I dont care about Tommy or the feels. Quackity's ending is the true ending of Las Nevadas and Jack manifold can suck his apples about it. I despise his ending "taking over Las Nevadas". Leave Las Nevadas blown up, and good residence.

While i think is sweet Tommy and Jack cooked up a good ending to Tommys lore after everything, I do NOT like idea of Jack who did basically nothing for Las Nevadas lore "inherit it" without any say or input from the CCs who actually fucking DID contribute to the lore, hell, i dont like dream and he contributed more than Jack.

My honest opinion i never liked Jack he always seemed the odd man out, the plus one and I was honestly surpised to learn he was ever on the DSMP because he gave off the guy off not apart of the main group (that group being the dsmp players) but there for kicks because the group enjoyed him as a friend. Of corse this is horrible wrong, hes BEEN on the dsmp what the fuck am i on.

He just gives off... off putting vibes i avoid? Even more so than the others? I dont have a justified reason yet. Yet.

But my way to have my cake and eat it too is that Jack Manifold is writing letters to Tommy, keeping touch and is jusy lying out of his fucking ass to Tommy so he wont worry about him. Las Nevadas did get blown up, twice. Once by Dream and Purpled, rebuilt by Quackity, Foolish and Sam, then blown up again, by Quackity himself and that is its end.

And thats my take. That way Quackity didnt recon his lore, because he DID talk with Foolish about rebuilding in the "orginal ending", and i get the Tommy happy ending.

My bias for this version doesnt explictly come from a hatred for Jack specifically, but generally tired how on the dsmp the CCs are CONSTANTLY contridicting and ignoring eachothers lore, i remember hearing stories from early drama of people not being warned about their builds being destroyed for lore reasons and having their lored ignored by more popular CCs and even Quackity has fallen victim to this by Wilbur who in hindsight was NORTIOUS for doing this to his fellow CCs, if he couldnt rewrite their lore or control it.

So it just bugs me a lot to see Jack and kinda also Tommy jump onto that train and try and "claim" las nevadas, even if as a joke. It rubs me the wrong way and i DO NOT LIKE IT ONE BIT. .

And it makes it all the more satisfying after stewing in that bitterness for some weeks on end, month or two maybe, that Quackity blew it up. Now no one can have it. Its gone. And i rather leave it that way.

The rise of L’Manberg

Wilbur grew up in the Antarctic empire with his father Philza, adopted brother Tommy, and godfather Technoblade. As a child, Wilbur had dreamed of becoming like his father and ruling an empire, though as he matured he had to accept that this would likely never happen.

Eventually, Wilbur moved out, seeking fulfillment in lands beyond the frigid and war hardened empire where he was raised. After leaving home, Wilbur tried to start a music career! (Unfortunately, this ended in disaster and Wilbur working for minimum wage at a gas station.)

One day, Wilbur received a letter from Tommy, telling him of unclaimed territory in the newly discovered Dream SMP. Tommy had never forgotten about Wilbur’s childhood dream, and when he saw this land he knew this was the perfect place to start a kingdom. Wilbur left for the SMP the same day. 

When he arrived in his van, Wilbur met up with Tommy and Tubbo (Tommy’s childhood best friend) on a cliff overlooking the forest. On that very cliff side, the boys decided to call their new country L’Manberg. The next day, Wilbur, Tommy, and Tubbo went to some neighboring settlements to convince people to join their nation, painting the faction as one built on freedom, equality, and solving problems with words rather than violence.

Most people were fiercely loyal to their leader, Dream, and ignored the boys. However, a small group of people bought into the idea, seeking freedom from the labor that Dream was forcing them to do in the colonies. These 4 people: Niki Nihachu, Sally Soot, Eret Brine, and Jack Manifold became the first residents of L’Manberg. 

The group was later joined by Wilbur’s old friends Alexis Quackity and J. Schlatt. Quackity and Schlatt had recently gotten involved in the drug trade, leading Wil to bring them on board to boost the nation’s economy. A few months after L’Manberg was founded, Wilbur had fallen in love with and married Sally and the two were now expecting a child. Their daughter, Floris, was born perfectly happy and healthy in the van where L’Manberg began. In that moment, Wilbur promised that Floris would get to grow up safe and sound within the walls of L’Manberg.

Though things went well at first, peace would not last for long. Just over a year after L’Manberg’s founding, Dream (the man who discovered the Dream SMP) claimed that he found the land first and thus he owned it, demanding that the new nation be ruled by him. Wilbur and the other L’Manbergians weren’t going to put up with this tyranny, and so, the Great L’Manberg Revolution began. About midway through the war, when things were at their worst, Wilbur and Eret created the final control room, a last resort. If the war was lost, they would blow up the nation with them inside. They would rather die than give in and join the SMP. Unsurprisingly, this self destruct button was a horrible idea! Eret betrayed L’Manberg and attempted to detonate the country; however, she was stopped by Schlatt and Quackity. The war didn’t last very long after that. With Dream’s spy (Eret) having been exiled, it was only a matter of time until the tides began to turn (not to mention more people began to join the revolution as it became clear that they may actually win). 

Ultimately, in the summer of 2020, after two years of fighting, and many casualties (including Wilbur’s dog), L’Manberg finally won its independence.

After the war ended, Wilbur came to the realization that he was no less tyrannical than Dream, having made himself the president without considering the opinions of his citizens. To solve this issue, Wilbur decided to hold an election; however, he would soon come to regret this decision.

when he decided he wanted to move back to new york, you immediately knew you wanted to follow him there

but here was the issue

no one knew you two were dating.

ofc there was speculation, but it was never confirmed, and you guys werent stupid

if the both of you randomly moved to new york you would never hear the end of it

and you both always knew you wanted to announce it in a fun way rather then through rumors

so when schlatt had announced he would be releasing a christmas album you knew it was time

you two had been friends for a long time as far as the fans knew, but you both felt it was time to finally announce your relationship so you could move on and live your lives, rather then hide from people

schlatt was going to move back in late may, and your plan was to join him in early august

the three months you guys spent apart only confirmed that this was the right decision for the both of you

when initially recording the songs of you two together, ill be honest, it was a fucking struggle

laughter, voice cracks and some small segments of yelling were filling up the recordings, rather then actual singing

but eventually when the album was released, fans immediately noticed the ft. of their favorite creator next to three different songs

fans went wild.

I’m ngl to you I literally only know about this because I had to wake up at 3am to go to work, mind you dream lives in the same state as me and is in the same time zone as me and was already live for TWO AND A HALF HOURS before I woke up so I missed the first two hours of his deranged ramblings and I’m ngl I do not have the patience to sift through and make sense of most of what he’s going on about, but here’s the best summary I can give:

Dream went live at roughly 1am in Minecraft in his detective dream skin for some fucking reason

he decided he was going to watch tubbo’s vod and respond to it but skipped almost all of the context (this was very frustrating to watch on tubbo’s reaction stream)

he name dropped like. Everyone, Tommy, aimsey, Hannah, Quackity, Wilbur, Ludwig, a6d, tubbo, punz, pyrocinical, jack, I’m probably missing like. Half of twitch here but point is he name dropped a lot of people for no damn reason

he also spread unsubstantiated rumors about most of the people he name dropped

he showed the texts messages he sent to Tommy and his mom and they are every bit as weird and manipulative as you think they’d be

he was being weirdly cagey about the trump supporter thing but denies being a trump supporter

HE DIDNT ADDRESS THE FACT THAT HE USED THE R SLUR

he chose to end the stream on a high note by describing a specific situation where someone (not him, I misunderstood this at the time) had sent skephalo porn in a discord call with minors on the dsmp and dream defended this fact

Two years.

Two years without him.

In August of 2022 I was hanging in a VC with a close friend, when both of us have trouble sleeping we will often hop in a VC and chill until we get tired. During one of these sessions he introduced me to Technoblade by showing me the Sad-ist animations, and I was enthralled *instantly*. Then that bastard /aff left for a week, leaving me to dive headfirst into one of the longest running fixations I have ever had.

I watched a single EvanMCgaming video about the DSMP lore, then proceeded to binge the rest and the rest is history.

My first few videos of Techno's content were : Doomsday, the jail podcast and Techno & Ranboo's excellent adventure, kicking off my love of Boreal Trio. I consumed every bit of content I could, falling into watching both Phil and Ranboo who regularly streamed between long sessions of watching every Techno video I could.

I found a dynamic in that trio in the north I will forever be fond of, eventually extending to the Syndicate as well before I found SBI. I then mained SBI for about two years until...well...y'know. [Wilbur, for fucks sake, you rat bastard /neg].

I found so many people who I enjoy the content of through the silly pig man with an honourable nature and silly banter. At first it was simply just Boreal Trio, then it slowly extended to include so many : Eret, Sam, Tubbo, Niki, Fundy, Jack Manifold, Badboyhalo, Quackity, Karl Jacobs, HBomb, Foolish, Slimecicle, Michaelmcchill, Tina, Seapeekay, Aimsey...

Since then I have accomplished so much. I became a Twitch Mod for Eret [still am, they are an amazing person and streamer]. I've written over 700k on A03. I have made lifelong friends. I found my passion for creativity and was able to channel it once more. I found a home and a safe place.

It lead me into following DSMP to the bitter end, same with QSMP and now I mainly hang around Hermitcraft while still indulging my past fixations.

And it always comes back to Technoblade. He was the key to me finding a sanctuary to be myself in this crazy world and provides me comfort to this day, a little bit of his soul living on through each of his friends and every time we tell his stories.

So do this Voice a favour. Keep telling those legends. Speak the tales far and wide about this fantastic man who was gone too soon but fought a fantastic fight. He brought joy and light to everyone, inspiring hundreds of thousands. He is special enough to be remembered by millions, and has helped bring funding to a rare form of cancer after his death.

Technoblade changed the world, both mine and everyone else's.

I miss Technoblade, but he will never die in our hearts.

I just wish I could tell him thank you, just once, for how much he helped and inspired me.

FAQ

How will eligibility be determined?

It will be determined by the amount of fics the character is tagged in for the fandom in question. Then, the characters with the most fics for them (about top ten for larger fandoms, will change depending on the fandom/smp size) will be excluded

What about characters who are in a lot of fics but not the main character?

Sadly, they will still be excluded if they are in the top percent, as there is no way to consistently tell main characters without searching through fics, which would take too long.

What about non player characters, like NPCs?

They are considered characters for this! Some are even popular enough that they aren't eligible! So if you want to write about an NPC who is eligible, go for it!

Do fics need to be a certain length?

Nope! Can be a drabble, a one shot, a multi chapter, or a small poem! All it has to be is about one or more of the eligible characters.

Do fics have to be finished to add them to the collection?

They do not have to be! It can be a fic that you plan to work on even after the event ends, or just an idea you want to get out there

Anyways, time for my personal alternate ending:

In my head, Las Nevadas Quackity woke up and after hearing Charlie's goodbyes and going back to his casino, he suddenly is surprised by his one and only customer... Jack Manifold, that's right- Jack had been playing on the same machine, on and off, for days on end. After a quick inquiry on how long had Jack been there, he's astonished to find out that's it's been months!

They talk and the conversation, one way or another, lands on Tommy, who had recently contacted Jack about his whereabouts. This sparks a lot of interest in Q, it hadn't occurred to him to visit his younger friend...

He roams around looking for his now grown up buddy, when he sees a familiar face. It was Foolish? He looked much less put together than usual. However, when approached, FG greeted him with the same enthusiasm as always. Foolish kept mentioning a horrible and terrible incident that he had to stop recently, something about the server almost being blown up, nuked or torn up, who knows? Quackity was a bit taken a back by how much joy he felt from just those mundane conversations, it's been a while since he's indulged in small talk or catching up with others...

After exchanging pleasantries, Q finally asks Foolish for any directions to Tommyinnit. At this FG stiffens a bit but then points towards the old Prime road, it looked decrepit to say the least. Moreover, Foolish says that recently Tommy has returned to his humble home and hasn't gone out ever since. This saddens Q and he quickly makes his way to Tommy's.

Tommy looked very different from his older self, but to Q he was the same old Tomas, who he'd met on his first day on the server. They're both more than happy to have met this day, but Tommy reveals that he's planning on leaving the place very soon, he's hesitant to let go of the past since the server is all he knows now... After thinking it through Quackity decides to join Tommy for this journey.

If just for a bit longer, he wants to keep that little hope that maybe, just maybe his legacy still waits for it to be fulfilled

Alright-y, so in case anyone missed it, we've recently gotten some information from Quackity that he's most likely doing some new project, that seems to involve multiple languages, once again. Kinda like QSMP?

Maybe EXACTLY like QSMP…????

Or maybe not

Basically, the way I see it, it is pretty likely that this is QSMP-Related, what with the images that he's been posting recently, with the GODDAMN EYE GUY

However, even if it is QSMP-related, there is something that would need to be addressed

And that's that it's incredibly unlikely we'd be getting QSMP back in the form we knew it as

Honestly, I don't really see many of the Admins returning, Egg or otherwise. Whether it's by their own choice, or the choice of the powers-that-be. And I think we all know that all the Admins, Egg or otherwise, were a huge part of what made QSMP special

In addition to that, there's also a chance that with that sort of outcome, a lot of the Creators wouldn't be coming back either. I could kinda see some of them not returning even if the Admins DO come back. I know a few of them had more sour experiences with QSMP than others did, and I couldn't really blame them for not wanting to give it another shot

So even if this is QSMP, there's a HIGH chance it won't be the same server we knew

But I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. After all, I'm pretty sure the Eggs weren't initially MEANT to be as big as they were, which means that there HAD to be some plans for other stuff at one point or another

Hopefully…

Now obviously this is ALLL just, as usual, ✧˚⊹SPECULATION~!⊹˚✧

I'm not a psychic, and I don't know jack-all about what's been going on behind the scenes regarding QSMP or anything Quackity-related. I'm just making educated guesses and reminding everyone to temper their expectations, and try not to be too disappointed if this isn't exactly what you were hoping for

Because even if it isn't, I think it could still be something pretty fun, and I'll probably at least give it a chance regardless of whatever it winds up being

(Except maybe Purgatory 3, because I think I had enough of those vibes during my recent Purgatory 1 Re-Watch)

Man, I got into the dump after it had already ended lmao. I've only ever really watched tubbo, Tommy, and Quackity [sometimes philza, jack, and schlatt if one of their videos comes up on my feed] and I still watch em' probably more then I did when I first got into mcyt lol
