Putting God first in your life.

The most important commandment, Jesus said, is: Matt 22:37, 38 [WEB] …‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment.

This means putting God first in your life. Consider Him in everything you do, in every situation. Consider what the will of your Father is in every situation, in how you do things, in how you think about things, in what the attitude of your heart is about things and Him and people. God must always get first consideration in every situation. See to it that the attitudes of your heart, the thoughts of your mind, the words of your mouth and the deeds of your hands will be well pleasing to God, according to his Word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

You need to spend time with Him every day - He is the most important Person in your life. Worship Him, study his Bible, learn from Him, pray to Him. Follow the guidance of his Holy Spirit. Do as the Spirit leads you. You need to become a mature Christian, and work out the calling God has for you faithfully. Be devoted to God and his calling for you with all your heart and mind and strength. So will you have peace and joy with God, as one of his faithful and chosen ones.

first of all, annabeth is not subtle at all??? our girl is often just casually saying “you’re gonna make a great dad😍” to her literal 17 year old boyfriend?? girl has got ZERO chill. like none whatsoever. there is no chill in the room with us. and i adore her for it.

and then there’s percy who’s like oh my god guys give me one goddamn second. he’s all ‘hold on let me learn how to keep myself alive before i have to keep someone else alive’

Okay so like stick with me but young Derek, alive hale fam au.

So like the Hale family finds out that Derek has a crush on Sheriff Stilinski’s delinquent son, and has mixed reactions. Talia is torn between amusement, worry and wanting to dislike stiles. Papa hale is very protective but thinks it funny that him and his son have the same tastes.

Peter is ecstatic, Stiles once beat him in chess when running from the cops. (stiles was running and sat down in the park around people for cover, turns out he interrupted a chess tournament. Peter challenged him to a game if stiles lost, Peter would turn him over to the police. If he won, stiles could use him as an alibi)

The rest of his siblings don’t really have an opinion other than using Derek’s crush to make fun of him EXPECT for Laura. Laura is in a one sided rivalry with stiles.

As the sheriff right hand deputy she was tasked with keeping an eye out for stiles and she constantly loses him. Which shouldn’t be possible because she’s a werewolf. She can never connect him to a crime he’s committed and can never prove anything. Can’t go to a judge a say “oh he left a scent trail which I followed because I’m a werewolf.”

Derek brings him home to dinner after they start dating. Unfortunately, the day that Derek brings him over, is also the day that Laura had to run around town taking reports of his crimes. She is fuming. Stiles looks her dead in her twitching eye and asked her how her day went.

The only crime she can connect him to is when he commit aggravated assault against a few of Derek’s teammates went to far with hazing. (Derek refused to fight back as not to hurt them) she lets him off.

Thinking about Bruce when Tim became Robin.

He always had anger in him, but this one is different. This anger has grief in it. This anger, his heart made for Tim alone.

‘Why do you want to be here,’ he thinks, biting down on his teeth so hard he can hear the bone crack. ‘Go away. Go away go away go away.’

The Polaroids in Tim’s tiny hands don’t mean anything; Not to him. They’re like a physical challenge from Gotham herself.

A reminder he’s just Bruce Wayne, and that nothing to her. She killed his name before, and she can do it again.

But, most of all, Bruce wants to bury himself in Batman. He can’t lose that. Even if the symbol doesn’t mean justice anymore. It meant nothing the moment he put Jason in the ground.

“I’m not your father,” his words are knives and hisses and Tim forces himself not to flinch, “ I don’t like you, I don’t care about you, I won’t wait for you.”

Bruce leaned forward, his face reflecting in Tim’s big eyes, not full of the admiration he had for Batman all these years. But fear for the man behind him.

“I’m your Batman. I bite.”

Maybe he can’t stop Tim from beating him. But he can make him regret he won.
