Look here’s the deal! This is a PSA on Shipping!

It happens every so often, you get your blog, with your character, make some great friends and WOW your character and another really get along! For some there’s when it gets even more fun, but for others not so much…

But listen!! Even though this can be where it gets hard don’t give up! Be Strong! Be Brave! But most importantly BE UNDERSTANDING! If you’re really not sure about the way a relationship is going it’s ok to ask! Send an IM, send an ask, or even just use an ooc tag!

Just because you ask does not mean you are forcing a ship!!! The forcing thing comes when the other mun says “no”, “I don’t ship this”, or anything like that! And friends that’s not cool. If you partner says no then your characters feelings must remain one sided! Can you ask for a reason? Sure! But please remember that the other mun has a right to not explain. It’s really, really, REALLY important that you respect your partner and their feelings too!

But wait there’s more! Not all ships are romantic! The term “ship” is taken from the end of relationship, right? Well there’s all sorts of relationships out there! Siblings have a relationship! Friends have a relationship! Rivals have a relationship! Enemies have a relationship!! There’s so many more kind than just lovers!

And you know? I’ve noticed that most Muns are more than happy to have their muses form unexpected friendships. They love having another character out there who will get theirs to do bigger better things! So don’t forget about those kind of ships as well!

But the most important thing? Remember to have fun!
