Supernatural and everything is the same but Dean just has a replica of Billy the Puppet from Saw for no discernable reason. Most of the time Billy sits on his bed (it is the only decorative item in his bedroom) but on occasion whenever Sam can't sleep Dean will rig Billy on a trike and make him go wherever Sam is to scare the shit out of him.

Also, whenever Dean/Cas fuck (because of course they have to) Billy doesn't leave the room. He gets a chair to himself in the corner but he's turned around backwards on it like he's in time out.

Being constantly surrounded by the presence of a loving God sounds great until you realize you never know when his freaky fuckin eyes are gonna show up to check on you.

And man. They do it a LOT.
