Ok I propose a new old idea
The type of voices the Dieties have...
Vishnu: As sweet as honey yet regal as fuck.. like when he speaks even if he speaks things you don't understand you'll feel like “wah kya samjhaya hai”
Shiva: DEEP AF voice but also as soft as the cottons. If you just play music, all his words will automatically feel like lyrics
Brahma: Naturally low toned, calm voice and sounds mature.... Like more than normal typa mature... As if your father have pulled you aside to tell you how he had experienced life.
Varuna: When normal sounds like ocean waves dancing but kinda high pitched... But when angry and he speaks to you, it's as if you are struck in a tsunami or a tornado
Indra: His voice is actually very very sweet and jiggly like the rain... The kind of rain people enjoy listening to. But when angry it's rumbling like thunder, an word is enough to scare the shit out of you
Mitra: Deep voice but it also gives you a sense of home, a feeling you get when someone understands you, someone puts an hand around your shoulder and smiles at you... A feeling of having a friend.
Parvati: Soft sweet voice. The one your mother uses when she's happy with you. If she speaks, you will just want to curl up in a ball and ask for food. You'll feel like a child if she speaks to you. But her ferocious forms speak so different you'll feel like someone is painfully tearing you up into pieces just from words..
Saraswati: She sounds like that one teacher you were sure would clear all your doubts with a calmness you never understand how it was everlasting. She just doesn't know how to speak angrily. Even when she's angry she'll speak in such a manner you'll feel guilty for making her angry (this method is tested and proven on Brahma)
Lakshmi: She just calls you poor in all the existing languages lol.... Ok no but she speaks so regal it sounds like if you pour a ton of coins on the ground. Really. But also you'll just keep wanting to listen to her.
Ganga: Soft like the river flow when she's really really nice. But also wild, unstoppable, and sharp like the cutting sharp streams of the river Ganga.
Vayu: Whispery, windy tone like the air. Softly speaking to make you feel safe and happy. But it also changea according to his mood. Like when he's angry it's storm it gives you no corner to hide, if he's sad it's monsoon wind.. cold and you don't really like ot much..
Surya: His voice is...umm Bright. Like literally. When he speaks it's as if the window was open and the sun rays smacked you across your face waking you up from sleep. But also his voice is warm and gives a feeling of safety.
Chandra: Cold. His voice is cold. But not in a bad ignoring manner cold. It's the cooling effect you get on summer nights, the peace you get when you look at the night sky ans spot the moon. It's soft and melodious and beautiful just like the moon. But if you look closely it got some spots in it. And sometimes his voice cracks... Not because he's in pain or sadness, it's just a natural thing for him.
Varuni: She just sounds drunk. No I mean she definitely speaks normal but also her voice makes YOU drunk. Maybe take it in a romantic way or whatever but it's true (it works, Varuna agrees)
Vasant: Deep voice like the tree trunk but also soft like the flowers he wears around his neck. He makes you remember home, gives you a longing for home, but alao makes you feel at home.
Kama: He speaks to you in a way that makes you feel loved. No not necessarily romantic love but all kinds of love. You just feel loved. Also he used terms like “love” “sweetheart” “dear” in regular conversations so yeah...
Rati: Contrary to popular opinion no she doesn't sound lusty 24/7. Well... Maybe a little... But she actually sounds really sweet and soft like a childhood friend or neighborhood sister
Aranyani: She sounds when gentle breezes blow and makes the forest trees dance, like the animals that makes sound in a forest... Can be scary sometimes but you'll also love listening to her.
Pushan: Like marriages bells, happy wishes, as if a letter came from someone you love. Don't know how to elaborate it but his voice gives a kind of joy, that you get when you know “haa ab life mein sab sahi hoga”
Kartik: Soft but somehow a bit awkward voice... like he's sure what he's speaking of but is he speaking the correct way? But if he's angry its War Cry. He'll tear you apart with words just like his mother.
Ganesh: Sounds like that topper backbencher kid. Knowledged asf but also mischievous but you'll like listening to him thou, it's like having a cousin at a boring family function.
Devsena/Shashthi: She also sounds like a mother but she sounds like she's coddling and pampering you, spoiling you with all kinds of foods and stuffs, she not just sounds like a mom but she'll make you feel like a smol baby too.
Lmao it's long sorry and I know I didn't cover most... Whom should I add next?
*sobs* THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL.
The way you explained all of these 😭
No words.
Perfect!
Next you can add Shukra, Budh, Ila/Sudyumna, Yama, Agni, Ayyappan, Ashvins, Aryaman, Vac, Dyaus, Alakshmi, Yami, Rudra, Savitr and more if ya want! :D
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH UGHHH
Im so glad with what you did with Indra, Mitra, Vasant and Varuni's voice HSJSKSKDJD SUITS SO WELL

So remember the Medusa in MB AU we were discussing in the comments of the Zombie AU post the other day? @chahaa-piun-ja and @friend-shaped-but
I have been thinking about it a lot, and now I have a detailed outline for it (this is only part 1):
1. Perseus, in order to free his mother, pursues the Gorgon Medusa, helped along by Athena and Hermes.
2. Medusa learns about it beforehand, and realizing it would be almost impossible to defeat a demigod son of Zeus who is backed by two Olympians, does the sensible thing and bolts. Her sisters, who are immortal, go to Phorkys to hide.
3. Unfortunately for her, one of the gods helping Perseus is Hermes, god of roads and travellers, so all types of accidents keep happening her on the way.
4. In the end, she makes for the sea where hopefully Poseidon would look the other way, climbs into the cargo hold of the first ship she lays her eyes on (because she can't really talk to people) and books it.
5. But an Olympian's ill-will is hard to shake off, so even though Hermes is no longer actively trying to hinder her, she ends up far from Greece and in India, turns a bunch of people into stone when she disembarks, and then horrified with herself, disappears.
6. Medusa wanders about for a bit, veiling her face* and going out only at night, and ends up in Jarasandh's hands when he is beseiging the Yadus. Jarasandh does not really like Medusa, he is even a little afraid of her, so he sends her to Dhritarashtra in Hastinapur. The idea is that either she turns everyone in the palace into stone, creating a power vacuum in Hastinapur which Jarasandh can take advantage of (because the Kauravas and Pandavas are going to fight) or Dhritarashtra and Gandhari (both blind) use her to get rid off their political opponents and reward Jarasandh by becoming his ally against Mathura.
7. Unfortunately, in this whole journey, another bunch of people get turned into stone, and news reaches the Hindu Gods, who are all very confused about this random, undocumented issue that popped out of nowhere, and which was not supposed to happen dammit! Indra calls for a council meeting, where Pushan, god of roads, agrees to try and look into her history and where she came from.
8. Medusa meets Dhritarashtra, who is overjoyed by her existence and immediately offers to help Jarasandh against Krishna. He is, in fact, so pleased with her powers that Medusa is flattered beyond belief (even though she knows he's going to use her) and agrees to turn all of Dhritarashtra's enemies to stone. Krishna, now trapped between two powerful empires, retreats from Mathura and brings the people to Dwarika, putting more distance between himself and his enemies.
9. Krishna weds Satyabhama in Dwarika, after they kill Narakasura. Unfortunately, Narakasura's son Bhagadatta, King of Pragjyotisha, immediately becomes their enemy. Less unfortunately, Indra remembers Krishna exists, and pleased with Narakasura's death and Swarga's freedom, forgets about his insult and becomes his friend again. This is how Krishna finds out about the widespread pertrification of people.
10. Meanwhile, Pushan, in his enquiries, runs across a very angry Hermes, who rants to him about how Some People^(TM) need to listen to their King and think about the consequences of their actions and that is an actual monster UNCLE!! This is how the Hindu Pantheon learns about Medusa and the Greek Pantheon realises where she's hiding.
11. Fortunately, Perseus is still raring to go kill Medusa and free his mother. Unfortunately, Indra and Zeus are now locked in a political headlock because Zeus cannot keep his monsters within his kingdom and Indra refuses to let a random greek demigod (who just so happens to be the son of the other God of Thunder) show up in India, insisting Krishna can take care of it.
12. Zeus sends Athena and Apollo and Hermes to intercede on his behalf, Indra sends Krishna, Mitra and Saraswati. They agree to let Perseus kill Medusa, but his fame will be shortlived in human memory, and in return, Dionysos will not show up to attack India. Zeus and Indra are unimpressed with these terms, because Zeus refuses to deny his son his well-deserved kleos, and Indra refuses to let intruders into India, whether Perseus or Dionysos. It kind of spirals out of control from there.
13. Meanwhile Duryodhana** and Medusa are having the time of their lives turning people into stone, although Gandhari thinks they shouldn't be using this ability so indiscriminately. So far their victims include Vidura, Kunti, Yudhisthira and Bheem (I'm sorry, they'll recover, promise). Dhritarashtra is conflicted about all of this, because at the end of the day these people are his family, but he doesn't protest either.
14. Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva are left alone because Dhritarashtra refuses to allow them to be petrified; not only are they not competitors for the throne, but they could also be prevailed upon to become assets. They are not idiots though, so they leave for Madra, to take asylum under Shalya. Bhishma is given to understand that this is a sickness/disease, but he has his doubts.
*I don't really know whether you have to look into Medusa's petrifying eyes or just gazing at her face overall is enough, so she has a full face veil of a very dark colour. She had the idea for this when she noticed other women wearing this and remembered that Greek women also used veils. In true Indian soap opera style, she has a black veil so everyone knows she's the villain.
**Duryodhana operates through his father, because Dhritarashtra refuses to let him see Medusa. So although he might ask for a lot of things, Dhritrashtra almost always has a say in what happens.

Pushan (Sanskrit: पूषन्, romanized: Pūṣan) is a Hindu Vedic solar deity and one of the Adityas. He is the god of meeting. Pushan is responsible for marriages, journeys, roads, and the feeding of cattle. He was a psychopomp (soul guide), conducting souls to the other world. He protected travelers from bandits and wild beasts, and protected men from being exploited by other men. He was a supportive guide, a "good" god, leading his adherents towards rich pastures and wealth.

Random Vedic Astrology Observations
Adele who is Ardra Rising and Lana Del Rey who is Ardra Sun both have a Paradise tattoo on the side of their hand
Tumblr media
This is very interesting symbolism because Ardra nakshatra is preceded by Mrigashira nak which follows the fall from Paradise.
2. Pisces natives 🤝🏼 sculptures
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
L to R
Rihanna- Revati Stellium (including Moon & Rising)
Ava Gardner- Ketu in (1 degree Pisces) Purvabhadrapada
Bella Hadid- Ketu in UBP
Rosie Huntington Whiteley- UBP Mercury & Rahu, Mars in Purvabhadrapada (0 degrees Pisces) and Jupiter in Revati atmakaraka
Jin- UBP Moon
Isabelle Adjani- Revati Rising
Salma Hayek- UBP Moon
3. Jyeshtas really love jewellery
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Vidya Balan- Mercury in Jyeshta (atmakaraka)
Rekha- Jyeshta Rising
Kim Kardashian- Jyeshta Rising
Nicki Minaj- Jyeshta Sun
4. I'd earlier made an observation about how Mars influenced men tend to go after older women and I thought I'd add a few more examples to that list!!
Tumblr media
Sachin Tendulkar & Anjali Tendulkar have an age gap of 6 years and their wedding was hugely controversial when it took place in the 90s. Sachin was only 22 when he got married.
Sachin has Mars in Dhanishta atmakaraka and Moon in Purvashada amatyakaraka
Tumblr media
Shikhar Dhawan and his ex-wife Ayesha Mukerji have an age gap of 10 years.
Shikhar is Dhanishta Rising, Mars in Chitra atmakaraka with Purvaphalguni Moon
Tumblr media
Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have an age gap of 12 years
He is most likely Chitra Rising
He also has Venus (amatyakaraka) conjunct Rahu in Bharani
I know that Bharani is Venus ruled but Bharani is the confluence of Mars & Venus energies and is ruled by the Mars ruled Aries and is another nakshatra that commonly appears in the charts of men drawn to older women
Tumblr media
Aditya Pancholi is 6 years younger than his wife Zarina Wahab
He has Sun in Purva Ashadha, Venus amatyakaraka (in Jyeshta) Jupiter in Bharani and Rahu in Mrigashira
Tumblr media
Karan Singh Grover is 6 years younger than Bipasha Basu
He has Moon in Dhanishta, Mars (amatyakaraka) conjunct Saturn (atmakaraka) in Chitra with Ketu in Purva Ashada
Tumblr media
Vicky Kaushal is 5 years younger than Katrina Kaif
He has Venus in Mrigashira, Mars in Dhanishta, Jupiter (amatyakaraka) in Bharani, Ketu in Purva phalguni
Tumblr media
Farhan Akhtar and his first wife, Adhuna Akhtar have an age gap of 7 years.
Farhan has Sun (atmakaraka) conjunct Mercury (amatyakaraka) in Purva Ashada and Saturn conjunct Ketu in Mrigashira
5.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
idk if im crazy but i think these 2 women have similar features 😭😭
Zhou Xun is Chitra Sun, Anuradha Moon, Swati Mercury, Chitra Venus & Mars
Ning Ning is Chitra Sun, Bharani Moon, Swati Venus and Ketu in Anuradha
6. Rihanna has a tattoo of Goddess Isis on her chest
Tumblr media
Rihanna is Revati Moon and Goddess Isis had powers like love, healing, fertility, protection, wisdom and magic. By virtue of her magical knowledge, she was said to be "more clever than a million gods". Revati nakshatra natives are endowed with divine spiritual wisdom and the deity of Revati, Pushan is the Sun-god in the form of Divine Guide and Nourisher, who helps us to find the right path and leads us to the right solutions.
Revati represents wisdom, empathy, unconditional love, fertility, growth, prosperity & spirituality.
7. Harry Houdini was a Hungarian-American escape artist, illusionist, and stunt performer, noted for his escape acts.
Tumblr media
He has UBP Sun, Mrigashira Moon, Venus in Revati (exalted) and Ketu in Swati with Shravana Rising
Swati is connected to Maya or illusion so it makes sense as to why someone who has Ketu placed there would become notorious for hoodwinking the public.
Mrigashira nakshatra involves HEAVY themes of running away, escape and being trapped AND finding a way out. If you look at the mythology, its about Brahma's favourite daughter who takes the form of a deer to leave the heavens and run away to the earth to escape her father's sexual advances towards her.
Pisces rashi is almost always present in the charts of magicians or people who have some kind of illusory appeal on the public. Most mega successful celebrities have prominent Pisces placements, most supremely talented actors and singers do. The ability to put yourself out there yet remain completely mysterious and keep people under a veil is a uniquely Piscean trait.
Obviously with that Shravana Asc, he was basically born for this job. Moon dominant people are ADEPT at manipulation and making black seem like white or vice versa.
Dua Lipa recently released a song titled Houdini and she's Punarvasu Moon which I think is another nakshatra that is good at casting illusions.

Vedic astro mini post
Uttara Ashadha ☀️
I always admired the simple, unwavering confidence of this nakshatra and its natives, but over time it's become more and more clear how lonely this nakshatra truly is, and how it's okay with it. 🙂
Sun individuals, in particular, may feel this type of melancholic yet content loneliness. I have Uttara Phalguni ascendant, I know. I've come to observe that natives with nakshatras associated with sun(not just sun tuled nakshatras) tend to experience this, or at least, appear that way.
Ashwini, Sun's exaltation
Krittika, the first sun-ruled mansion
Magha, the first mansion of Leo
Purva Phalguni, the second mansion of Leo
Uttara Phalguni, the second sun-ruled mansion, partly in Leo
Hasta, ruled by the sun god Savitar
Uttara Ashadha, the last sun-ruled nakshatra
Revati, ruled by the nourishing form of sun-god, Pushan
Sun is the planet of individualism and individuation. It sees the world through its own self-centered eyes, observing everything, shining its light indiscriminately on everything, but staying alone, away from it all.
Uttara Ashadha in particular is a very simplistic nakshatra, the simplest(in a good way), in my opinion. If you're familiar with the basic associations of nakshatras, the first words that might come to your mind when thinking of Uttara Ashadha are victory, invincibility, confidence... Uttara Ashadha is the only nakshatra that does not have a yoni consort(mongoose yoni), and is averse to everything that tries to tie it down or pull it in(those are the themes of saturn, sun's enemy planet, the force that demands obedience). That invincibily requires standing your ground and having the bravery and stability within yourself to go for insubordination, and the price you pay for it is loneliness. But then again, we are all alone, we are all individuals, and as long as you feel content with being alone, you are never lonely.

OMG YKWWW
Remember that Mitra-Varuna dight ww headcanoned? Where Indra was being protective big bro and ready to throw Vajra??
What if this is the one?
I mean chances are low- but who cares... Might as well do it...
Mitra yelling at Varuna would make sense tho... Considering he's heartbroken Soma just got... Crushed... Like he was on some shil nora or something 💀
Also to add more, Vayu feeling bad so, now - haha take that! natural calamities on top of natural calamities...
Sea is not good cuz Varuna is sad+angry, Indra throwing around random thunderstorms cuz ‘nobody hurts lil bro except me- also guys just calm tf down please’ and tornadoes cuz Vayu is having an existential crisis after what happened to Soma...
Also Moon and plants disbalance cuz Soma gone so... Tides? Tsunami? And don't forget Agni being angry and most probably burning everything down under the sun cuz his boyfriend just died... T_T
Also all this creating so much ruckus that the forest animals and plants, trees and everything will have a hard time surviving... So now you get an fuming Aranyani (and maybe Pushan and Vasant too...)
Aaand I'm pretty sure all this events will traumatize Bhumi to an like... Next level...
EDIT: LMAO I just wrote anything that came to my mind like an mad person T-T
VAYU HAD NO RIGHT TO DO THIS TO MY POOR INNOCENT POOKIE
Tumblr media
All of them need to apologize to Mitra RIGHT FUCKING NOW
But this does provide room for Mitra-Soma angst 👀

FIRST OF ALL WHAT DID SOMA DO TO GET CRUSHED LIKE THAT BRUHHH???
Also I'm confused 😭 Spilling Soma juice?? What's that supposed to be- his blood? Are thosw plants that germinated be considered Som plants? The one that produces Somras....
Vayu newds a lot of explanation to do... Sir first apologize to Mitra AND Soma too.. honestly... Actually all of them should apologize

Interesting Fashion Trivia About Nakshatras
Mrigashira Nakshatra & Red shoes connection: One interesting I noticed with Mrigashira moon natives is their love for red shoes or red soles. Shoe designer Christian Louboutin who became famous with his red sole heels is one of the closest friends of Dita Von Teese. Both are Mrigashira moon natives and have collaborated many times. Judy Garland whose red shoes in the Wizard of Oz were iconic had Sun in Mrigashira.
Both Uttara nakshatras (Uttaraphalguni & Uttara Bhadrapada) that are associated with cow, are very experimental with their big eyes with colourful eye shadows, and lower eyeliner.
Visakha and Jyestha nakshatra natives love to deck up in heavy jewellery and look regal due to the influence of the deity Indra who was king of gods. I also spotted celebs with Visakha sun and Visakha moon often dressed up as Cleopatra and being drawn to Egyptian aesthetics.
A lot of celebrities with prominent Ashlesha placements recreated Marilyn Monroe's "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" look. E.g, Ashlesha Sun Madonna, Ashlesha Sun Kylie Jenner, and Ashlesha ascendant Blake Lively.
The Roman God equivalent to the ruling deity of Revati, Pushan, is Mercury. This planet is also the ruler of this nakshatra. So people with this nakshatra are naturally drawn towards the colours of emerald, the gem associated with mercury.
I see Pushya natives wear gold quite often. Gold is associated with Jupiter in Vedic astrology. This association is based on how these metals affect our body. Gold has relaxing or calming effect similar to how Jupiter operates.

Revati Nakshatra
🐟 Revati extends from 346° 40' to 360° 00' (16° 40' to 30° 00' Pisces), in a sign which is ruled by Jupiter and symbolized by a pair of fish. The asterism itself is governed by Mercury, the son of Moon, and is also symbolized by a fish.
🌼 It is presided over by Pushan, a powerful solar deity with the primary function of nourishing the universe hence he is known as "the nourisher." He is of the other world . The name of the deity also means "the measurer of the sky."
🌼 All three levels of this nakshatra's operation are pervaded by sattwa, suggesting complete integration between its basic urges and outward expression.
🌼 Travelling through all the past 26 Nakshatras , here the energy culminates in a blend of great depth & understanding of self and life itself.
🌼 Soft , tender , receptive , creative , Nourishment, compassion born out of undergoing deep internal penance of mind & heart.
The beginning marks the ending into infinity ♾️.
Tumblr media
🌼 On the verge of unknown. Dissolve with faith and you realise you are everything & nothing. 🤍

Páusōn
Tumblr media
Or as I write it, Páuson. Also known as Páhuson (with a hard h like the h in loch) or Péh₂usōn. His name means "Protector".
Páuson is the god of shepherds, nature, doorways, roads, paths, traveling, animals, forests and hunting; He also acts as a psychopomp.
He is the god of the liminal, the in-between. He guards travelers, merchants, and other go-betweens. He guards herds, sources of wealth, as well. He may thus be prayed to both as an opener of the ways and as a giver of prosperity.
He is characterized as a liminal deity himself, being in a way an in-between between man and animal in the depictions of his descendants. The figure of the horned god corresponds well to how he would be depicted.
Finally, he seems to have had a connection to fertility and sexuality, especially granting sexual prowess
He also had the names K̑ṝnónos and Pṇtóspotis according to this source

Some more mythology geekery
Or: Let me talk Pan. (Or the other god I know a lot about.)
Tumblr media
Folks found the stuff about old mythology and Persephone interesting... so let me do Pan. So, as I said: Persephone is a very old goddess who might well be one of the first in the Greek pantheon. But... She is not as old as Pan. Because within Europe Pan might in fact be the oldest god that we know about. In fact he very probably predates the ancient Greek religion and was just so popular, that the Greeks just decided to keep him in the pantheon.
How do we know that?
This is the moment, where this geeky twink squeals with excitement, because he gets to talk about proto-indo-european stuff. So, allow me for a moment: SQUEEEEEEEEE! 🥳
Okay. That needed out.
So, what you need to understand is that most mythologies from Europe, Asia and Northern Africa you know about are actually decendents of the same mythology. Talked about this in regards of the Roman Gods not being the Greek Gods. But... yeah. So, there was once this culture, who we call the Proto-Indo-Europeans and they had the great idea of putting wheels on things and the things behind horses and then got around a lot. And wherever they went, they brought their language and mythology with them, which is why the Indo-European language family is so fucking giant.
We can see some of their stuff shimmer through in common themes in mythology. Like, almost all the mythologies in Europe and Asia have a "sky daddy", aka a godly father figure who is associated with the sky. He is not always the big guy of the pantheon, but he is important in all the cases.
And while when we talk Greek, Egyptian, Roman or even Chinese and Hindu mythology we have a surprising amount of writing going on that dates back at times more than 3000 years... the earlier we go, the less writing there is.
Now, with Pan we have some stuff in Mycenean art and what not, that hints that he was around at least as early as 1700 BC, though - obviously - we do not really have written sources going back to this time.
But there is also the fact that... One of the earliest mythologies to split from the Proto-Indo-European one is the Hindu mythology. An the Hindu mythology has Pushan, who is not only associated with the same stuff (pasture, roads, travel, the wild and so on), but also has some goat imagery in older versions. Just like Pan. And if you look at the names P(ush)an you can see there is a parallel. Which makes those geeks who study stuff like that for a living fairly certain that those two once were the same god. A god they call *Péh₂usōn. And no, I will not go into Proto-Indo-European language right now.
The word "pasture" in English comes from the same Proto-Indo-European word, by the way.
Current theory goes, that Pan was actually worshiped by the pastoral people living in Greece before the advanced Greek civilization spread. And given that Pan was associated with so many aspects the folks were not giving him up. So, as it goes with pantheons... He just got integrated into the pantheon as was........ though he got split into two pieces. But... Gotta talk about his other piece tomorrow.
Maybe due to the age of Pan, but maybe due to him turning into mostly a god of wilderness, he tends to be a much more openly manecing deity compared to other gods. While most polytheistic cultures absolutely feature an aspect of: "Our thing is that we bribe gods into being nice with us, because those gods are so freaking dangerous," most of the pantheon gods are actually mostly cultured. Even if they are horndogs like Zeus.
Pan meanwhile is a god of the wild. He has this animal imagery (that probably all early gods had) still very present, he gets associated with all sort of wild behavior in humans, and of course the word "panic" comes from Pan. Because it is said that his scream could create panic in the humans.
Enough geekery, lets get back to Stray Gods. Because other than with Persephone's situation I am fairly certain that at least some of this was known to the creators, given the role Pan plays as someone who is not quite inside of the Chorus and acts more as an outsider to it.
