions: Diced chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be put in a slow cooker. Take the lid off and set the heat to low. Cook for 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is done and the flavors are mixed. Add fresh spinach leaves and fettuccine pasta that hasn't been cooked. Put the lid on top and cook on low for another 30 minutes to an hour, or until the pasta is soft and fully cooked. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more Parmesan cheese.
