dungeon meshi got me doing shit like "making homemade dumplings from scratch"

theyre really tasty, but i think i undercooked them a bit because my oil wasnt deep enough, so im currently tossing the other ones into the oven for 10 minutes to make sure theyre finished

recipe: melt the butter on the stovetop (don’t even THINK about using the microwave, you godless heathen), then add the sugar and salt and stir until it starts to dissolve then slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, and heat until the mixture reaches about 105 degrees fahrenheit-

It was another day that had its ups and downs...but hey. I was able to get some R&R, so that was nice.

Was able to get some some stuff done.

I don't want to say TOO much--I'm just kind of...worried right now, basically. That's all I'm gonna say.

But I was able to talk to my aunt, as well as finally talking to an online friend about something that had been bothering me for a little while. So there's that.

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention this last night, since I was kind of in a rush, like I said, but I had been thinking of rewatching Danny Phantom, starting yesterday, but I decided to wait until next month. Because Phanniemay :P

Well, I'm heading back to work tomorrow, so I'll see you guy when I see you.

My one year old received a toy kitchen for Christmas and she is OBSESSED with cooking so I had to make her a set of her own oven mitts and apron. Today, she threw an entire cutting board of freshly chopped onions on the floor and then diligently helped me pick them all up. I'm definitely now imagining Xiao'yu's serious little toddler face as he helps wwx in the kitchen. He's a bigger trouble than a help, but who could refuse him?
