you should be able to put an egg in the ground and then a chicken should just grow out of it like a pumpkin. Feet first, then legs. Like a stem for the rest of the chicken. In my opinion.

Even though it’s super early in the season to have pumpkins out, my local grocery store had some nice looking pumpkins with tall stems already, and I just couldn’t resist. 😅 When wondering what I could paint on the pumpkin (since I prefer painting pumpkins to carving them), I quickly decided on something Deadpool and Wolverine themed, obviously.
I’m… not the happiest with how it turned out, but I’m still proud of it, ha. The eyes are a bit wonky, since I forgot to draw them on before I started painting, and that made it hard to make them even with each other. I also didn’t plan the pumpkin out like I prolly should have, not bothering to sketch before just going for it. Oh well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Lesson learned, children: always plan out your art before going for it, ha.
Still! I think it looks nice! And while the bedazzling took several hours, I think it makes it look much nicer. Do I wish this was a fake pumpkin so I could keep it forever? Yes. Yes I do. Do I regret doing this on a real pumpkin? No, since the organic nature of the real pumpkin adds to it, I think.

Crafting update: I am still having pretty bad fatigue, but I got two and a half more scrunchies done today!
